16/08/2025: A fully equipped hotel with a sea view, pool, and entertainment, and the entire hotel staff were fantastic. The food was excellent, but sometimes the dishes were a bit salty and some local specialties, which, although good, weren't quite authentic (like the carbonara with cream), aren't their forte. Breakfast was excellent, with tarts and ring cakes, but the croissants were limited because they were only plain and not particularly crumbly. Overall, however, it's a hotel worth a vacation.

12/08/2025: I really liked the spa. Large hydromassage pool, salt room, infrared shower and two steam rooms - hamam and dry. The administrator was 20 minutes late, did not warn us that it would be later, this should be taken into account if you are pressed for time. The hotel itself is very presentable, with a large pool and a huge banquet hall.

13/08/2025: I just tasted one of their cakes as a guest at a birthday party. It was beautiful and beautifully detailed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the taste. I asked the birthday boy and was told it was supposed to be a milk cream and Nutella flavor. Unfortunately, the Nutella was nonexistent. The taste was very sickening and nauseating. Almost all cream. The sponge cake, however, was excellent.

08/06/2025: Good ice cream shop. The best choice in Scalea. The only sore point is that on several occasions the cream machine was broken.

20/03/2025: We went into the restaurant and at first glance it looked like the Lampedusa refugee camp. We went up and there were bags of flour in plain sight, and if the NAS saw them they would set the place on fire. The fried cutlet looked more like human flesh than pork, and the chips were strictly bought at Eurospin after they had expired. When we left I thanked the gentleman and left on my own two feet.

16/07/2025: I've visited this restaurant many times and always enjoy the food. This time, I had the Egyptian hawawshi and I really liked it. It was delicious and reminded me of the flavors of Egypt. I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly too.

29/06/2025: Frecciarossa without food and lady Oscar takes care of it, the doors open and the pizzas were waiting for us steaming, precise and impeccable service despite the very tight times. Excellent pizza, highly recommended!!

05/07/2025: We booked, but once we got there there were no chairs or a table available. After about 20 minutes of standing, a girl from the staff told us that they had to take the table because they couldn't handle the situation due to lack of staff. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. If you can't guarantee service, you shouldn't accept reservations.

29/06/2025: Disappointing experience. I called to order three pizzas and when I placed the order I asked if I could change the flavors of the pizzas. The answer was a firm 'no' and when I tried to explain my request the person on the phone hung up on me. The customer service was non-existent and the attitude was rude and unprofessional.

20/08/2025: Touted as a must-see location, but sadly disappointed. The service was quick, nothing to write home about. The sailing ship would probably be better seen during the day. We ordered fried food and tuna, but due to the smell and cooking, we didn't eat them. Terrible.

19/08/2025: Good morning, I feel compelled to give one star. Unfortunately, I dined at this restaurant, but it was a terrible experience. After ordering pizza, I had to wait 45 minutes. To tide me over, I asked the waiter for some bread. It never arrived, despite the staff chatting among themselves. When it arrived, the pizza was burnt. I asked for a new one, but after another wait, the new one arrived with ingredients that weren't as described, and the dough hadn't risen properly. When it came time to pay, I pointed out the various mix-ups, but the fact remains that nothing changed, and they still charged me for the pizza. The price was too high for two pizzas and a water. If you want to come to this place, it's best not to order the pizza.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo presso questo ristorante per pranzare nei pressi del lago Arvo, di domenica a luglio. La collocazione nei pressi del lago Arvo è perfetta, ma la folla della domenica a pranzo, unità ad un servizio al tavolo molto lento, in parte comprensibile ma non gradito (un' ora circa di attesa non dovrebbe essere consentita) ci hanno quasi spinti a lasciare il tavolo senza consumare. Buoni i primi piatti a base di ravioli con funghi porcini e tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, niente di speciale il caciocavallo grigliato. Non negativo il rapporto qualità prezzo, nel complesso, macil ristorante è da frequentare, probabilmente, in periodi dell'anno meno affollati, se aperto. Speravo meglio.

12/07/2025: Arrivati a Lorica,si percorre una stradina in discesa e si raggiunge direttamente il Lago. Qui si trovano due ristoranti. A destra c'è La Terrazza che dispone anche di alcuni tavoli fuori ombreggiati .Si mangiano piatti locali,generosi nelle porzioni e gustosi. Il personale è gentile e premuroso,i prezzi sono concorrenziali. Attenzione a dove parcheggiate l' auto: i carabinieri di zona fanno regolarmente multe se lasciate l' auto " sull'erbetta" ,limitrofa alla stradina fronte Lago.E qui a pochi metri a destra dal ristorante c'è l' invitante ombra di un albero tentatore con alcuni posti disponibili ! Troppi hanno collezionato multe scegliendo questa opportunità. Sono stato testimone, durante il mio pranzo, di quanto racconto...

19/08/2025: We went for dinner attracted by the "tourist menu" incompetent staff, deluded and arrogant owner who doesn't know how to do his job, incompetent and surly. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy, avoid at all costs.

14/08/2025: The sea was beautiful, and so was the beach. Two loungers and a chair for 45 euros. Extortionate, or even a rip-off.

10/07/2025: I ordered a Red Velvet for my graduation, but it was bitter and full of coloring. As far as I'm concerned, it was inedible.

16/03/2025: Terrible...Saturday 15th March at 9am I went to the bar as usual...regular customer...a strange thing happened to me...as always I waited a long time before someone came to ask and clean the table...while I saw that the people who came in were served immediately. Already at 9 there were 4 croissants... I got up and asked if someone could come to the table... the owner's wife... told me in her usual way... that she was respecting an order... with her words I pointed out that people who had come after me had been served. I waited again... when I hear that you, addressing those present... SAY... THAT I'M GOING TO THE LADY WHO IS UNMANAGEABLE. Just me... who buys cakes... pasta all the time... I have breakfast... always there. At his offensive words...said to the customers...because the smart one thought I didn't hear...I said....that it's unmanageable, he goes and tells it...to his parents, not to me...I took it and left with my husband. I was outside the club... when I heard someone calling me... it was the husband... telling me in a rude and rude way... that I shouldn't address his wife in that way... finally telling me... that I had to leave (but I was already out).. and never to come back. This is the owner's son...since he manages it...it's no longer the old Colosseum...the father is a person...exquisite.. 20/08/2025: TERRIBLE SERVICE! The staff was rude, impolite, and completely unprofessional. We were at a table of five. One of our guests raised his hand to ask if there was table service, and the waitress looked at us, turned away with a disgusted expression, and yelled, "There's no table service." We were treated this way, so we decided to inform the owner, only to be treated arrogantly once again, except for one young man who embarrassedly apologized...

11/08/2025: Stopped by for a quick break, excellent sandwiches, spectacular ice cream, very young but very knowledgeable and professional staff. We will return. Congratulations!
