04/01/2025: Servizio pessimo, disorganizzazione generale, ordine sbagliato ed hanno ben pensato di fare finta di nulla. Pizza rimandata indietro per assenza delle loro “patate aromatiche” e ritornata subito dopo con delle misere patatine fritte fredde. Nonostante le osservazioni sulla sostituzione di un prodotto con un altro hanno semplicemente dichiarato che quanto da me ordinato fosse terminato (lasciando il tempo che trova non avendo provveduto a chiarire in tempo al momento dell’ordinazione). Inutile dire che non hanno avuto nemmeno un briciolo di accortezza al momento del conto. PESSIMI.

10/03/2025: Ho prenotato con anticipo per festeggiare il mio compleanno, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente. Quando siamo arrivati al ristorante, ci siamo seduti e ci è stato comunicato che non avevano un menù fisso, ma che lavoravano con un menù giornaliero. Poiché avevano già servito il pranzo, erano rimasti solo un antipasto di salumi, un primo con cozze e un secondo di salsiccia. Essendo io una persona che non mangia pesce, non avevamo alcuna alternativa disponibile. Abbiamo quindi deciso di alzarci e andarcene, anche se avevamo portato con noi una torta. Ci ha sorpreso, però, che si siano lamentati con altre persone al bancone del bar per la nostra decisione. Mi aspettavo un servizio e una preparazione migliore, soprattutto considerando che avevo prenotato in anticipo per un’occasione speciale.
