Recommended. Simple, informal atmosphere with outdoor tables located in the quaint streets of Tropea. Delicious, tasty pizza cooked in an old stone oven. Quality ingredients throughout, with decidedly fair and consistent prices. They issue a receipt and you can pay by card.

A very simple yet authentic atmosphere, with a stone oven that bakes spectacularly flavorful pizzas. The ingredients used are high-quality, and the prices are very competitive (we paid €13 per person). The owner, Aldo, is friendly and quirky, and kept us company throughout dinner. I recommend the pizza with nduja and Tropea onions.

As Neapolitans, of course, we ate the traditional focaccia, and I have to say it was truly delicious, both the well-baked dough and the onions. The onions in particular were fantastic, perfectly sweet and sour; I can honestly say they melted in your mouth. We dined in the alleyway, and that really adds to the character of the place.

My partner and I went on a Sunday, taking advantage of the fact that it was one of the most affordable places in the area, and also because it has a stone oven. It was much less crowded compared to weekdays or other weekend days. As for the food, I recommend the Caprese salad and the oven-roasted eggplant, and we were especially surprised by the freshly baked bread. Regarding the pizzas, they can be divided into two types: we had a four-cheese pizza (highly recommended), an olive and green pepper pizza (not very flavorful), and a Margherita (I don't recommend it, it didn't have much flavor). Otherwise, the service and atmosphere were very good.

It's always worth stopping by, excellent food, quick service and the location is unique. You eat on the street between the houses of Vicolo Caivano and the prices are very fair.

A wonderful atmosphere and people. The pizza is very good, the nduja is spicy, just as it should be. You have to come here to experience the Italian atmosphere. Although there are typical Neapolitan pizzas in the city, I think this one is just as tasty. Lots of cheese and delicious ingredients, including plenty of cheese. I recommend it.

07/06/2026: I ordered two takeout pizzas. The pizzas were good, but I expected more from these reviews. In my opinion, the dough should be rolled out more; the pizza, although well-cooked, was too bready for my taste. The ingredients were good. One of the pizzas even had a bit of ash from the oven. It should be noted that when I went, the pizza chef was alone and did everything: managing the wood-fired oven, preparing the pizzas, and adding the toppings after baking. Typically, there are at least two people with this level of skill.

The ingredients are excellent, the dishes are beautifully presented, and they are exquisitely flavorful. 10/08/2026: I'm writing this review in Italian because, by a magical coincidence, or rather, simply because of the naturalness of the professionalism of the people who work at this restaurant, I ate something so delicious I've never had anywhere else during my travels in Italy, including Rome, Milan, Sicily, the Aeolian Islands, Venice, Genoa, and many, many other regions. I ordered three dishes: pasta with pine nuts, pizza with Tropea parmesan, and, for dessert, a cheesecake. To say I enjoyed it would be an understatement. It was so delicious I closed my eyes and wasn't even ashamed to make a sound. And when I was already at the top, they turned on the music in the restaurant and Francesco Gabbani, whose concert I recently attended in Vigevano, started playing... everything came together in an instant, even the lyrics of the song "Spazio Tempo"... I practically burst into tears... I won a silver medal in boxing at the 1997 Ukrainian Championships. Thank you so much, guys. You are the best!
