Here, catering and reception know their best expression as regards their sector segment. Every gesture, everything is done out of dedication towards the customer. 20/08/2025: An evening with friends at this little restaurant. The mixed grills and cuts of meat are delicious, but the tender and tasty kid deserves an honorable mention. Don't expect a fancy restaurant, but a place to try without too much fuss.

12/08/2025: On Sunday evening, I ordered three takeout pizzas at 7:10 PM, with pickup at 8:30 PM. I arrived slightly early, at 8:25 PM, but the pizzas weren't delivered until 8:49 PM. Such a delay, especially with a reservation made well in advance, isn't what you'd expect: I would have expected them to be ready or about to be. The pizza itself is good but average, and the ingredients are high-quality, but since I'm not from the area, I found the prices quite high. They're probably in line with the quality, but the service should be more punctual to fully justify them. Few pizzerias offer a stuffed crust, which is a plus!

07/08/2025: There were two things I didn't like about this place: the arrogance of the waitress, who, as soon as we arrived (9:40 PM), told us to hurry up with our order because the kitchen was closing, and the chips on the pizza, which were truly miserable. €9 for a pizza...

Noemi welcomes you with a contagious vivacity that immediately puts you in a good mood, and Domenico, with his attentiveness and kindness, makes the service truly impeccable. The food? The menu, though fixed, offers a choice of four first courses and/or three second courses. The appetizers are a sensory journey through the streets of Rocca Imperiale, with every bite expressing this place. Silvana is also an attentive and thoughtful restaurateur, approaching you with discretion and kindness, never presumptuous. She helps you choose dishes based on your tastes and makes sure you don't waste money on something you won't eat, perhaps because you're full. The bill is commensurate with the quality of the ingredients; if you'd like to learn more, mop up each appetizer dish...you'll understand the quality of the products served. 01/09/2025: Enchanting place and wonderful staff! Mrs. Silvana knows her stuff! Despite what some reviews label her as unfriendly, I can say she's not! Silvana is proud of what she's created, and rightly so! The restaurant is small inside but meticulously maintained, while outside you eat in a beautiful open space. The set menu is a gastronomic journey through the history of the area. The appetizer is a selection of well-chosen and delicious dishes, followed by a choice of four first courses or three second courses. We ordered the first courses, hoping to have room for a second course as well, but we didn't manage it! For €33 per person, you get a fabulous appetizer, a sublime first course, water, and house wine. A great price for excellent food.

The staff was incredibly kind and always available, ready to meet every need. The organization was perfect, meticulous at every step. The theme I chose, thanks to the wedding planner, was realized exactly as I imagined: truly magical! It was a wonderful party, beyond all expectations. I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a special, hassle-free event.

The rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort. The town center is just a 5-minute walk away. A heartfelt thank you to the owners, from Alfio and Gabriella.

18/08/2025: My best friend and I were treated unacceptably. She's been coming to this restaurant with her family every summer for years, and with me for three years. Personally, I find the food decent, but lacking in flavor and refinement. Mirto's pizza and pasta are much better. However, my friend was very fond of this restaurant, and we tried to go there. When we walked in, no one looked at us. We didn't have a reservation. A family of five arrived after us. They made sure to seat them right away, leaving us alone, without speaking or smiling. Then an older couple arrived without a reservation. The lady (the owner) nodded, quickly set up a table, and motioned for them to come in (despite a young man who seemed honest and who seemed to have told her we were the first to arrive). She approached us and told us, somewhat condescendingly, that we had to book before coming, that we had to see and maybe wait... before adding, childishly, "Do you understand?" to my friend. We don't spontaneously speak the best Italian in the world, but we understand it very well and we completely UNDERSTOOD that we were just young tourists and that it wasn't serious to make fun of us and pretend we were idiots. The same lady had hugged us warmly in previous summers. Hypocrisy? We had a great time at the restaurant next door and will never return to Cento Fontane.

17/08/2025: I used to come to this restaurant every year during my stay in Italy and always had fond memories of it. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. I was with a friend and we arrived without a reservation. The owner told us to wait, which we accepted without hesitation. But a few minutes later, a group of five people arrived, also without reservations: they were seated immediately. Then two more customers arrived in the same situation, and they too were seated before us. This attitude gives the impression that some customers are unnecessarily favored, while others are left out. It's truly disregarded, especially towards those who return faithfully every year. It's truly a shame, because the restaurant has potential and I've always had great times there in the past. But after this experience, I'm not sure I'd want to return.

28/07/2025: Imagine a tavern in the very center of Longobucco, a village nestled between the peaks of the Sila and the deep gorges of the Sila Greca, in the province of Cosenza. It's neither modern nor pretentious, but rather a place where time seems to have stood still, a haven of ancient stories and flavors. The aroma that greets you is a heady mix of spices, slowly simmering tomato sauce, and the unmistakable aroma of cured meats. The tables and chairs are wooden, sturdy and weathered, with that patina that only time can create. Don't expect fancy tablecloths; simplicity reigns supreme here, perhaps with paper or coarse fabric placemats. The cuisine is the true soul of this tavern, firmly rooted in Sila and Calabrian traditions. The menu is seasonal, dictated by what the land and local farms offer. The pasta is strictly homemade, especially the "maccarruni" (ferretti) served with hearty pork sauces. Meat reigns supreme: lamb, pork, and so on, expertly marinated and cooked over an open fire. Naturally, there's a selection of local Calabrian wines, robust and full-bodied, which pair beautifully with the bold flavors of the cuisine. The prices? Absolutely competitive.

27/07/2025: We were greeted warmly and with a friendly atmosphere: Benigno and Emanuela were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere is simple yet refined, and the cuisine is authentic, with generous, flavorful dishes made with quality ingredients. From appetizers to desserts, everything was a real surprise!!! Excellent value for money, too. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for good food and a genuine welcome.
