19/05/2025: The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, welcoming us with kindness despite our late arrival. We chose the six-course spring menu: each dish was balanced in flavors and presented with care. The lunch was filling but light, leaving us fully satisfied, from the amuse-bouche (extraordinary olives), to the homemade bread, to the small pastries. The wine pairing was excellent, which further enhanced the experience. I think the place combines elegance and authenticity. An experience that I highly recommend!!!

24/04/2025: What can I say, a magnificent experience. We decided to take the tasting menu with a pairing of 4 wines (possibility of having 6 as well), delicious food!!!!! both for the sight and for the palate. They accompany everything with bread and butter made by them, really too good! For those who don't want the tasting menu, which I highly recommend, there is the à la carte menu with prices ranging from approximately 16 to 40 euros. Price of 7-course tasting menu €70 each + 4 wine pairings around 40 euros each. Homemade and non-homemade food revisited in a nouvelle cousine key. Right quantity, not mini portions as you would expect, for example I wasn't able to finish the sweets (a shame). Minimal and relaxing atmosphere, friendly, trained and attentive to detail staff. I'll be back to try the new winter menu 🥰

21/06/2025: Very unpleasant service. My son desperately needed to use a toilet and they refused to let him in. Wanted to pay them, still refused. Don’t understand people like that to refuse a child.

14/06/2025: On the 5th day of Tropea we tried this restaurant... exceptional fresh products and beautifully cooked, kind and professional staff, come and try it, just a stone's throw from the center.

14/07/2025: If you're looking for a place where every aperitivo becomes an extraordinary experience, this is the perfect place. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always ready to smile and satisfy every request with professionalism. The quality of the ingredients is simply excellent: amazing platters, excellent wines, and magnificent cocktails that delight the palate. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, creating a relaxing and familiar atmosphere. I even reported some food allergies, and they were incredibly attentive: the fried foods were prepared separately with suitable oil, allowing me to enjoy them without worries, something that, unfortunately, almost never happens in restaurants!! It was a gesture I greatly appreciated and that made this experience even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality aperitivo, accompanied by impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

For years during the Christmas period I have been going there to celebrate Christmas Eve with a good aperitif. And also for this May Day I went to the much loved place. I drank a Cosmopolitan like a god and enjoyed a fabulous aperitif with lasagna. You are the best💯 I confirm what was said. For a quiet evening with my husband, I always choose this place because the food is delicious and the staff is exceptionally kind. The aperitif is the best and the cold coffee is no less, so much so that I also choose them for breakfast on Saturday 😜❤️

01/07/2025: Lady Silvana: present in the councils, hostess, accomplice, and friend, thank you, Rocca Imperiale was all a surprise, I was expecting something great, in fact it is not only great, the local people are magical, loving, kind, the signs of life and the wrinkles of life experience are visible!. Here is the poet's Trattoria!... magical atmosphere, what a joy, I am 72 years old, I would like to experience it again several times!.. thank you!❣️

29/06/2025: We felt at home! The hospitality was unique. Typical dishes of unique goodness. Rocca Imperiale is a medieval village that preserves a genuine soul that has now been lost in many cities. You can still breathe the lightness of living in a simple way, and we found this simplicity in the traditional dishes tasted in this trattoria! From the array of appetizers, the first course and their amaro we felt like when you eat at grandma's house on a holiday Sunday. To try and to return!

21/05/2025: Location of great respect. The restaurant is on the sea but the windows that allow you to admire the sea... leave a little to be desired. Excellent service. Excellent raw fish and the first course (abundant) spaghetti allo scoglio is definitely among the recommended dishes. Among a large quantity of fish at the counter, you can choose the one for roasting. I recommend the saraghi. Finally the "sporcamussi" typical dessert from Bari. The price? Average, and... enjoy your meal

13/06/2025: Ce restaurant nous a été conseillé, nous sommes arrivés à 9. Autant dire une belle table. En 1h, nous avons passé commande, reçu nos plats et mangé.... rapide... très, trop!!! nous avons pris des antipasti pour la table (aucune information nous a été donnée ni sur la quantité ni sur ce que l'antipasto contenait) et pojr cause il y a eu une multitude de petits plats... si le serveur nous avait expliqué nous en aurions pris moins et aurions partagé. Leur appât du gain a été plus fort dommage!! Les assiettes d'antipasti n'ont même pas été débarrassées que les secondi étaient déjà posés déjà à table. Nous avons pris des bouteille de vin. Il a juste été ouverts et déposé à table, nous avons fait notre service nous-mêmes!! Alors que pour toutes les autres tables, le vin a été servi dans le verre. Ils nous ont entendu parler français certainement... Le poisson était certes frais mais rien d'exceptionnel vu la situation du restaurant. Première et dernière fois pour nous

06/05/2025: Molto delusa….. antipasto smistato in vari piatti,, e sinceramente non ne capisco il motivo… il pesce crudo si allappava in bocca… La pasta senza un ornamento, né soprattutto un sapore.. mi aspettavo di meglio, anche perché le cantine dei vini non erano male.
