I migliori ristoranti in Calabria

14/07/2024: Siamo ritornati, io e mia moglie, in questo ristorante a distanza di pochi mesi dalla volta precedente e abbiamo molto poco da aggiungere alla precedente recensione: locale sempre pulito e accogliente, cibo superlativo, prezzi più che onesti e adeguati alla qualità e alla quantità delle portate. Due notazioni aggiuntive: abbiamo provato per la prima volta la pizza con lo stocco : eccezionale l'impasto e riuscitissimo l'abbinamento con lo stocco; abbiamo conosciuto inoltre la sig.ra Antonella e la sig.ra Ivana sorelle della sig.ra Isabella con la quale formano un "trio" impagabile per simpatia, competenza e garbo nel consigliare e spiegare le pietanze, bravura nel prepararle e "attenzione" al cliente senza mai risultare invadenti.E' stato un vero piacere cenare in questo locale. Punteggio cinque palline non potendone dare dieci meritatissime. Più che consigliato. Complimenti e alla prossima. Cesare e Franca. Roma

23/06/2024: Sono stata a cena con amici di Milano con i quali è tradizione andare dalla Mamma a mangiare lo stocco. Purtroppo non è più il ristorante di una volta, è peggiorato nella qualità e i prezzi sono alle stelle. 47 euro a persona in una trattoria sono un furto!

26/08/2024: If you want to eat something good and fresh and above all fried at the moment, this is the right place. Exceptional fried prawns and calamari, fried anchovies the best!!!! Octopus with potatoes, swordfish and aubergines.... I've tasted everything, there isn't a dish that isn't a masterpiece. Super friendly and competent staff. 👍👍👍

25/08/2024: Excellent experience, I was in this fish shop by chance as I was on holiday in Tortora, we had an octopus and prawn salad, a slice of grilled swordfish, some swordfish rolls, fried calamari and to finish we also wanted to try the fish parmigiana, all excellent and with the right prices and portions. Highly recommended!

19/08/2024: Exorbitant prices, the meat is badly cooked, there are no alternatives for those who don't eat fish, with just 5 people we are at €200 for 4 first courses and 2 second courses; dessert €6 each 🤦🏼no comment a restaurant with thieves' prices. I absolutely do not recommend it to be avoided as a local.

26/08/2024: The waitress was kind and helpful when I said I was a vegetarian. My boyfriend takes a nice plate of fish and I calmly ask that I simply be given a larger portion of 'potatoes and peppers' since I didn't feel like a first course. The kind girl brings me a small plate of potatoes and peppers and two tomato bruschettas. I was very happy, even though they had satisfied me with little. But the bad part comes when paying the bill. For two slices of bread and a fruit plate with some potatoes and peppers: €22! It seems absurd to me. My boyfriend had a fish dish €18. IT DOESN'T SEEM PROPORTIONATE AT ALL. Truly shocked

10/08/2024: Siamo andati con amici a mangiare a pranzo e abbiamo assaggiato dall'antipasto al secondo tutto a base di pesce e devo dire che era tutto fantastico I sapori hanno esploso le nostre papille gustative tutto era fresco e buono faccio i complimenti al propretario e a tutto lo staff che ha reso la nostra esperienza unica, torneremo spesso e consiglio vivamente questo posto

30/07/2024: We came to this place because of the good comments it had, and it truly was incredible!!! It has been one of the best lunches we have had at the place, from the initial antipasto to each of the dishes we ordered. Gianni has been a luxury host and has explained everything to us in detail. Worth visiting!

20/08/2024: It's not the first time I've eaten at Gesaroni and I have to say straight away that I've always liked the food, especially the pizza, crunchy, not very thick and made with quality ingredients. But this time he really disappointed me! We wanted to make a good impression with friends from abroad and instead we made a bad impression!?!? In the summer the restaurant leaves the internal rooms to occupy a small and charming square in front, this inevitably leads to having, in my opinion, a number of seats much higher than the real service capacity of the restaurant and in fact this was the case. We arrived at the venue a few minutes before 10pm, we knew there was a bit of a wait but since there were 6 children we had asked if at least for them it would be possible to speed up a bit, given that in the requests there was nothing difficult to to do and they assured us that at least for the little ones (4) they would take care of it, instead we waited a good 1 HOUR and 40 MINUTES before seeing the first course at 11.40pm!!!!! At that point everyone had practically fallen asleep, ending up making a beautiful evening an exhausting wait!!! At the time of paying not even an apology, or a coffee offered to make up for the long wait, but just a << next time come at 8pm! >> Truly an attitude that I didn't expect from a restaurateur that I respect very much and from a place chosen to make a good impression on friends who will certainly never set foot here again. SIN!

15/06/2024: Guys, what can I say... Quality, friendliness, professionalism distinguish this place, really friendly staff, Francesco the super pizza chef... the best pizza I've ever tasted!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

01/04/2024: The menu has practically remained the same as it was many years ago, except that the price has increased over the years. Unfortunately, many industrial products are used and grilled meat is quite disappointing.
