06/09/2025: Beautifully located on the beautiful Crotone seafront, it does everything and more, from pizza by the slice to a lot of tasty things as well as first courses and fish starters, all delicious.

30/08/2025: We definitely came here on the wrong night.... I'd like to hope for their sake. Because they literally forgot us in that alley where they put us. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come take our order, then 50 minutes later they brought my partner's appetizer and first course together, and I had to wait an hour and a half for my dish! The dishes were good, but at the time, I was furious about the unacceptable service; they made me lose my temper!

12/06/2025: Angelo Del Mare has the best seafood I've ever had in my life. We were in Tropea for 3 days and went to eat at this restaurant every single day! The staff is so warm and so friendly and truly make you feel like a part of their Italian family! The seafood is so fresh, it is caught that morning and they will tell you all about their catches of the day. The mussels were the freshest i've ever had and the swordfish and tuna steak literally melted in my mouth. The ambiance is so lovely, the restaurant has recently been renovated and is nautical themed and very modern! There is so much love in the food, in their service and in their hospitality, this place is truly one of a kind and I am still dreaming about it. If you are headed to Tropea, go to. Angelo del Mare - trust me, this will be the best seafood you will eat !

10/06/2025: Trust the “catch of the day” and they will not disappoint you. Excellent service, excellent quality and a great welcome. The fish market is located slightly outside the center of Tropea (in a side street) outside the “tourist” areas of the super center.

17/06/2025: A small restaurant that requires careful searching, but once you're there, it's a real treat! Everything is fresh, excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. One of the best meals of our trip.

26/08/2025: Not at all satisfied...and yet they had raved about it. The waiters were kind. But they were utterly disorganized. There was a wait for the dishes to arrive, especially at the cash register to pay...always a wait...the owner added two euros to my appetizer just because he felt like it...the food was average...

19/07/2025: We had a very pleasant experience at Il Porticato. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We ordered a tasting board with a variety of local delicacies, along with a beer, Coke Zero, and water. The total came to €43 — very reasonable for the quality and presentation. The atmosphere was charming, with beautifully arranged interiors and a cozy outdoor area that added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed and tasteful moment in a lovely setting.

06/08/2025: Sono andato col mio partner a prendere un gelato. Il partner ha preso un cono piccolo, e io una brioche col gelato. Da listino prezzi esposto, il cono piccolo veniva 2,3€, mentre la brioche non c'era. Alla fine ho pagato 2,8€ il cono piccolo e 4€ la brioche. La qualità del gelato era quella di un qualsiasi gelato da supermercato, la consistenza era molto liquida, il gusto non eccezionale, la cialda del cono vecchia, il personale sembrava un po' spaesato ed era un po' rude. Al momento del pagamento, purtroppo il POS non si accendeva e quindi sono stato costretto a pagare cash. Non ho lo scontrino da mostrare. Trovo inaccettabile che si alzino i prezzi per la stagione estiva e/o per i turisti.

25/08/2025: We had lunch with friends, all excellent, very fresh fish, and since my son doesn't eat fish, he had the very tender veal rib, congratulations indeed.

25/08/2025: Give it a boost with better service! It's not possible for just one person to take orders! Anyway, the food was good, maybe we just waited a bit too long...

04/09/2025: Traditional food prepared the way it used to be, with truly exceptional stockfish and first courses that deserve nothing but praise. Out of curiosity, we also tried the tagliata, incredibly tender and flavorful, and the pizza for the appetizer, soft and delicious. Kudos to everything: from the meat to the stockfish, to the pizza! Super helpful staff, excellent service, and very fair prices. We'll be back with pleasure.

24/08/2025: If you love traditional Calabrian dishes, you've come to the right place. From appetizers rich in cured meats, cheeses, stockfish, and other local delicacies, to first courses like stroncatura (a kind of pasta dish) or tagliolini with porcini mushrooms or scaletta (a kind of pasta dish), all the way up to the excellent meats. The atmosphere is welcoming, as is the entire staff. Prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered.

06/09/2025: We had dinner on the last day before leaving. The location is very elegant and well-kept. We ate outdoors. As soon as we arrived, Lorenzo greeted us immediately, very friendly and professional. As soon as we were seated, he brought us a delicious, slightly spicy local appetizer and drinks. We first ordered a half-liter of rosé, which was good, and then with our meal, half a liter of white wine, which was also delicious. We had some fish, such as the mixed seafood appetizer, the mixed fried fish, and tagliolini with mussels, clams, which were delicious. My son had a Margherita pizza with raw ham and stracciatella, and my daughter had a carbonara, which if I were her, I wouldn't have ordered in a seaside location (perhaps the only downside). Her boyfriend had a Brazilian entrecote, which was delicious, and the meat was like butter. My children had two portions of fries, one fried and one baked Sila potatoes. My boyfriend had two glasses of very good red. We didn't have dessert because we were too full. They offered us a Sila amaro at the end of the dinner. Thanks to Lorenzo we ended the holidays on a high note. Without him, Bacco Divino would be an excellent restaurant, but with him, it's a cut above.

03/09/2025: A family-run restaurant, superbly managed! Extremely friendly staff. Delicious food, all washed down with good wine! If you're in this beautiful seaside town, this place is a must-see.
