I was this evening at the Braceria Carducci in Rende, and I must say that I was very satisfied I tasted a Neapolitan pasta omelette, and before that they kindly offered me some fried meatballs while I waited. Excellent frying, as it should be done, and not those greasy things that are often found in many places Lastly, I made myself a very classic simple hamburger sandwich, with tomato, crispy bacon and mayonnaise What can I say, the quality of the burger, simply fantastic Very kind and professional staff Super recommended Until next time!!!

bellissima osteria arrampicata su una strada a pochi km da cosenza. abbiamo gustato un po’ di antipasti misti e una bistecca importante. tutto molto buono dai sapori autentici. rapporto qualità prezzo buono, approved!

What a fantastic evening! Carducci Braceria is a gem in Cosenza. It is worth the 10 minute drive outside of the city. We had the best meal in all of Italy. The service was spectacular. We were welcomed warmly and treated so kindly even though our Italian is not the best. We had so much food I couldn’t possibly list it all but it was all phenomenal. My husband and I shared a Florentino and it was quite possibly the best meat we have ever had at any restaurant anywhere. We ended our dinner with Baba and Amaro Calabrese which were perfect. We will be back to Cosenza and we will absolutely return to Carducci Braceria! Che serata fantastica! Carducci Braceria è un gioiello a Cosenza. Vale la pena i 10 minuti di auto fuori città. Avevamo il pasto migliore in tutta Italia. Il servizio è stato spettacolare. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e trattati così gentilmente anche se il nostro italiano non è il migliore. Avevamo così tanto cibo che non potevo elencare tutto ma era tutto fenomenale. Io e mio marito abbiamo condiviso un Florentino ed è stata molto probabilmente la migliore carne che abbiamo mai avuto in qualsiasi ristorante ovunque. Abbiamo concluso la nostra cena con Baba e Amaro Calabrese che erano perfetti. Torneremo a Cosenza e torneremo assolutamente a Carducci Braceria!

23/09/2023: We stopped for a break driving to Amalfi. Food and service was good. It's next to a marina so atmosphere was ok.
25/08/2023: Super consigliato, posto molto carino con personale gentile, il menù è molto assortito, noi abbiamo provato le pizze (una anche senza glutine) ed erano tutte molto buone

19/08/2023: It's Saturday evening, it's 9.30pm, unfortunately we haven't booked and obviously everything is full. We ask for a probable accommodation and they resolve it immediately. Great! It's me, my wife and our little girls... very hungry. We fear a long wait and against such expectations... here come two plates of french fries... children immediately busy eating, calm down and... our lives are saved! We took a cut for the girls, which was very good and tasty. My wife and I chose grilled fish and fried calamari with a white 'goccia madre'. Very good food and wine. Virtually no waiting, very efficient service and immediately 'responsive' to every request, despite all the tables being occupied. We have just returned home, although I am not used to writing reviews, well, in this case they really deserve an immediate and positive review. Go there and review… credit where credit is due. Well done!!
19/08/2023: É sabato sera, sono le 29.30, purtroppo non abbiamo prenotato e ovviamente, é tutto pieno. Chiediamo una probabile sistemazione e risolvono subito. Grandi! Siamo io, mia moglie d le nostre piccole bimbe … affamatissime . Temiamo una lunga attesa e contro tali aspettative… ecco che arrivano due piatti di patatine fritte… bimbi subito impegnati a mangiare, tranquilli e … la nostra vita é salva! Abbiamo preso, per le bimbe una tagliata, molto buona e gustosa. Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto una grigliata di pesce e una frittura di calamari con un bianco di ‘goccia madre’. Cibo e vino buonissimi. Attesa praticamente nulla, servizio efficientissimo e subito ‘responsive’ ad ogni richiesta, nonostante tutti i tavoli occupati. Siamo appena rientrati casa, ancorché non sia solito a scrivere recensioni, beh, in questo caso meritano davvero un’immediata e strapositiva recensione. Andateci e recensite…merito a chi merita. Bravissimi!!
