20/05/2025: The restaurant-pizzeria “La Calcara”, located on the outskirts of Pietragalla (PZ), offers an excellent choice of pizzas and dishes, with typical Lucanian specialties. The pizza has a light and easily digestible dough, the edge is high but crunchy, the ingredients are of good quality. The option with cod and cruschi peppers was really tasty, as was the one with speck. We also ate the house appetizer made with only cured meats, they all seemed homemade. To finish, we found the desserts exquisite, both the chocolate cake and the cheesecake with berries.

15/05/2025: Different times for similar dishes. A risotto for 2 40 minutes a pizza 50 minutes the first course with mushrooms an hour the chicken with pistachio an hour and ten minutes from the order. Keep in mind that at the table we had a ninety year old in a wheelchair served among the last. Good quality but the management of the room is not right....and if there is a problem with missing staff the owner comes to explain. Never again!!!

01/02/2025: Consigliati da un nostro amico locale, siamo arrivati in questo meraviglioso posto. Ottima accoglienza in un’ambiente caldo e piacevole agli occhi. Solitamente non approvo i menu fissi, ma non è stato questo il caso. Antipasti genuini e molto gustosi. Pietanze con prodotti di stagione. Ci torneremo sicuramente. 29/12/2024: Continua excelente com um maravilhoso atendimento. Culinária típica de Trecchina. É tipo uma rodada que inclui antepasto, primo prato, segundo prato e sobremesa e ainda incluem o vinho da casa. A vista é maravilhosa!
