17/04/2026: The pizza is, as they say, "mouth-watering." The dough is truly excellent, not rubbery but not burnt either, it's delicate and flavorful. I don't even dare argue with the ingredients; everything is top-quality, and the pizza is neither plain nor over-stuffed (and I'm also talking about the excess oil that many pizzerias have the habit of adding, even toppings on the takeout box or the plate). For me, 5 stars are a bit too easy.

12/04/2026: Really nice place, I've been there twice and I've always eaten really well, you can see that there is a lot of competence in the kitchen, if I can make a small point, the waiters are not the best in terms of hospitality, they do their job and very well, but sometimes an extra smile doesn't hurt

Much of this is undoubtedly thanks to San Bernardo Ricevimenti. The venue, immersed in the pristine nature of the Sila Mountains, is simply enchanting. In addition to the professional and impeccable service, the dishes, prepared with dedication and care, using fresh, high-quality, local ingredients, were truly exceptional! We highly recommend them for weddings or other ceremonies. P.S. 19/10/2025: A Perfect Banquet of Flavor and Elegance. ​I had the pleasure of celebrating a special occasion, my nephew's graduation party, with a banquet prepared by Executive Chef Gustavo Congi and his daughter, Lady Chef Denisia Congi. ​Despite the close friendship and respect that bind me to the Congi family, I cannot help but express my sincere appreciation. Their cuisine was simply sublime. ​The dishes showcase the finest local ingredients, which, crafted with professionalism and love, are transformed into creations of the highest quality. Each course was presented with elegance and refinement. The risotto with crispy green beans, pumpkin cream, and grilled bacon was particularly noteworthy. ​A dish that celebrates autumn and the richness of mountain flavors. The rice was cooked to perfection, with the grain al dente, enclosing the heart of starch. Chefs Gustavo and Denisia succeeded in creating a vibrant contrast, masterfully balancing creaminess and crunchiness. Aesthetically, it was a unique culinary canvas of brilliant and lively contrasts. ​In short, the long-standing professionalism and experience of Executive Chef Gustavo blended beautifully with the innovative and creative touch of Lady Chef Denisia. ​In short: a perfect banquet that expertly combined elegance, flavor, and refinement. The property offers the perfect balance of quality, tranquility, and comfort. The food was truly excellent, with attention to detail and high quality. After lunch, we toured the hotel and were struck by the incredibly welcoming and refined atmosphere. The suites, in particular, are top-notch, elegant, and meticulously maintained. A truly positive experience, one we recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing day or stay!

01/11/2025: ...it's more than a hotel, it's also a museum where a computer scientist finds himself in his own world. I regret the lack of beach bungalows, which adds to the unique experience. The food is also excellent; I suggest improving the breakfast selection, even though it's still plentiful. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.
