21/08/2024: Friendly staff and available to requests, rating 10. We took meat, pizza and mixed starters. Excellent quality meat, excellent product and cooked well. Abundant and well fried mixed starter. The so-so pizza dough did not rise well, and was a little poor in ingredients with the exception of the very abundant potatoes on the pizza. I don't know if I would go back, maybe yes since there aren't many alternatives in the area.

04/08/2024: Chosen as a trusted place for a good fish lunch, it continued to meet our expectations. The first course with baked seafood turned out to be tasty and quantitatively satisfying, the breadcrumbs are a precious enrichment that makes the dish very tasty. The fried fish and the mixed side salad turned out to be good, within the norm, as was the bill (1 first course, 1 second course, 1 side dish, 2 one-litre bottles of water €45). The hygiene of the premises and toilets was satisfactory and the kindness of the owner was one of the strong points of the business.

16/08/2024: As a former chef... 15 euros for the worst fried food of my life, not so much for the freshness of the product but for the composition of the dish, half of the dish (shrimps) were not fried but stewed, 3 small fish of which I only recognized one mini comb, all three inedible due to the little meat and the amount of bones present which I even risked choking on. Upon payment we received total indifference regarding the complaint made. Highly not recommended place if you want to eat good fried fish.

08/08/2024: How wonderful, after many years I returned to this historic pizzeria, on the outskirts of Cosenza, from which I was away for a long time, for my study and work reasons, and I returned with great pleasure, in the company of a dear friend Quality is always present, as it was then, or rather even more so Stefano is always very welcoming and polite, like Father Christmas How many memories bind me to this place, of friends, unfortunately, who are no longer here, and of others, who we have lost sight of I hope to be able to return as soon as possible to visit you again Super recommended Until next time!!!

15/08/2024: We booked for dinner, the place is very well looked after, both inside and outside. The service was fast and very courteous. We had an appetizer of fried courgette flowers, a cut which was tender and had excellent flavour, a pinsa with typical Calabrian products, this too was excellent and the dough was light. Recommended for those who want to try typical products, the big advantage is that it is very close to the motorway exit so if you want to stop for lunch or dinner it is the right place

28/08/2024: On ne trouve pas énormément de salons de thé un peu chic dans ce coin de l'Italie, même si un peu plus loin à Nicastro, il y a de très bonnes pâtisseries. Donc ça a été une très agréable découverte pour moi et ma famille. C'est spacieux, les patisseries et glaces sont délicieuses, tout comme l'offre de petite restauration salée. Il n'y a pas de fleur d'oranger dans les brioches ou croissant par exemple, donc c'est nickel pour celles et ceux qui n'aiment pas cet arrière goût présent un peu partout dans les tentatives de viennoiseries italiennes (même si ça a tendance à disparaître !). Les prix sont sans doute un peu plus élevés qu'ailleurs, mais pour nos bourses de français, c'est encore très correct. Le serveur n'était pas vraiment pressé quand nous sommes venus, mais ça n'a pas eu d'impact sur notre plaisir gustatif ! je recommande à tous les touristes et descendants de calabrais qui passent par Sambiase de s'arrêter ! le salon de thé me parait bcp plus grand que l'échoppe du centre de Nicastro. Vraiment idéal pour faire une pause

27/08/2024: I understand well that it is a pastry shop, but when I ask for an aperitif, I would have liked to be told "we are not equipped". Paying €18 for two spritzes and a small plate of sandwiches that are a few days old and two sandwiches the size of a macaron and two triangles of piadina seems unfair to me. I do not recommend having an aperitif in this place.

03/08/2024: Beautiful venue, on the main road with convenient parking. Large spaces furnished with style and intelligence. The quality of both sweet and savory products is excellent and the ice creams are also excellent, even original ones. The service is impeccable. Definitely worth trying

02/08/2024: The frustration of people who judge based on prices and do not relate the cost to the quality offered is truly pitiful. A singular bistro immersed in a context accustomed to frequenting places with a meager offer based on frozen products (breakfasts for example with large-scale distribution croissants such as bistefani etc..) really makes us reflect on those who bring out the utmost of their professionalism. Starting from the breakfast, unique and singular in the whole territory, French style croissants, crumbly and buttery (as it should be) with a wide choice of flavours, as well as the small pastry part with an excellent search for combinations of flavours, for finish with the coffee shop department, one of the few to make a cappuccino worthy of being called such, with a foam made to perfection in concentrating the air inside it, now a rarity.. modern place with attention to the smallest details, if you want to face the day with positivity and the right spirit, this is the right place for you, A piece of advice, I would rather suggest industrial juices, perhaps something based on fresh fruit such as centrifuged juices and extracts. For all this, the price in my opinion is fair if not at times low.

26/08/2024: Mi aspettavo altro da un un posto plurirecensito e con una certa tradizione. Calamari, patatine fritte, seppia alla griglia (oltretutto a dieta ma la seppia), verdure alle griglie (sarebbe da declinare al singolare visto che era composto solamente da zucchine alla griglia), birra, vino, dolce per un totale di 54 € (in contesto non milanese, anzi....) Naturalmente, piatti sfalsati ossia prima i calamari e dopo averne consumato metà, arriva la seppia per l'altro commensale Il tutto con un servizio decisamente scadente e migliorabile (comprendente assenze prolungate e nel finale amari offerte ad amici and friends). PS In Croazia grappe ed amari offerti a tutti, da Porec a Dubrovnik. Prendere nota.....
