11/08/2026: Craving pizza and more! A small, unpretentious place just outside Soverato. You enter and find yourself faced with every delicacy: pizza slices, timbales, fried pizza, scacce, stuffed pasta, and Sicilian fried delights. Among all the dishes, the parmigiana stands out, and that alone is worth the seven-hour trip. You reach heaven when you taste the parmigiana basket. It's nothing more than a slab of parmigiana (large, juicy, and plentiful) wrapped in a basket of crispy pizza, topped with mozzarella, all cooked in a wood-fired oven. A fantastic experience, highly recommended. Kudos to the staff and everyone for their dedication, friendliness, and the love you put into your dishes; it makes all the difference.
