02/10/2025: As a stockfish lover, I wanted to try the "cittanovese" specialty. I was truly thrilled. Thanks to all the staff.

28/09/2025: A welcoming and quiet place, even for couples. The decor and lighting are pleasant, especially in the back room. Two and a half stars for the food.

20/08/2025: I only had dinner there for 4 evenings. Very kind, fast and above all you eat really a lot and well. I would add that the spaghetti alla Corte d'Assise were created by them. So I've said it all.

30/07/2025: Great for a family beach vacation! Rooms equipped with refrigerators, TVs, and air conditioning; balconies for hanging towels and swimsuits! Excellent restaurant with a variety of choices.

18/10/2025: First time at La Tavernetta pizzeria and absolutely positive. The pizza is thin, large, and made with good ingredients. The dough is delicious. The smoked pizza is excellent, while the tuna and onion one is good, but the onion tasted really "fresh"—terrible! The staff was kind and always smiling. The cover charge was fair at €2.00. Recommended!

03/07/2025: Friendly staff, elegant place and it makes you want to come in and eat. Good variety of sweets and food for breakfast, as well as ice cream. More or less I go for breakfast and the ricotta shortcrust pastry is excellent, the snowflake (if I remember its name correctly), the Viennese with white cream. The cappuccino is good but at 2.20 it cannot be served in such a small cup. You can use the table service (from the kind response to the review I understood that the cost of table service was applied). The only downside, the paid bottle of water, not ordered, instead of the kindness of a free glass of water.

The amount of and Superb Quality of food that kept on coming Was Outstanding,Delicious,Everything from the Mussell's to the Pistachio Crusted Swordfish, You Can't go wrong. Please Put This One On Your Bucket List. Not only is Everyone Friendly,the food Is Amazing and the Beach & View is to die for. 04/10/2025: Historic pizzeria in CZ, but despite the historic building's façade, a minimal sign on the door would have been appreciated, even if it were just a sign indicating the pizzeria/restaurant. The pizza is always good and the prices are reasonable. The restrooms were clean but definitely not large enough for the tables in the dining room. Since I didn't order anything else, I can't comment on the other dishes, but they're worth trying next time. 😉

05/10/2025: Exceptional granitas, the coffee one is the best in my opinion!! The cream is still served with a scoop, like in the '80s, and the warm brioche is legendary!

04/10/2025: Fantastic experience. I tried it after a long time, and I must say it didn't disappoint. Small but cozy place. Fast and friendly staff. I tried two sandwiches and the mozzarella croquettes. Excellent in every way, the pulled pork was truly delicious. I've attached a few photos.

03/10/2025: Outdoor terrace with a sea view. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The cornettis are highly recommended, as are the cappuccinos (which aren't a given in southern Italy).

12/08/2025: Terrible experience. Rude and impolite staff. I ordered a coffee, a bag of chips, and a bottle of water. The bar was completely empty. I waited 30 minutes for the wrong coffee. Then I asked where the bathroom was. I wish I'd never asked! Not even the worst service station in Caracas. When I pointed out the cholera-like sanitary conditions to the staff, they responded rudely. I said, "This bathroom is not suitable for a lady." The waiter replied, "Why? Do you think you're a lady?" Well, I think I've said it all: unspeakable! Dirty place, dirty glasses, indecent!

26/08/2025: Impeccable in every way. The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. The service is excellent and attentive. The quality of the meal, based on the catch of the day, is above average.

27/08/2025: One of the best bakeries in the area, the pizza is incredible!! The bread is too, and I recommend the pangoccioli, so soft and tasty, I could have eaten 100 of them! The owner is friendly and kind, and the colorful interior is also very beautiful.

18/10/2025: Ciclone is one of those authentic places that makes you feel at home. The pizza is Calabrian in the truest sense: bold flavors, good, authentic ingredients, perfectly cooked. The place is simple, spartan, but welcoming—it's a great place to be. The real strength is the service: young, fast, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A sincere, no-frills place where you eat well and pay a fair price. Worth a try.

11/10/2025: The pizza is good, but not only that. The mbacchiuse potatoes are amazing, accompanied by pizza bread croutons drizzled with olive oil. And then there's the dessert of the day. The price and service are average.

22/08/2025: Located near the aqueduct, the restaurant enjoys a panoramic view. It's particularly beautiful outside, but there are also indoor seating. Excellent pizza and delicious dishes. Good service and a friendly atmosphere.

16/09/2025: A beautiful B&B. But only for those who can climb stairs easily and have no problems. It's located in the center of town and only accessible on foot. Excellent breakfast, though the restaurant is closing in September. Fortunately, there are other restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended if you can walk well.

25/08/2025: Palazzo Candida was an excellent choice for our stay in Gerace. It's a very centrally located property, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers attentive service and assistance both inside and outside. The room we were assigned has a wonderful outdoor terrace overlooking the rooftops and some of Gerace's 100 churches. Dinner was excellent; we particularly enjoyed the pizza; excellent dough and top-notch ingredients. Gerace was a fantastic discovery. The parking issue to reach the property was easily overcome with a permit for the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) granted to guests of the property itself.
