24/08/2025: My husband and I stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff are professional, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Giuseppe, who made us feel at home. The quality of the ingredients used to make the pizza and its flavor are also noteworthy. To finish the meal, I ordered their focaccia with lime cream, strawberries, and almonds... TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. I recommend it to everyone.

03/09/2025: If I could have given less, I would have. I ordered a millefeuille WITHOUT cream and whipped cream, but with just hazelnut and chocolate. I would have preferred chopped hazelnuts along the edges and powdered sugar on top, but the girl who took the order explained that if she had put chopped hazelnuts on the sides, she would have had to cover the entire cake in cream. So I kindly asked her to leave it bare on the sides and just put the sugar on top, with a sugar paste tag to write the message on. When I went to pick up the cake, I noticed some tufts of cream where the powdered sugar should have been. I asked the guy what it was, and he confirmed it was cream, so I pointed out the request I had made when I placed the order. He, mortified, showed me the order, which had written how the cake was supposed to be, and there was NOTHING written about what I had asked for. I decide to turn a blind eye and order the cake anyway, just so the birthday girl doesn't go without it, given the time it's supposed to be picked up due to work. But that's not all!! Once I get home, and it's time for the cake, we notice another detail, or rather two... 1. At the first bite, all the guests expressed the same opinion: "THE PASTRY IS OLD, NOT NEW"... I could have understood if it was just one person who had this opinion, but out of 15 people, they all had the same reaction. 2. While a piece of cake was being served on a plate, the last layer was lifted, revealing, in addition to the hazelnut and chocolate, a layer of cream that I had explicitly said and repeated several times I didn't want. As a customer since I was a child, this is truly a disappointment...

27/07/2025: Wonderful place right on the seashore... The service was great. But the food was awful: pizza with no sauce, pasta with clams without the clam sauce. A seafood appetizer that I have no words to describe how disgusting it was... We asked for some piadina bread, but they didn't serve it... We waited an hour and a half to receive our order. We were there in July on vacation and everyone had good things to say about this restaurant. Well, we'll never go back!

07/06/2025: Credo che sia uno dei migliori locali di Cirò Marina, la cucina è ottima, la pizza è squisita e l’ospitalità è di casa. Bravissimo tutto lo staff, cordiale e gentile, i ragazzi sono preparati e genuini e creano immediatamente un clima festoso e socievole. Sulla cucina non si può sindacare perché è ottima, tutti i piatti sono buoni specialmente quelli della tradizione calabrese. Il vino scende a fiumi anche perché si è nella patria del gaglioppo, tra le scelte il migliore è la Tenuta Iuzzolini. La location è incantevole, una terrazza sul mare che spazia su tutto l’orizzonte del mar Ionio e del golfo di Taranto, sembra quasi di cenare in spiaggia. Il Trabajadores è una esperienza che va vissuta in pienezza.

15/05/2025: Personale gentilissimo ed attento. Cibo ottimo. Con il mio collega abbiamo condiviso un antipasto misto di pesce. A seguire 1 secondo a testa, tonno alla griglia buonissimo e grigliata mista di pesce abbondante. Prezzo super onesto, lo consiglio!

09/09/2025: La grigliata is a pizzeria/restaurant where the atmosphere is very relaxing eating at one of the outdoor tables in the beautiful greenery of their garden, the staff is courteous and kind, while the food is excellent with a super cook in the kitchen... Congratulations to everyone 👏👏👏

22/08/2025: Ferragosto (August 15th) day. Friendly service, but the wait times were far too long: entering at 12:30 and leaving at 5:00 was a no-go. The place was poorly air-conditioned: we only managed to stay thanks to the cool weather and the wide-open windows, as it was impossible to breathe inside. The menu was average, with no particular merits or serious flaws. The downside was the dessert at the end, dry and unappealing, which left a rather sad impression.

12/07/2025: In summer you can eat outside on the terraces, which are unfortunately not well looked after.

04/05/2025: I ended up at Giò’s pub after walking around Scalia a bit trying to find something for dinner. In Italy, everything Seems to fall into two categories, street food or fine dining. As soon as you walk into Giò’s, you notice the casual atmosphere. Families and young people enjoying time together with burgers and food free of pretense. I had the jalapeño poppers and a burger that I almost couldn’t finish. The topper? Ice. I got a glass of ice for my Coke. Lol, as an Americano it’s the small things in Italy that matter. I really enjoyed the energy of the customers and the service kept up with a full house. Bravo!

12/08/2025: We happened upon it by chance, we ate a large and delicious Calabrian starter, an exceptional seafood starter and a very good pizza, two beers, we spent the right amount, very satisfied, I will certainly return, it is worth it

24/08/2025: I've been coming to this wonderful Bar Pasticceria for years, where the ice cream, desserts, and pastries are truly top-notch. It's a shame this year that the table service was poor and, above all, slow. I spoke with Mrs. Morabito, the owner, and she told me she's desperate because she can't find the right staff to do the work.

The location outside is very beautiful to look at and also as for the temperature it is good. Also the service very good. Thank you very much.
