All splendidly accompanied by a vast choice of Calabrian wines of the highest quality and not the usual and anonymous "house wine".

29/10/2024: I had the pleasure of being on business in this wonderful place in the heart of the Sila National Park, a stone's throw from the charming church of San Lorenzo and near Lake Cecita. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with old-fashioned courtesy and friendliness by the owner, Pietro, his wife and their children, really smart guys who run the family business very well. Their warm and genuine hospitality made us feel as if we were guests of old friends, giving us a pleasant feeling of home. I didn't want to leave anymore. The cuisine is undoubtedly the highlight of this experience. Each dish tells the story of the territory: authentic flavors which, in a single taste, make you experience the essence of the Sila Park and Calabria. Tradition is respected in every recipe, but always with an innovative touch that does not distort, but rather enhances the typical dishes of the area. The restaurant's attention to avant-garde and comfort is evident, both from a gastronomic point of view and in tourist hospitality, with an eye to communication and the customer experience. It is a perfect place for those who want to experience the area in an authentic way, savoring dishes that represent a real immersion in the flavors and atmospheres of Sila. 29/12/2024: Very negative experience, attention to allergies non-existent I was deeply disappointed by the superficiality of this pizzeria. I had clearly specified that I was allergic to a certain ingredient, but I was still served a dish that contained it. Not only did they not take my report seriously, but they didn't even apologize for what happened and didn't provide me with the list of ingredients when I asked for it. Lack of attention to allergies is unacceptable and can have serious consequences. I would not recommend this place to anyone with special needs or allergies.

08/11/2024: We have ordered pizza from them several times, even for small parties at home, and have always been satisfied with the excellent pizza (even the guests). But one episode in particular struck us, we ordered a pizza via the app and probably due to an oversight there was an error; After calling them back, the owner offered to send us another pizza at his expense and delivered directly to our home.

29/10/2024: Among the best pizzerias in Rende, I often order takeaway, they are very precise with the timetable, the pizza is very tasty and keeps well even the next day (not for everyone)! The environment is very simple but for a quick pizza it is perfect

16/03/2025: Pasta not al dente, completely raw as well as the swordfish! All inedible and sent back. Remade the pasta but still not good. No one apologized, neither the waiter nor the owner, for this disgusting thing! Never again!

13/04/2025: Personale gentilissimo ma cucina pessima. Il pesce non è stato di nostro gradimento, il sugo della linguina sembrava fosse un sugo pronto. Al di là di questa esperienza mistica arriviamo al conto, carissimo per la qualità. Siamo rimasti spiazzati. Esperienza da non ripetere.

22/02/2025: Un ambiente familiare ed accogliente seppur ricavato in un’unica grande sala ben curata e con angolo bar che sforna un’ottima pizza cotta nel forno a legna con un impasto leggero che la rende ancora più gustosa e digeribile. Tante le proposte a menù ma la tonno e cipolla bianca con un pizzico di piccante sopra è davvero una bontà! Prezzi medio bassi e comodo ed ampio parcheggio antistante il locale posto all’inizio dell’abitato.

10/04/2025: I celebrated my graduation here last night and I can only say positive words. First of all for Gianmarco, chef and owner, he has golden hands, everything he cooked was perfect, abundant and really tasty dishes! I must also thank and compliment the dining room staff who were impeccable, with exceptional precision and attention to the customer, thus creating a welcoming environment. Everything was perfect, I absolutely recommend it, you won't regret it!!

25/11/2024: Locale caratteristico in collina immerso nel verde...cucina tipica calabrese, prezzi giusti. Staff cordiale ed attento.

05/03/2025: We ordered a risoto with seafood and it was not what we expected. More than anything it was not risotto, but rice boiled in a salty broth that was not creamy.

05/03/2025: Great location, elegant table setting, nothing to be faulted about the food. We ordered seafood: grilled swordfish, grilled local fish (this is how it appears on the menu, without specifying the species) and shrimps. A good Italian school of seafood preparation. We also ordered local wine in a carafe - usually home-made, local wines are a bit less sophisticated, and here it was very good.

08/04/2025: Beautiful location overlooking the sea. In general 4 stars (like the hotel itself), without infamy and without praise. The special evenings at the restaurant with typical regional cuisine are very interesting. Wonderful when dinner takes place outdoors.

07/11/2024: During a tour in Calabria we had the opportunity to stop at this resort... fantastic, wonderful view, very clean and welcoming rooms and excellent restaurant service, both for the cuisine and the staff.

23/02/2025: Famous for the swordfish sandwich which I found truly delicious and recommend trying. Quick table service for lunch. Clean and well-organised beach, you need to arrive early in the morning or book otherwise you risk not finding umbrellas and sunbeds. Table service throughout the day even for a snack or a coffee.
