15/08/2025: We went for lunch and the experience was decidedly positive. I wasn't in perfect physical condition, so the owner, with great kindness, prepared me a simple white rice dish. At the end of the meal, in a truly appreciated gesture, he even excluded it from the bill. The welcome was warm and the service very professional. A high-end restaurant, where the ingredients, especially the fish, are of the highest quality, among the best found in the Soverato area. The delicacy and care in preparing the dishes create a truly pleasant experience and reflect the chef's culinary philosophy. A place where you feel welcomed and respected. Definitely recommended!

19/04/2025: I honestly don't understand the negative reviews attributed to the bill... fresh fish has its price and for those who have the ability to judge without malice, it is clear that the quality of the raw materials here is of an excellent level. Discreet but punctual service, perhaps the wine list could be expanded with some international references, but it is a small thing

01/09/2025: A truly beautiful place, very close to the Sila Mountains, with the option of a lovely walk along two marked trails through the wild Sila nature. Delicious food with homemade products at a reasonable price, accompanied by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Top

15/08/2025: We went to Il Dragone to try the Roman pinsa, and we were very satisfied! It was truly excellent, light, and made with excellent ingredients, with plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly. As soon as we return to Scalea, we will definitely be back.

28/08/2025: Old-fashioned place Good food, but prices have skyrocketed over the years! Reservations are recommended... it gets too crowded in the evenings, and the staff (always friendly) struggles to manage the large number of people they seat. If it weren't for the coolness, I'm not sure it's really worth going! Parking is on the street and is fairly easy to find.

27/08/2025: As soon as I walked in the door, I was transported back to the 80s, and it was thrilling as I remembered the wonderful banquets we used to have with my family. 😍 The staff were incredibly kind and professional. The food was delicious, but we were already full after the rich appetizer and the first course of fileja with wild boar and porcini mushrooms, and fileja with mutton. We'll be back to try the meat, which looked succulent. Congratulations! 👏

20/08/2025: We were a group of 9 and we enjoyed a wide selection of pizza's. All the ones we had were tasty and great. Service was quick too. The cost was under 10€ a pizza which is very good value for money! Highly recommend this local pizzeria for a casual and inexpensive night out.

28/07/2025: The location is a bit difficult to reach; the road is narrow and has several hairpin bends. However, it's worth it, both for the discovery of this UNESCO site of great historical importance and for the beautiful landscape. The guided tour with the blonde, blue-eyed lady, whose name I don't remember, was very interesting. She was very passionate about her work. She managed to capture the attention of all of us, who listened with great interest. Truly, very professional and knowledgeable. The guided tour with her makes all the difference. A place worth visiting. Ticket for 5 people: €30 (€6 each)

13/06/2025: My experience was pretty mediocre. I will start by saying that I had high expectations given the advertising and photos/videos on various social media and I was quite disappointed. There were 5 of us and we decided to stop on a Thursday night for a pizza, it was just us (which didn't surprise us too much since they probably work more on weekends), but we decided to sit down anyway since we were hungry (especially the kids) and we didn't care if there were people or not. Our pizzas definitely had high quality ingredients, but the dough was quite raw. Three of the pizzas we ordered were without mozzarella, but my ortolana arrived classic with mozzarella on top even though I'm sure I specified that I wanted it without. This mistake can happen and it happened to me frequently in other pizzerias (even though they were usually more crowded and it was more understandable), so I pointed it out to one of the waiters, but I told her that I could still eat it and remove the mozzarella myself since I preferred not to have it redone and wait for another pizza. She insisted on having it redone and took it away, but shortly after the same waiter who had taken the order brought me the same pizza again, reiterating that he had taken the order with mozzarella and that he had not made a mistake and leaving almost irritated. Honestly, I was more upset by the lack of professionalism of the service than by the pizza itself, even if the cooking of the pizza really needs revising. That said, this was my experience that evening and I hope for their sake that it was an isolated case, due to the fact that it was a Thursday and that we were the only customers.

23/08/2025: A pleasant and surprising evening at Fabbrica Enoteca Ristorante, in the heart of Vibo Valentia. The food was good value for money. On the owner's recommendation, we had the pleasure of tasting an excellent Pecorello Ois, a native Calabrian grape that won us over with its structure and personality. A wine that speaks of Calabria in every sip. The location is truly evocative: industrial-style furnishings, with iron and wood details creating a modern, welcoming, and refined atmosphere. A perfect balance between design and conviviality.

14/08/2025: The Owners are very kind, the food is fantastic.. but most importantly The Wine!!! Alessandro will explane your plate in such a Professional way. The atmosphere is unique. If you are in Vibo Valentia, this is a MUST try. 5 stelle, top top top!
