03/04/2025: Este lugar está bien. Me refiero a si empezaron el negocio temprano o simplemente no hacen un gran trabajo. La comida tomó un tiempo looonnggg, ni siquiera nos preguntaron si queríamos una bebida o algo así que mantuvimos la calma.

31/08/2025: Ginevra's Aperiolio in the Tabatà estate's valleys was a truly unforgettable experience. A unique moment of reconnecting with nature, immersed in the Calabrian olive trees. The atmosphere was both authentic and refined: tastings of their extraordinary oil, carefully prepared local aperitifs, and original cocktails made with olive oil and olive leaf infusions. A brilliant idea, simple yet impactful. The evening was made even more special by the live band, which accompanied the event with elegance and style without ever overpowering the magic of the venue. An important tip: it's best to book at least a week or two in advance. I'd been trying to attend for years, but every time I called too late and never found a seat! Ginevra proved herself not only to be an excellent organizer, but also courageous and visionary: a concrete example of young, female entrepreneurship that benefits our villages, giving new life and value to a heritage that must not be lost. An authentic, innovative, and necessary project: we hope it will serve as an example for many other development initiatives in small Italian towns. Heartfelt congratulations!
23/08/2025: A unique and special aperitif. The atmosphere is magical and familiar, making you feel at home and welcomed by kind, smiling people. The flavor of Tabatà olive oil is sublime; you can taste all the work and care that goes into it. All the aperitif courses were delicious and high-quality. Highly recommended for a different and unforgettable evening. A special thanks to Ginevra, a cheerful and captivating woman.
