It's not newly built, but it's very well maintained and cared for. The rooms lack nothing, even a small refrigerator. The bathroom is very clean and well-stocked with soaps and other amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and varied. The location is perfect for those looking for a quiet stay, but it's quite far from the town center.
