21/08/2026: If you're looking for a place to totally relax, this isn't the place. The entertainment is too loud, but great for kids and teens. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach bar is too noisy even when there's no entertainment, but it's very clean. The food is 100% delicious. There's a bit of a line, but you have to be patient. The real problem is the guests. There were about 1,000 of us that week. They're very rude, don't respect the queues, and waste a lot of food. They leave garbage everywhere, but that's nothing to do with the hotel. Shuttles to the beach run frequently. The place is wild, just how we like it, and the sea is beautiful. Excellent value for money.
16/08/2026: We just left the facility. The resort itself is beautiful, a great place to stay, have fun, and relax. One flaw is the food, which is very repetitive. The food is recycled day after day, served differently, but unfortunately, it's always the same dish. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. It's also true that it was the week of August 15th, so it was packed—950 people plus 140 staff—but the cleaning could be done better. The strong point, which is no small thing, is the legendary entertainment! Joy Summer is legendary! All the kids, from the little ones to the big ones—super Ciccio, Greta, Giorgia, Emma, Nic, Alessia, and all the others—are truly legendary and tireless! Each, in their own way, has human and artistic talents. Directed, supported, and supported by Samanta Bellaria and Emiliano Marazia, two superb people for their tenacity, their imagination, and their ability to manage such a large group of entertainers. The option to choose whether to stay by the pool or go to the beach is another plus. The shuttles run regularly, and there's a beach club specifically for resort guests. Entertainment is also available both on the beach and at the pool. In short, the pros outweigh the cons. A wonderful week, definitely one to treasure among your fondest memories.
