05/09/2025: As the name suggests, a regal and elegant atmosphere. A fabulous 18th birthday party, organized down to the smallest detail. Excellent gourmet food, with a refined palate. Kind and helpful staff. Thank you, my friend, for giving me the opportunity to experience this. ❤️ Compliments to the dining room staff.... I highly recommend it for celebrating memorable occasions.

07/08/2025: I discovered this wonderful event center during a luncheon hosted by a friend. I immediately fell in love with the magical location. I always thought, at the first opportunity to hold a conference, I would share it with my colleagues here, bringing them to a place of exceptional beauty. Regal Garden welcomed me and my organizing team and provided us with everything we requested, with extraordinary kindness and courtesy, seeking solutions to our dreams. And then August 4th arrived, the day commemorating the second anniversary of the arrival of the Cuban medical brigade to Cosenza. We celebrated in our own way, conducting science, talking about our work, and exchanging experiences. It turned out to be a wonderful day. But I must highlight all the attention and support of the Regal Garden staff, from the top management to the youngest members of the team. Everything prepared was crowned by a culture of attention to detail. Their cuisine was spectacular, delicate, and elegant. Their staff was luxurious. I would like to thank the entire Regar Garden team for the quality of the event, on behalf of all the Cuban doctors who participated. I highly recommend it to anyone planning conferences or events of this nature. Thank you all.

13/09/2025: Having planned a trip to Sila, my husband and I decided to stay at the Biafora Hotel. We booked a junior suite for two, with a spa and pool. I'll start with the room: I'm giving it 3 stars because some details need updating (including the in-room whirlpool tub, which has yellowish rust stains inside). The view from the window is stunning. The staff is friendly and polite. I really enjoyed the spa visit, as well as the pool. The breakfast was extraordinary, very tasty and beautifully presented. Overall, I can recommend this hotel; I was left with a good impression.

03/09/2025: My husband and I got married at Biafora a week ago. Everything was wonderful, beyond our expectations. The staff was excellent, attentive to every detail. The food was delicious; we received so many compliments on the quality. Everything was perfect. We even stayed in the suite... beautiful... with a hot tub. Breakfast the next day was top-notch, both sweet and savory. And to top it all off, a very relaxing spa experience... with a salt cave, Turkish bath, sauna, two hot tubs, and a relaxation room with heated water beds and herbal teas with delicious treats. I would choose Biafora over and over again. The only small hiccup was booking the rooms, because we had booked them all for our guests, but there were a few issues and misunderstandings. A special thanks to Luca, who took care of us, and to Martina, the wedding planner.

22/07/2025: There were some errors in the order, and the dishes arrived out of order. The wait was incredibly long, even when the restaurant was almost empty. However, the quality of the products was good, and the prices were reasonable for what we ordered. I recommend arriving early if you don't want to wait forever.

09/07/2025: Ci sono posti che ti conquistano con l’apparenza, e poi ci sono quelli che, senza bisogno di effetti speciali, ti entrano sotto pelle (e sotto il palato) con la sostanza. "Da Lina" è decisamente uno di quei posti. Ci torniamo spesso con gli amici, e ogni volta è una conferma. La location è minimal, essenziale, ma calda e accogliente. Nessuna posa da rivista, solo un’atmosfera autentica dove si sta bene davvero. Merito anche di uno staff sempre sorridente, che ti accoglie come uno di casa. Servizio veloce, diretto, senza fronzoli inutili, ma fatto con cura e precisione. Ed è proprio lì che scatta la magia. La pizza? Una "wow" experience: impasto perfetto, cottura al punto giusto, equilibrio negli ingredienti. Una di quelle pizze che non si dimenticano e che non ti fanno rimpiangere quelle di Napoli. Ma sarebbe riduttivo fermarsi alla pizza. Qui la cucina merita l’applauso: Hamburger squisiti, con carne succosa e panini fatti in casa. Ragù di coniglio e di cervo: saporiti, intensi, da trattoria d’autore. Coscia d’anatra tenera e ben rosolata. Primi piatti abbondanti e creativi, capaci di far contento chiunque. È uno di quei rari luoghi in cui si mangia bene per davvero, dove ogni piatto racconta il piacere genuino della buona cucina, senza bisogno di effetti scenici o storytelling forzati. In un mondo pieno di stellati, di locali fotocopia e pizze travestite da fashion blogger, qui si viene per mangiare sul serio. Gli altri? Si accontentino di scattare foto. Noi abbiamo trovato una galassia che brilla senza rumore. E chi la trova, non la lascia più.

08/08/2025: Craving excellent traditional Cosenza cuisine? Go to A Gulia! Attentive service, excellent cuisine, and excellent value. The rigatoni alla perorare are excellent, the meatballs are wonderful, the zucchini parmigiana is fantastic, and the caciocavallo with porcini mushrooms is superb! Everything is extremely delicious and easy to digest despite the elaborate dishes: a sign of the extreme quality of the ingredients and the cuisine. The tomato salad is superb! What are you waiting for? Hurry and satisfy your palate.

29/05/2025: Very friendly staff and excellent food, too bad I live in Tuscany and can't come more often. An exceptional variety of pasta and very large portions. Second courses and desserts no less. The Sicilian cannoli impressed me. In the photo you will find tagliolini al limone with clams, mussels and cherry tomatoes, a fried cod and the Sicilian cannoli.

19/04/2025: Wow Sushi is simply marvelous! Not only is it the best sushi I have ever eaten, but it is also a culinary experience that surprises and captivates with every bite. The quality of the fish is excellent, always very fresh and expertly cut. The flavor combinations are creative but balanced, each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail, both in taste and presentation. The staff is courteous, attentive and always ready to recommend the best of the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and relaxing, perfect both for a romantic dinner and for an evening with friends. Mauro the owner, is the best!! I highly recommend anyone who loves sushi to try it at least once... although I warn you: it's addictive! I can't wait to go back already.

07/07/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Catanzaro. Compliments to everyone, from the chef to the manager. Equipped with the n.1 rotisserie in cz, and the pizza, also one of the best I've ever tasted. Impeccable service and environment. Updated 06/07/2025 Ate half a meter of mixed fried food. How delicious. Unique seafood fusilli.

04/09/2025: I'd been there a few years ago. And I loved it. We went back and had a mixed antipasto. A bergamot tagliolini with scampi and chopped pistachios. A stroncatura with cherry tomatoes, olives, and toasted anchovies. A pizzo calabro truffle and a blueberry cake. Half a liter of red wine. €60 for two. I recommend it.

13/08/2025: Delicious food and amazing service❤️ My mom and I came for our last dinner in Italy at the end of our vacation and chose the best restaurant! I felt incredibly well cared by the staff, despite our language differences, we got along great. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant if you want something delicious and in a wonderful atmosphere!

For years during the Christmas period I have been going there to celebrate Christmas Eve with a good aperitif. And also for this May Day I went to the much loved place. I drank a Cosmopolitan like a god and enjoyed a fabulous aperitif with lasagna. You are the best💯 I confirm what was said. For a quiet evening with my husband, I always choose this place because the food is delicious and the staff is exceptionally kind. The aperitif is the best and the cold coffee is no less, so much so that I also choose them for breakfast on Saturday 😜❤️
