31/01/2025: I'm definitely biased, because now I can say that I feel at HOME every time I'm here. But I still want to tell the truth and pause for a moment, the quality and attention to detail is no small feat. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing, and the service is impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly, always attentive but never intrusive. Also attentive to any customer request or need. Each dish is an explosion of fresh and well-balanced flavours, demonstrating a true passion for cooking. You can see that each ingredient is carefully chosen, and the preparation is done with great attention and passion. It is really RARE to find a place that manages to combine quality, courtesy and a good atmosphere so perfectly. As for their tongs, the base is light and crunchy, it is a real delight: it never weighs down and has a rich but delicate flavour, thanks to the long leavening and the choice of high quality flours. Each bite is a perfect combination of soft texture in the center and crunchiness at the edges. Definitely an option to consider for those looking for a lighter and tastier version of the usual pizza. And another positive note (personally tested) the dough does not cause large glycemic changes like a pizza. The top quality and 0 km ingredients. The fried foods (tasted all) are one better than the other and you are spoiled for choice. Each piece, whether croquette, supplì, arancino or mozzarella in carrozza, is perfectly golden and crunchy, without being at all greasy. The breading is light and crunchy, but at the same time it never covers the flavor of the very fresh ingredients. And finally the desserts which are all excellent, but the tiramisu remains in my heart. I know that every time I want to bring my friends here I feel at home and believe me that's no small thing.

20/01/2025: An incredible find, if I could give 6 stars I would! Very kind staff, exceptional tongs... the best I've tasted so far and certainly the best in the area! I also recommend the tiramisu, really excellent. When things are done with the heart, you can feel it... and you can feel it. Compliments!

03/01/2025: On holiday in Calabria, as an operator in the sector, I couldn't help but try the most renowned pizzerias in the area. We tried their pan pizza, characterized by a very soft and meltable dough and then moved on to their real workhorse, their Neapolitan pizza, also very light and soft albeit with a pronounced crust. We concluded with a classic tiramisu. Average bill and attentive and friendly service, it's worth going to visit them even if they're far away!

13/01/2025: I am writing very late, but it is necessary. We were in this place about ten days ago, on a Friday. What can I say? A wonderful experience. The quality and "grace" of the dishes are indisputable. Dishes cooked well, respecting the raw materials, plentiful and beautiful to look at. We were a table of 16 people and, despite the room being full of other customers, we had fast and top-notch service. But the added value is the availability, the courtesy, the welcome of the owner who makes you feel truly at home. The boy who served us was also very polite and professional. If you want to eat stockfish properly, it's the right place. We'll be back and thank you!

05/12/2024: Let me start by saying that the waiter did his duty and was kind, I have been a customer for some time now but I must say that when Francesco is missing this restaurant transforms and he doesn't like it... I took all you can eat meat, there were 4 pieces of meat left sushi but 4 counted... they preferred me to throw them in the toilet rather than consume them afterwards, one count is 10 pieces but 4 counted is ridiculous, zero elasticity. The person cooking does so while on the phone in plain sight and then touches the food. I won't add anything else.

04/01/2025: Parcheggio disponibile, dopo prenotazione, locale caldo accogliente e personale gentile e disponibile, bagno pulitissimo, quindi primo step ok, passiamo al cibo, qualità ECCELLENTE ripeto materia prima di prima scelta, dall’ antipasto di ricotta formaggio accompagnato da miele ( aggiungerei marmellata di fichi) capicollo salame , olive nere ( infornate) di ottima qualità, polpette con ripieno di noci , primi da leccarsi i baffi, il sugo? Cotto come si comanda con carne di maiale ridotta a burro che si scioglie in bocca , secondo … tagliata di un colore rosato perfetta , RINGRAZIO PER IL DOLCE IN BICCHIERE❤️CONSIGLIO anche perché sono abbastanza critica nelle recensioni, aggiungo quando in un locale trovate il tovagliato rosso a quadretti FERMATEVI ❤️🌹

04/01/2025: Profumo di casa, profumo di sapori caserecci tipici calabresi, dall’ antipasto al dolce il susseguirsi di piatti è una goduria per il palato! Qualità eccellente, personale formidabile e gentilissimo, prodotti sempre stagionali con menu che varia in base al periodo. Struttura accogliente e in pieno stile agreste. Super consigliato!!!

04/10/2024: arrivando a gerace, chiediamo a due signori un luogo dove poter mangiare un gelato artigianale, e subito ci viene consigliato il “bar dolce e salato” dove dicono che sia il miglior gelato di gerace, arriviamo al bar e il titolare molto simpatico ci fa assaggiare pistacchio salato e zafferano, gelato FAVOLOSO, penso sia uno dei migliori gelati che io abbia mai assaggiato, prezzo molto onesto due coni 5 euro, per l’altissima qualita del gelato è veramente un prezzo molto onesto, vi consiglio vivamente questo posto.

04/10/2024: arriving in Gerace, we ask two gentlemen for a place where we can eat homemade ice cream, and we are immediately recommended the "sweet and savory bar" where they say it is the best ice cream in Gerace, we arrive at the bar and the very nice owner lets us taste it salted pistachio and saffron, FABULOUS ice cream, I think it is one of the best ice creams I have ever tasted, very honest price for two cones 5 euros, for the very high quality of the ice cream it is truly a very honest price, I highly recommend this place.
