13/08/2026: We stayed at Hotel La Praja the first week of August with a group of friends, and for this vacation we decided to focus on one goal: to think only of the sea. And, in this respect, our stay was absolutely worth it.
Let's start with the less positive things. Courtesy, unfortunately, wasn't the hotel's strong point (especially the gentleman with glasses serving breakfast).
As for dogs, I wouldn't call it a pet-friendly hotel: dogs are welcome, but ours didn't have a fenced-in outdoor area where he could run and roam freely. Despite this, he also had fun and had a wonderful vacation.
The daytime entertainment was provided by two young women who tried to engage the guests in some way, but with less than memorable results. In our case, however, we didn't particularly miss it: we were with another family and had a great time together.
A decidedly positive note, however, goes to the shuttle, run by really nice and helpful people, and especially Mimmo, whose genuineness made us laugh more than once.
The value for money was excellent, and we ate well for the right price. But the real strength, the one that ultimately overshadows everything else, is undoubtedly the sea: spectacular, beautiful, the kind that makes you forget some of the structure's small flaws (in this regard, I recommend taking the boat trip).
For this reason, I honestly can't give the hotel a negative review. You just have to know what to expect.
I wouldn't recommend it to those traveling with small children, those looking for ample space to let their dog run free, or those who consider entertainment a fundamental part of the holiday.
I would, however, recommend it to those who want to eat well at fair prices, have a good quality-price ratio, and above all, enjoy a truly spectacular sea.
Ultimately, you have to get into the right mood: holiday mode, little attention to the little things, and a real desire for the sea.
