We had an aperitif with honors, we had the spritz with cutting board all really delicious, if you are in the area and have to wait for the flight I recommend this place Thanks to all the girls on the staff, greetings to the bartender who makes top spritzes

20/07/2025: This restaurant enjoys a unique location with a splendid view of the village and the sea. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, and you'll immediately want to return to see, or see again, the Roseto sea at sunset, where the sky and sea blend together. The staff is extremely friendly, and the dishes are prepared by combining tradition with a pleasant touch of innovation. The dishes are limited, but made with fresh, high-quality ingredients; the slow-cooked pork cheek and the orecchiette with mussel pesto and crumbled taralli are delicious.

20/07/2025: Returning to this restaurant for the second time a week later, we once again had excellent food and a wonderful welcome. My frisella montanara was delicious, and my wife's Calabrese mussel soup was tasty and fresh, as was everything else. We washed it down with an excellent Calabrian wine. The service was attentive and very friendly. Compliments to the chef and management. Highly recommended!

27/08/2025: Upon entering this pizzeria, I immediately had a pleasant feeling: a very, very clean environment, cared for with the attention and order found in a home. The dining room isn't huge, but it's immaculately kept, with simple furnishings typical of a country pizzeria, understated yet tastefully done. It's not a place that focuses on elaborate details, yet it exudes warmth and care. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice. But the real star is the pizza: a truly amazing dough, light and flavorful. I tried a special pinza, topped with garlic oil and Colonnata lard, and I must say it was extraordinary. A recommended pairing that turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. One detail that really struck me was the open kitchen: impeccable, tidy, and spotless, just like the rest of the place. Not everyone can match that. I was surprised, however, to see the place almost empty on a Friday evening. With prices absolutely in line with the market and such high quality, it makes you think about how often we choose more commercial and less authentic places. Here, however, you immediately sense the expertise of those who have studied and know their craft, as the numerous awards hanging on the walls confirm. In conclusion, a truly worthwhile place: top-notch quality, a welcoming atmosphere, and competent staff. It's definitely worth a try.

24/08/2025: My partner and I had lunch at Master Pasta two days in a row. A quick and honest place if you want to enjoy pasta dishes or main courses without any fuss. The Calabrian bergamot beer is excellent. Affordable prices and fast service. Recommended!

16/08/2025: The food is top-notch. We've been to Paola three times this summer on vacation; the restaurant is in Acquappesa. The staff could be improved, especially with the wine service and opening hours, but we still had a really good time. My wife especially loved the fried calamari with zucchini. Well done!

18/08/2025: I discovered this place last week thanks to some friends I went to dinner with. Excellent quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Since I don't eat meat, I had a truly delicious pizza. Other diners also enjoyed their meat dishes (sirloin and tagliata). The staff were helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Chef Mariano is a guarantee.

12/09/2025: We ordered a mixed platter and bruschetta. The food was quite good and satisfying. The service was good.

10/09/2025: We had a great time. The place is small, with outdoor tables overlooking the main street, which is full of cute cafes and shops, so it's a busy area. We came for a light meal, and despite it being quite busy, they served us promptly, were kind, and attentive to our requests. The platters were well-presented, featuring a variety of high-quality local products; the bergamot honey was amazing. The price was fair: two platters, drinks, and bread for €37.
