14/07/2024: The right stop in Sila cycling on the Ciclovia dei Parchi. With a small detour you can reach this place nestled in a unique setting of Sila. Very comfortable room, excellent cuisine with home-grown products and, as always in Calabria, a family welcome. Super recommended.

11/07/2024: Discovered by chance, upon our arrival even though the kitchen was closed, the very kind lady had us prepare a "cold snack", heavenly to say the least, to be eaten in the shade of the willow tree... excellent experience and highly recommended.

31/08/2024: Our dinner was great! The place is nice and the staff are welcoming and friendly! Truly 5 star food, I recommend the octopus with Tropea onion. The tuna was slightly ahead of cooking and the chef took care to prepare another dish immediately (at no additional cost) and this shows that they take great care both in the excellent cuisine and towards the customer. Highly recommended.

13/08/2024: Place with air-conditioned internal room, poor quality gluten-free pizza, the dough was full of oil and I didn't understand the reason for it in the absence of anything else considering that perhaps it is the only one in the Praia a Mare area, it can be accepted but in another area it wouldn't have much future the normal pizza average but nothing transcendental the staff not very empathetic the average price acceptable.

20/08/2024: Dopo diverse insistenze di alcuni amici abbiamo assaggiato la famosa cremolada alle mandorle lentamente simile alla granita alle mandorle siciliane prezzo un po’ alto (4euro)

20/08/2024: Abbiamo fatto una breve sosta a Soverato e ci avevano consigliato questa gelateria. Eccellente... Tutti i prodotti sono fatti in modo artigianale partendo dalle materie prime e si sentono. Il servizio ottimo e una location molto curata. Abbiamo assaggiato la cremolata al melone e alla mandorla, inoltre una brioches con gelato al pistacchio e cocco salato. Buonissimi. Inoltre i prezzi sono nella media.

30/07/2024: The Sila paninazzi that you can enjoy in this simple and welcoming place are superb: the careful combination and quality of the ingredients will make you experience an explosion of taste, especially if consumed on the shores of Lake Ampollino! I highly recommend

10/07/2024: Local and typical local dishes. The prices are low, the menu is guided and far from extensive, but the staff is available to meet the customer's needs. With the move to the new location, perhaps the kitchen needs to be tested better because the wait on weekends in the summer months is not short.

02/08/2024: Food and Service was fantastic. I've traveled 90% of Italy and the Pasta with seafood was second to none. Also try the Seafood Antipasto, it was spectacular!!

23/07/2024: Restaurant with 40 years of history. We had pizza for dinner. My gluten-free one made by them with 24 hours of leavening, delicious! The restaurant is also renowned for fish and meat dishes! Optimal

12/08/2024: Hotel bar always on point: we can taste the various bitters from Calabria: amaro del Capo, Silano, Jefferson, etc. After about two years I returned to spend a truly pleasant stay in this 3 star hotel. The property is extremely clean and well cared for, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff, from the waiters to the reception staff, were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to find solutions for any need. The hotel's location is ideal, a few steps from the cycle path on the lake, which is also illuminated at night, making evening walks pleasant. The view is enchanting and helps to create a relaxing and regenerating atmosphere. As for the cuisine, I can only compliment it. The portions are generous and the dishes are cooked with great care. Every meal was a real delight. In conclusion, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant stay. Congratulations to all the staff!

29/08/2024: Gli antipasti che abbiamo assaggiato sono stati sorprendenti: il carpaccio di manzo con stracciata e mirtilli è saporito ed equilibrato; l'antipasto misto di mare è un tripudio di sapori. Il risotto agli scampi con burro al tartufo è un' esperienza. Il servizio ha una tempistica perfetta e c'è vera attenzione per il cliente. Ottimo anche il consiglio sui vini. Complimenti ai proprietari ed allo staff.

28/08/2024: Come tutti gli anni ad agosto una o anche più tappe al Panoramik sono diventata una piacevole abitudine La Pinsa è davvero eccezionale servizio veloce personale professionale e simpatico e poi se mangi bene e spendi poco bisogna assolutamente ritornarci ci vediamo ad agosto 2025
