20/08/2025: It really is the right place for pizzas, calzones and arancini..... I've been coming to Villapiana for years and as a Neapolitan I've never pretended to eat Neapolitan pizza and tonight after several trips between Trebisacce and Villapiana we found this place by chance... We trusted the owner and we tried several flavors and he gave us an arancino and a fried calzone.... I have to say everything was good, a soft dough with abundant and top-quality fillings..... I recommend everyone to stop at the right place at least once and you will always return....

18/08/2025: After hearing so much about this aperitif, four adults and a child went to try it. It was disappointing. The platter was really well-prepared, but the portion that was supposed to be hot was cold, and some of the ingredients seemed old. I tried to mention it to the waitress, but nothing happened. When it came time to pay, since there were four of us, I expected to pay €60, but the bill came to €85. The end of the evening was spaghetti at Mom's house. My dear, as the owner, I would have bothered to at least ask why the entire platter was left, since I mentioned it to the waitress twice. But the next time someone says, "Let's go for an aperitif," I'll answer your way: "Let's go to Mom's for spaghetti." As for the extras, I'll tell you, I ordered them because my son didn't eat anything from the platter because it was all cold.

22/08/2025: Nothing to complain about the quality of the product, but the service was terrible. The staff was friendly but distracted and disoriented. Table service didn't match the order, and croissants weren't available at 8:30 in the morning.

22/08/2025: Nothing to say about the pastry shop, I've been having my birthday cake made here for years and every year I manage to never have any left because it's so good and everyone wants seconds, the croissants and pastries are exquisite, huge and delicious croissants, on this one really only compliments. The negative flaws UNFORTUNATELY are: the cleanliness of the tables, I often sat down and had to wait 5 minutes for them to come and clear away cups that weren't mine and crumbs from the table before, very slow service, before ordering they wait, often they get my coffee order wrong, other years they had soy and lactose-free milk, this year when I asked for a 10% soy/lactose-free cappuccino, the girl replied that they didn't have lactose-free/soy milk or 10% coffee, so I often prefer to get croissants to go without consuming the coffee.

09/06/2025: All the positive reviews are correct! The gluten-free pizza is REALLY good, the normal pizza also! Thin crust, tasty tomatosauce. Very friendly service. We could sit outside, but when there is no space, there is a very nice park in front of the restaurant! Highly recommended.

08/08/2025: Best coffee shop in the area, the best croissants I've ever had. I highly recommend the lemon one. Spacious atmosphere and comfortable sofas. It would be nice if they updated the dining room a bit, removing stains from the sofas. There's also an outdoor area where you can have breakfast.

21/05/2025: Structure in a total state of abandonment. ZERO cleaning, dilapidated structure, sheets with holes, dirty bedspread from previous guests, shower glass perhaps never washed. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge, nor in the room. Certain structures should be closed by the ASL and the municipality. The only positive note is the location close to the center.

21/08/2025: I'm giving one star because I can't not give one, the place is really far from the town, indicated 10 minutes and in reality it takes at least 25, absurd and bumpy little roads, unpleasant and absolutely rude host, exorbitant price for the place quite out of the way, we arrived and there wasn't even a bottle of water, everything was dirty, I'm attaching a photo

15/08/2025: We had our appetizer at 10:00 PM, and at midnight we asked if the dishes beyond the appetizer were ready after almost two hours. The owner responded rudely, asking us not to be his customers anymore. The food, not only took a long time to arrive, but was also cold. I strongly advise against going there.

31/08/2025: My friends and I called this beach club to see if there was a table for three. We were told we could go there within 15 minutes of calling. In reality, when we arrived after the 15 minutes indicated, we were told they'd seat us shortly, but it took an hour before we were actually given a table. Our order was taken by a waitress who wasn't particularly friendly, unlike the rest of the staff, who were much more welcoming. I ordered a mixed fried fish dish that didn't list sausages among the ingredients listed, but they were included in the dish. I personally don't eat pork, and if they had been listed, I would have had them removed before ordering. For me, it wasn't a big problem, but for someone with allergies or sensitivity to meat, it would have been more of a hassle; simply pointing them out would have been enough.

28/08/2025: We visited this place today with my friend and we absolutely loved everything. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t speak English, but it wasn’t a problem at all — we still managed to place our order without any issues. Everything was served quickly and smoothly, and the waiters were pleasant and friendly. They even helped us choose the perfect wine for the evening, which we truly appreciated. The atmosphere of this place is incredibly charming, and it definitely deserves a visit.

18/08/2025: What can I say? An old-fashioned place with inhospitable table logistics, air conditioning on full blast, disrespect for customers, who were constantly asked to turn down the temperature, and music too loud. I definitely won't be returning.

07/04/2025: Advertising is like lies, they have short legs... I have to say that I was very disappointed with everything, quality, price, 0000, a homemade starter paid €20 but it wasn't even worth €5 for the quality and proportion, all recycled and freshly heated stuff and terrible taste, not to mention the super salty and raw bread made with pizza dough, so I'll leave you to imagine what the pizza might be like. The stinging only had the name sninging. If I can give you some advice, change your job... you're born a restaurateur, you can't invent yourself on the spot

13/08/2025: An "overpriced" sandwich with very few ingredients—capocollo, pecorino, vegetables, and a sauce—cost 8 euros. The flavor was unclear. It's worth noting that the restaurant has changed management.

12/08/2025: Villa Ersilia is located in a quiet location outside the chaotic center of Soverato. We booked a "family suite," and our expectations were far from what we expected given the price. The apartment was spacious but dirty and shabby, with a moldy shower, ants near the refrigerator, and furniture that wasn't even from the 1980s! HORRIBLE, as Bruno Barbieri would say. The price/quality ratio was truly disappointing. The only positive note: the continental breakfast.

01/08/2025: Villa Ersilia stands out from other accommodations in Soverato primarily for the excellent service it offers. The rooms are spacious, equipped with every comfort (except for hangers in the closet), impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers a convenient free shuttle service and a special agreement with one of the best beaches in town. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
