25/06/2025: A safe harbor, where you can land to be welcomed with smiles, kindness and professionalism: qualities, today, quite rare. Beautiful location, close to a wonderful stretch of sea, in one of the most beautiful coasts of Calabria: beach with umbrellas, bar, and exquisite dishes, also but not only, of very fresh fish. And then, if you have strength and desire available, you will find, just a step outside the restaurant, a mini outdoor gym.

24/06/2025: Pleasant lunch in front of the sea, fresh fish sandwiches and very good with local ingredients, also possibility of having them served on a plate with bread on the side. To finish a good coffee Mauro and a local amaro. Recommended.

08/06/2025: I was invited to lunch at this restaurant and I must say it was a pleasant surprise! Alta Marea is a simple yet well-kept place, perfect for those who want to enjoy excellent seafood in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is kind, helpful, and very attentive. One detail worth mentioning: they also speak German, which makes things easier for those who don’t speak Italian. I chose the “trenette con calamari al pesto— a truly delicious dish: well-cooked, with fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The menu offers a variety of seafood options, all interesting and fairly priced. Recommended for anyone looking for genuine seafood cuisine, without unnecessary frills but full of substance. I’ll gladly come back!

25/03/2025: Excellent Pub, I often go there with my wife and children, cheerful and welcoming place, the sandwiches and beers are excellent as always and the service is always courteous and fast.

23/02/2025: I go to eat at the bulldog pub very often and I must say that I am always very satisfied. The staff is very welcoming and the menu offers a vast selection of craft beers and amazing sandwiches such as the one with octopus or parmigiana. I absolutely recommend this place!

16/06/2025: We have been to this place for the 2nd time, yesterday we wanted to try again, we had a mussels with pepper, a first course and a second course, half a litre of wine and a bottle of water; then I just wanted to clarify one thing, the food was good both the mussels, the first course (linguine allo scoglio), the second course (grilled sea bass fillet) and the mussels, but too expensive!! You can't pay a 100g sea bass fillet and a first course €17!! In short, mussels, first course and second course, half a litre of wine €57.30! At least as for the restaurant, I don't think I'll go back... maybe we'll see the pizza..

Il proprietario è davvero gentile, cordiale e disponibile, il locale è pulito e accogliente. Prezzi più che onesti. Consigliatissimo! Ritornerò a breve!

The service was distinguished by speed and efficiency, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. The dishes served were abundant and well presented, reflecting excellent care in preparation. The environment, quiet and welcoming, proved to be perfect for a relaxing summer evening. A decidedly positive experience that I highly recommend.

Dopo aver aspettato 45 minuti per l'arrivo del primo piatto : trofie porcini e noci con gusto di pappetta al semolino. Nessun profumo né sapore di porcini !!! Primi e secondi da mensa universitaria ma con prezzi da ristorante stellato. Il menù esposto sul sito non corrisponde all'offerta del ristorante...il tutto in assenza di scontrino

14/12/2024: I really appreciate the alternatives always available for pizza dough. Excellent quality raw materials. Always excellent service whether the place is full or empty. Also good are starters and rotisserie dishes.
