29/06/2025: We enjoyed our Friday night dinner here. Great drinks, antipasto, pasta and swordfish. The atmosphere was really happy with lots of people celebrating. The service was really friendly which made us feel very welcome.

05/05/2025: We were guests of Luigi (the owner) one evening during the cycle tour of the parks. La Tavola dei briganti is a place where you can find many home-made products. They have animals, a vegetable garden, bees from which they produce honey and pollen. We ate assorted homemade appetizers, all spectacular, we definitely recommend the home-made ricotta with honey and pollen. The environment is welcoming and familiar and also offers a beautiful view of the town and valley. Highly recommended

06/04/2025: Excellent welcome. Evocative atmosphere accompanied by the presence of the fireplace, in which you can roast meat spits as in the past. Excellent cuisine.

07/07/2025: A beautiful discovery near Reggio Calabria. The restaurant is truly splendid, with a breathtaking view of the Strait and a very particular table arrangement inside a garden with Mediterranean plants. The cuisine is excellent, elegant, but substantial and typically regional. I really enjoyed the zucchini fritter, the red shrimp, the zucchini rolls, the sardines and the lobster pasta (the tomato sauce was delicious). The menu changes depending on the catch: synonymous with quality and seriousness. The wine list is rather short, but with some interesting regional selections. The service is nice and helpful.

16/06/2025: Wonderful place! Lovely atmosphere, fun music and an amazing selection of drinks in affordable prices. The staff were soooo friendly and really knew their cocktails. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

12/07/2025: Cibo ottimo, a partire dalla materia prima fino alla preparazione. Pesce freschissimo. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di pesce sia freddo che cotto e non finiva più, dunque anche qualità/quantità/prezzo ottima. Mettici anche la cortesia e disponibilità sia dei proprietari che del personale... insomma una tappa obbligata per chi vive nei dintorni o si trova a passare da queste parti. Consigliatissimo!

12/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato a base di pesce ottimamente.piatti curati e cucinati in maniera sublime. La cortesia del personale e in particolare modo della proprietaria ci ha riempito il cuore oltre che lo stomaco. Consigliatissimo il tonno in salsa di pistacchi e l antipasto della casa . Porzioni abbondanti.

08/07/2025: An interesting place. You can learn about the history of licorice production and the Amarelli family. There's a shop where you can buy the products. Guided tours are available in English. I recommend it!

The environment was conceived with a refined and sober aesthetic, where every architectural and furnishing detail reflects an authentic care for taste and discretion. The atmosphere is marked by a precious quiet, never forced, which makes the stay particularly regenerating. The wellness area is managed with skill and measure: nothing excessively exhibited, everything consistent with a vision of well-being that favors the quality of the experience over spectacularization. Breakfast was a true moment of pleasure. The approach was immediately attentive, with an initial welcome service consisting of small dishes, offered without any request. The à la carte selection, wide and well-calibrated, was able to offer variety without ever slipping into excess. The staff was particularly attentive and available, always elegant and pleasant for every interaction. In short, the Befora Resort does not chase luxury: it embodies it naturally. A structure that offers privacy, excellence and sobriety — qualities that are increasingly rare even among high-level destinations.

29/05/2025: Well-kept location, immersed in the greenery of the Sila. Highly qualified, prepared and friendly staff. Compliments to the bistro, for the class and elegance in the service, as well as for the cuisine that surprised me with well-prepared dishes. The rooms also praise attention to detail, cleanliness and comfort.

26/04/2025: The place is truly a happy point of reference, at least it was for my husband and I during our 4-day holiday in Palmi. I am gluten intolerant and here I have always found the solution to everything, from sandwiches to meat to desserts and everything in between. The guys who work there are incredible, responsible, kind, welcoming and very prompt. The place is spotless, from the bathrooms to the kitchen, everything is done with care and attention. The menu is rich, there are many beers (even gluten-free), the tables are both outside and inside and in both solutions, it is always very good. If you don't want to spend a fortune and have a "safe haven", I recommend everyone (we are 50 years old) to frequent this place. We also took a takeaway menu, they are ready for anything.

22/04/2025: Original place as regards the incipit of something delicious to eat in Palmi, but there are some "buts". When I arrived I noticed few people, so I expected a faster service. I was in a certain hurry, more than 15 minutes passed before anyone deigned to ask me what I wanted; this is bad if I show up and warn you I'm outside waiting. I order, and instead of bringing me a drink first to entertain me, they bring everything together after 22 minutes. In short, more than 30 minutes passed between waiting and service for a sandwich that you eat in 2 minutes because it is small in size. The final clù, the coffee arrived in cardboard, please do a research on the etiquette, if it is consumed on site everything must be in classic ceramic containers. Personally, I won't go back, even though the idea isn't that bad. If I only had to rate the sandwich I would have given 3 stars.

20/07/2025: Dall’ingresso alla tavola, tutto è stato perfetto. Locale pulito e accogliente. La cucina è un vero omaggio ai sapori del territorio: prodotti tipici, freschissimi e piatti deliziosi. Il personale è gentile e attento, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!
