28/06/2025: In the simplicity of this little pearl the added value is definitely its owner, Angelo, by name and by nature. Your experience if you are lucky will be cheered by his kindness and hospitality. You will find simple, home-made cuisine, forget the painted plates, here you really eat and you do it well and with the quality of freshness in every dish. You will take home a memory, that memory that only the cuisine of the past, simple like that of your grandmother who pampered you by putting love in every dish. This was my experience and I totally fell in love with this small simple place. I hope you have the same experience as me. It is worth it, among other things at very honest prices and below the target of more famous but also more emotionally sterile places. Bravo Angelo to you and your staff.

19/05/2025: Se ci fermiamo qui è solo per una brevissima sosta caffè o orzo e nulla più, i prezzi sono eccessivi e il personale è sempre un tantino scocciato. Purtroppo la scelta all'interno del contro commerciale è molto limitata.

19/05/2025: The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, welcoming us with kindness despite our late arrival. We chose the six-course spring menu: each dish was balanced in flavors and presented with care. The lunch was filling but light, leaving us fully satisfied, from the amuse-bouche (extraordinary olives), to the homemade bread, to the small pastries. The wine pairing was excellent, which further enhanced the experience. I think the place combines elegance and authenticity. An experience that I highly recommend!!!

24/04/2025: What can I say, a magnificent experience. We decided to take the tasting menu with a pairing of 4 wines (possibility of having 6 as well), delicious food!!!!! both for the sight and for the palate. They accompany everything with bread and butter made by them, really too good! For those who don't want the tasting menu, which I highly recommend, there is the à la carte menu with prices ranging from approximately 16 to 40 euros. Price of 7-course tasting menu €70 each + 4 wine pairings around 40 euros each. Homemade and non-homemade food revisited in a nouvelle cousine key. Right quantity, not mini portions as you would expect, for example I wasn't able to finish the sweets (a shame). Minimal and relaxing atmosphere, friendly, trained and attentive to detail staff. I'll be back to try the new winter menu 🥰

06/06/2025: Fantastic little restaurant. Our waiter took time to explain all the dishes. The sliced veal and rolled veal were highlights. Moderately priced and packed with locals Go early or book to ensure a table. You won't regret it.

05/06/2025: Spotted on the way there, stopped on the way back, and I can only give an excellent review of EVERYTHING!!!!!! Top quality meat, very tender and tasty, as well as the traditional Calabrian first courses. Impeccable service.

11/09/2024: Had such an amazing dinner here twice. The pizza was excellent with fresh ingredients and the best crust. The service staff were so friendly and they went over the top to make sure you had the best experience. The chef also prepared amazing local dishes. A must try local restaurant.

10/05/2025: I have always been skeptical about this place...perhaps because before there was a historic pub from my childhood or perhaps more simply because the location is not the most sparkling...the fact is that it turned out to be a nice surprise! Four of us had dinner, some opted for the sandwich shop, others for the restaurant. What can I say satisfied in everything. Special mention to the spaghetti with seafood...I really didn't expect it...rich and delicious. If you dine here... be careful because the portions are really generous. We will definitely return without paying too much attention to the location! Excellent service.

Very courteous, professional and friendly staff. The owner is also the son who works with him, they are very attentive to the needs of the customers. Tables also outside. I recommend it.

27/06/2025: A top-notch Italian pizzeria. Our chosen ascent from Marina Tropea winds its way up the mountain via countless steps. However, the reward is a fantastic view and a pizzeria that's just as good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is simply fantastic. Nice Italian music, loud enough to be heard, yet quiet enough for pleasant conversation, very attentive and dedicated staff, and, last but not least, excellent pizzas. It really brings out that Italian holiday feeling! Thanks for the wonderful evening!
