24/09/2025: At over 1,300 meters above sea level, in a bright clearing overlooked by a family of buzzards, you'll find the magnificent Baita dei Faggi. It's located within an old production site that, since 1910, employed many workers cutting the precious beech wood needed to make railway sleepers and gunstocks. In this corner of authentic Calabria where you can reach the stars, Massimo and Silvia tenaciously host travelers with a warm welcome, demonstrating great expertise in their work and a love for the local produce (Pollino truffles, porcini mushrooms, Saracena olive oil). 30/08/2025: The food was all delicious and presented like a Michelin-starred restaurant. The desserts deserve a special mention, as they were top-notch. The service could be improved (the staff were a bit stiff), but I'd still give this place 5 stars, considering how young it is. Congratulations!

30/08/2025: I ate very well with my friends, it's not expensive, the sandwiches are very expensive and the nuggets are very very good and big, plus the staff is fun and the place is very elegant.

22/09/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Croccante Calabrese! There was no menu in English, but the chef kindly came over and explained everything to us. We asked for a vegetarian option and ended up with one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had — perfectly crisp crust, deliciously seasoned sauce, and really fresh toppings. The service was attentive and friendly. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food that will truly impress you, this is the place!

24/08/2025: A wonderful surprise!! Our local pizzeria was closed, and we stumbled upon this pizza paradise by chance! Crispy, light, and super-digestible dough. Top-quality ingredients... Absolutely not to be missed!

20/10/2025: Located in the center of Camigliatello Silano, it's an excellent location. Modest, clean rooms, excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Their trattoria was also delicious, simple, and homely. The dishes were generous. It's all run by the Barrese family, warm, kindhearted people! Greetings from Brindisi 🫶🏻❤️

20/10/2025: Beautiful B&B, excellent location right in the center, wonderful owners make you feel at home. The breakfast is very generous, with homemade pies. The restaurant is also fantastic, the food is simply delicious, top-notch, home-cooked food, delicious, homemade pasta. The staff is wonderful, attentive to the guests' needs, and they put their heart into it. I highly recommend both the B&B and the restaurant ❤️ Family-run, people who truly put their heart into their work ❤️

19/10/2025: I went there for pizza. There were 4 of us, and we ordered 4 pizzas, 2 of them the same. Two fried calamari and drinks. Delicious, well-cooked, risen pizzas. The calamari were fresh and tender. And lots of people were ordering takeout pizzas... so good they are. I've never seen so many people anywhere. Nice, clean place. The waiter was very kind, fast, and polite. Clean bathroom. I highly recommend it 😊

05/10/2025: We had Trebisacce soup and sea bass for dinner, then pizza the next evening. Everything was excellent and refined! Impeccable flavor, highly recommended.

14/10/2025: Hosteria dei Campi has always prepared excellent dishes, pizzas, and main courses...everything is always delicious and made with care. The restaurant has been renovated, and the quality is still excellent. Having lived in the north for years now... It was truly a pleasure to return and rediscover the good old days. I highly recommend it if you're vacationing in Reggio Calabria.
