12/09/2025: It's been years since I've been to the historic Mondera bakery, synonymous with delicious bread. I was delighted to see it transformed into a veritable boulangerie! They have everything and do everything you can do with an oven! In addition to semi-whole wheat bread, I bought some truly delicious pastries! My favorites are the little coconut and limoncello boats. They're so soft you can eat them one after the other.

09/02/2026: Pizzas and Meatballs!!! I should start by saying that I've known this pizzeria since it opened, and I'm also friends with the owners, who are wonderful people and hard workers. So, this review might seem biased, but I can assure you that it isn't. Besides the undisputed quality of the pizzas, strictly crispy Cosenza-style, even if the name of the place may seem misleading, what particularly struck me was the deliciousness and quality of the various meat, rice, and eggplant meatballs we ate. I found them heavenly, perfectly cooked, dry, with balanced flavors and top-quality ingredients, prepared by skilled and expert hands. Congratulations indeed, and... until the next frissurata!!!

At this historic pizzeria in Cosenza, every bite speaks of tradition: thin, crispy dough, topped with the highest-quality local ingredients. Calabria is all there, in a slice. Friendly service, a family atmosphere. A place that never disappoints.

24/01/2026: We went to breakfast on a Friday morning around 9:30, eager to eat pastries or mignon filled with the famous citron, but they didn't have anything citron-flavored.

22/03/2026: I went there this morning for breakfast, not bad, but they brought a small bottle of water that we didn't order, and when we pointed it out, since I thought it was coffee water, they made us pay for it separately. Sounds a bit sneaky to me!

08/01/2026: I went to this bar for a snack and was tempted by a salmon sandwich! I don't usually write reviews, but as soon as I left, I took a bite and the fish smelled and tasted bad, so I spat it out! I thought about going back, so I went back and the kind staff actually exchanged it for me, but the girl at the cashier didn't agree! I understand that in this job you see all sorts of things and I also understand wanting to defend your work but after you smell it and even touch it with your hands to smell it, after I paid you almost 4 euros, there is no way you answer me like this and don't change it for me, I would have preferred you to give me a bottle of water in exchange even if it costs less, a pizza for a euro or a ripassa that we offer you a coffee if you really didn't want to give me the sandwich but now I will have to throw it away and you earned 3.50 and you were rude, I didn't leave it outside only because I'm not uncivilized but it deserved even worse given the rudeness! These things can happen but when a product is not good you change it or at least do something to fix it!! Too bad because the kindness of the guys as soon as I came in I thought how nice, now I'll tell the other guys to come and have a coffee (with a group of 25 people)! But the only thing he did was take the money and that was it! That's not right. I came back to this review, it came to mind for a moment, it's silly, and then I thought (before knowing he'd responded): "Yeah, I'll delete it now. When I worked at the pizzeria, I would have hated getting a bad review. After all, they're businesspeople, humans, they have to work too!" Besides, despite the rudeness, it was silly, and at work they always say "nothing goes, nothing goes," yet his subtly hypocritical response, where he even emphasizes the unique personalities, does nothing but, I'm afraid, confirm his rudeness! I don't take it personally, and I hope this observation of mine can help improve the service! But in the end, the experience was even fun: the surprise sandwich, the kind employees. Let's just say I'll give it an extra star so you can have a laugh too! I wish you good work and all the best!! :)))

03/08/2025: Great experience! The food was delicious and tasty. We had the house appetizer, fettuccine with mushrooms, and mparettati with sausage... delicious!!! The staff was very friendly, attentive, kind, and helpful. The chef? A chef with a capital "C." The prices were more than fair. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

I've been frequenting the place for many years: quality ingredients, exquisite rotisserie, and some of the best pizza by the slice in town. The staff is always attentive, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended for both a quick snack and large orders.

29/08/2025: If you want meat done well, good and tasty, you're in the right place. Cooked to perfection, a delight for the palate. Characterful location, excellent service, quick, polite, and very helpful staff. After a year, we returned, and aside from a few small negatives—the roast portion was much smaller, but the price was the same, and the Podolico sandwich burger was a little overcooked—it's always a good experience and the food is good. Another year has passed, and the palate has once again delighted at Masseria Forcinit. What can I say? It's always a pleasure to return; the goodness and kindness are one and the same.
