Il Cappero Rosso In Pizzo

When you have little choice on the menu it means that the quality goes up a lot.

We had lunch at Cappero Rosso with our students from the three fifth classes of the "O.Lazzarino" comprehensive school in Gallico Marina di Reggio Calabria (on a school trip). Excellent welcome, exquisite menu and fast service made our outing unforgettable. Thank you so much guys, we will definitely come back to visit you to taste your specialties again.

We had originally planned to have our first dinner in Pizzo at Petit Jardin but they had an emergency that evening leaving the place closed and us without a supper pick. But every cloud has a silver lining we chose Il Cappero Rosso and we were not disappointed. Excellent pizza, excellent prices and great people to spend our evening with we couldn't ask for a better start to our vacation even if we were half asleep from traveling to get here.

What to say? The top of the top, quality food and impeccable service. I'll be back!

Piękne miejsce,bardzo miła obsługa i pyszne jedzenie. Polecam Fileja pomodoro z sosoem z czerwonej cebuli i kielbasy nduja-wyjątkowy smak. Dostaliśmy tez troche chleba wypieczonego w piecu do pizzy-rewelacja!

Posto in pieno centro tutto buonissimo dai primi agli antipasti di pesce e la pizza. Propietari molto gentili e staff efficiente prezzi abbordabili lo consiglio e noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente 😉

Visitato oggi 5 ottobre con un amico. Sintetizzando: - servizio cortese e professionale - linguine pistacchi e vongole S T R A O R D I N A RI (Vongole freschissime e saporite) un vera opera d'arte ...e non esagero. Forse fra le migliori pasta e vongole mai mangiate - ravioli con scampi molto saporiti ed abbondanti - tonno scottato con cipolle in agrodolce e aceto balsamico cotto alla perfezione e buonissimo con cipolle (credo di tropea) divine! Andavamo di fretta altrimenti avremmo preso altro (io avrei preso il bis di linguine e vongole con pistacchi) ma sicuramente è un posto in cui tornerò. Complimenti davvero bella esperienza culinaria, ad un prezzo sicuramente giusto considerata la bontà della materia prima e dell'amore con cui sono preparati. A presto!

The food was very good. I decided to have the Involtini Pesce Spada. I was told by the waiter that they were not available but he offered to make a sword fish fillet with the same coating instead. It was exquisite.

Situato nella splendida piazza principale di Pizzo Calabro, è un locale informale specializzato di il pesce fresco con molti posti all'esterno. Buona la cucina. Da provare la cernia e l'antipasto abbondante e gustoso. In ultimo, un buon tartufo artigianale, vi farà ricordare sia il posto che la città di Pizzo che vale la pena di visitare
