16/09/2025: September 13, 2025 The Orchidea restaurant was the absolute protagonist of the most beautiful day of my life, my wedding. The hosts, Susanna and Sebastiano (two fantastic people), managed to organize the civil ceremony with the mayor and the wedding dinner in two separate rooms, outdoors, with a truly wonderful setting. The first part of the civil ceremony was celebrated in front of the upper pool, with numerous white chairs all decorated with flowers, a white carpet in the middle with two poufs and a floral arch, all impeccably lit, creating a moving atmosphere. The second part of the wedding dinner was organized in the ground-floor pool, in front of a lawn, with all the tables in the center and the aperitif stations all around, where my guests and all of us savored a menu of appetizers, almost entirely fish, with some meat, of indescribable deliciousness. Fish cooked in the most diverse ways, with a wide selection of courses. The appetizers were rich, plentiful, and delicious. The three first courses and two second courses, served at the table, were a huge success, with requests for more, which were not lacking. The organization of the kitchen and the dining room deserved top marks. The entire staff was fast, helpful, and kind. The final menu, featuring the wedding cake and an endless dessert buffet, was a resounding success. A variety of desserts, of indescribable deliciousness. I must and want to sincerely thank Susanna and Sebastiano for their professionalism, availability, kindness, friendliness, and humility. You managed to make my day a dream come true. I recommend all Calabrians and Italians who pass by the Orchidea to stop by and create your own unforgettable moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart... 27/08/2025: It's definitely worth it. I had a selection of pastries and a brioche gelato, and everything was delicious. The ricotta in the cannoli was delicious, as was the custard and pistachio cream in the cream puffs. The sospiri were phenomenal. The place is very well-kept and the desserts are beautifully displayed. The service is friendly and the prices are very fair considering the high quality. A must-try!

27/08/2025: We came to Delianuova to indulge in Scutellà's desserts, and we did. Each one was better than the last, especially the sospiri, and the gelato was equally delicious, just the right amount of sweet and creamy. And the price was below average, too.

27/08/2025: Tasty dishes, friendly and fast staff, it's certainly a favorite place of ours. The quantity of food is more abundant once again, but I understand that at the same time it changes. I recommend trying it.

09/05/2025: I was here on Sunday after a tour of Musaba which is just a few minutes away. Easy place to get to, ample parking. Smiling and hospitable staff with great attention to customers. Excellent cleanliness in all rooms including bathrooms. Excellent food, we had a mixed starter of stockfish and then 2 first courses (Stroncatura and Corte al Giumani) and 2 second courses (classic stockfish and gratinated with Bergamot) accompanied by a house wine. We left full and satisfied with the bill, more than fair. There is no doubt that we will return!

31/08/2025: Welcoming and tasty, if you're tired of the dozens of anonymous pizzerias and restaurants in Diamante and Scalea, this restaurant is for you. Typical Calabrian products and dishes, in a village with a magnificent view. The entire town is a hamlet of steps and narrow streets; don't use GPS to get here. Call the restaurant for parking advice; we went to Piazza XVII Settembre.

30/08/2025: I visited this restaurant serving traditional Calabrian cuisine, and I must say it was a true culinary delight! The food was incredible; every dish we ordered was prepared with care and love for Calabrian tradition. The waiter Francesco recommended the best dishes; his kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Excellent value for money. If you love Calabrian cuisine, you can't miss this place.

30/09/2025: Unfortunately, I had an appetizer, mussels in a stew (from the day before) that were lukewarm; you could tell they weren't freshly made. (At least reheat them properly.) The first course was very good: spaghetti with anchovies and breadcrumbs; off-menu: spaghetti with octopus. A mixed salad. 1 dessert, 2 bitter coffees. 80 euros. In my opinion, the quality didn't match the price.

Yes, we are family, but they treat everyone equally with great food, great service and top notch quality 👌Gianni, Antonella, Domenico & the family are super hosts! If your in or near Siderno, you must have lunch or dinner here. You will not regret it!

08/09/2025: Nice place, very welcoming and attentive staff. We had seafood, everything was very good and fresh. The prices were more than fair. It was a pleasant discovery, highly recommended.

20/09/2025: We had dinner this evening and, unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The food was average, nothing to justify the prices, which were truly excessive for what was offered. But what most impacted the overall rating was the service: in particular, a waiter with a goatee was arrogant and presumptuous, with an unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but between the unmemorable food quality, the exorbitant prices, and such unpleasant service, I don't think we'll be back.

18/09/2025: With a breathtaking view, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food, it rightly has its prices. But when you eat well and feel good, it's money well spent.

23/09/2025: Number one bakery in Marina di Davoli, good bread, good selection of pizzas at fair prices, quick service.

01/11/2025: Friendly Staff, fast service, a little bit pricey, but not too much. Covered outdoor seating was nice. Chicken sandwich very good and burger was good. Fried Potatoes were good but needed some salt for our tastes.

11/09/2025: The reservation system looks like a CIA interrogation....!!! Date of birth, email, zip code.... Don't you think that's going too far??? In the end, you're selling a pizza!!! In exchange for a pizza, you want all the customers' sensitive data... It's time to stop.

07/09/2025: The product is high-quality, but €19 for a revisited "Margherita" seems excessive. A pan-shaped cloud or a crispy "Roman" focaccia is served. The "Neapolitan" pizza is no longer served.
