18/11/2024: I was there just yesterday with my family, nothing to say! The dishes were one better than the other, the boy who welcomed us and then served us was of impeccable professionalism and unique friendliness, he loves his job and it shows! The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful! The environment is really welcoming, it feels very "homey", you immediately feel at ease... Not only do I recommend it, but I will definitely return!

21/03/2025: Three of us had dinner. The place presents itself in a confused way and without a defined style: an environment that seems frozen in time, but not in a positive sense, and which could really use a breath of fresh air. The food, at least for the dishes I tried, was definitely below expectations. The only plus point is the appetizer based on raw ham and mozzarella, really good. The pizza I ordered, which according to the menu should have been enriched with confit tomatoes, instead arrived with raw tomatoes added before cooking and was also too watery. Preparing and serving dishes differently from what is indicated on the menu is ethically questionable: a sneaky way to mislead a customer who places trust in the restaurant's experience and culinary skills. The real disappointment, however, came with the dessert: a salted caramel millefeuille. In a restaurant, desserts are expected to be homemade or, at least, made by a pastry chef; instead, this turned out to be a simple assembly of pre-packaged industrial ingredients. In conclusion, if questionable practices are adopted in the kitchen, it is essential not to expose them in plain sight: otherwise, the customer feels deceived twice.

21/11/2024: Really friendly staff, even though they didn't have places to accommodate us as we hadn't booked, they did everything they could to accommodate us, it's not like everyone could have sent us away but no, that's how we work, I will definitely return with pleasure. A more than good aperitif accompanied by non-trivial appetizers. Well done

26/01/2025: La pizzeria Vadolì è una vera scoperta! La pizza è semplicemente buonissima, preparata con ingredienti di altissima qualità e abbinamenti davvero unici. L’impasto è leggerissimo, digeribile e perfettamente cotto: ogni boccone è un piacere. Anche gli antipasti sono eccezionali, con accostamenti originali e gusti che sorprendono. Si percepisce la cura e la passione dietro ogni piatto. Il personale è gentilissimo e attento, pronto a consigliare e a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un luogo dove tornerò sicuramente e che consiglio a tutti gli amanti della buona pizza!

24/03/2025: There is little to say... on the occasion of a 50th birthday last weekend. Prompt and polite service, well-kept environment and food...: do you want to eat quality fish? You have no options, beautiful location. Highly recommended.

24/02/2025: a lunch to forget. table of 8 people, pasta arrived after 2 hours, probably they don't have the right means to manage the number of people they welcome, when asked to know how old the pasta was, the answer was that it was being creamed but this creaming lasted over 20 minutes, one of these first ones after two hours also arrived wrong which is why one person remained fasting as we arrived at 3pm after we had been there since 1pm we had to leave the place, the bill was given to us charged for an extra pasta which was pointed out and then excluded but at the same time 4 pastas with scampi and porcini mushrooms were invoiced for a total cost of 120 euros when we asked to avoid the porcini mushrooms but the final cost remained unchanged which is definitely absurd but even more absurd considering that one person went away without food.

03/03/2025: Best stop in Bolzano for lunch, both for the excellent quality of the food and for the prices tailored to workers with meal vouchers. Go ahead like this!
