Beautiful olive trees surround a very well-maintained pool, and then, the star ingredient: the kindness of the owners and staff, who make you feel welcomed and pampered... and finally, the truly delicious and authentic food! A precious pearl that brings the essence of Calabria to those who, like us, return home!

24/07/2025: I really liked the food. The prices were very good compared to other pools. The pool was very nice and relaxing.

18/09/2025: The place is tastefully decorated and the service is modern. There's a wide selection, from pizzas to desserts to accompany your coffee, but it's a bit pricey considering it's located in Nicastro and the products are homemade. A coffee and a tart for €3.70 seems like a tourist price to me.

26/09/2025: We stumbled upon it today while looking for a place to savor the authentic local food that was always on our table when we were still here in Calabria, and it was a pleasant discovery: delicious, plentiful, and perfectly cooked local dishes, a very kind owner, impeccable service, and more than fair prices. If you want to eat traditional home-cooked food in a rustic setting overlooking a stretch of the Calabrian coast, where time slows down, almost denying the frenetic pace of daily life, this is the perfect place! 22/06/2025: A pleasant surprise!! Waiting for our flight near the airport of Reggio Calabria we discovered this pastry shop, bar, fantastic ... We had an aperitif with honors, we had the spritz with cutting board all really delicious, if you are in the area and have to wait for the flight I recommend this place Thanks to all the girls on the staff, greetings to the bartender who makes top spritzes

Dishes carefully crafted to enhance the flavors, fresh fish, and impeccable presentation. Truly a gem in the historic center of Amantea, highly recommended!

19/10/2025: This place was exactly what I was hoping for. The food is cooked in the traditional style of Calabrian cuisine. At first, my husband was skeptical of the place, as it was empty when we got there, but Calabrian people typically have dinner a bit late. The place quickly filled up with locals and many families and groups. I ordered the antipasto and I was so full! I asked if they would bring out a gluten free version of the dish, which they did. The menu itself will help indicate any allergens present in every dish. My husband and I got to ask many questions as he was curious of their home made pasta, which was very unique. He described it as very soft while not falling apart. The chef then came out to chat with us and we got to thank her for the fantastic food. Everyone was so kind and patient with us asking so many questions!

19/10/2025: Every time we go down, we come to this restaurant for dinner to sample traditional Calabrian dishes, and every time we've been satisfied. This time, we had the goat stew and the black pig stew. Simply spectacular. Attentive and friendly service, beautiful atmosphere. Congratulations! 😋

14/08/2025: We were in CS for work and chose the place by chance. Excellent in every way. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were all good. If I come back, we'll meet again.

18/08/2025: 1 star because you can't give it less, hands down the worst ice cream I've ever eaten, I can't understand how the other reviews are all 5 stars, not even the dog wanted it, I had to throw it away.

09/08/2025: Excellent gelateria in the historic center of Badolato. The best gelato on the Ionian coast from Catanzaro to Riace. Delicious in both texture and flavor. Also worth trying are the granitas and popsicles. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: The pizza is good, the service excellent, the only flaw is that the place isn't soundproofed. You have to shout to talk to your neighbor.

12/10/2025: Very busy place, there were 5 of us and we waited about 20 minutes to get a table. The place is a bit shabby, you eat on the street, they serve you wine in plastic glasses and the food in disposable aluminum trays. The food is very good, they have a good selection of fried foods and seafood, also octopus and mussels. A more than adequate white wine for €6. Good price.

12/10/2025: I used Kuopo for lunchtime takeout, and the wait wasn't too long, which was nice. Some markets are even more expensive, but for this price tag, it's a great deal.

The cuisine is extraordinary, with both the pizzeria and restaurant surprising for their quality and creativity. Meat and fish are prepared with the freshest ingredients and reinterpreted with an original touch. A gastronomic experience I highly recommend to anyone seeking excellence and top-notch service. Highly recommended!
