19/02/2025: Real craftsmanship quality that is rarely found in Germany. Fantastic Pane di Matera from the wood oven, with a crust that I have rarely seen in Italy. Very special: Unlike the well-known breakfast croissant, the Cornetto is a compact, extremely crispy bread. Also delicious snacks: definitely try a panzerotto when it's fresh.

22/12/2024: Ogni volta che pernotto presso l’Albergo La Primula la cena presso il loro ristorante è d’obbligo. Locale semplice, ben arredato, con servizio molto professionale e celere. Ottima, ottima cucina. Si mangia divinamente. Piatti della tradizione locale lucana. Chef di livello medio-alto. A volte penso che questo ristorante sia sprecato in un albergo. In un’altra location sarebbe molto più frequentato. Petto d’oca stagionato con un filo d’olio ed arance, cortecce con peperoni cruschi e cacio ricotta, tortino di cioccolato bianco e pistacchio. Un calice di un ottimo rosato Flordelis delle Cantine Re Manfredi. Veramente una eccellente cena con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo trattandosi, secondo me, di una cucina con tendenze gourmet.

09/12/2024: Che dire...La gentilezza fatta persona a partire dalla proprietaria passando per lo chef fino ai camerieri..ringrazio tutti uno ad uno. Un pranzo cucinato con tutti i crismi, ottimi i primi ( finalmente cotti alla perfezione e non crudi) un gusto delicato, la carne gustosissima, la torna bella e buona. Un ringraziamento davvero a tutti. A presto

25/05/2025: I had lunch in this restaurant, everything was good, from the appetizer Tre nodo to the paccheri with lobster, the staff were very good and kind, Giacomo, Agustina and Santiago are two Argentine boys like me, the dessert was Amalfi freshness, the wine was also very good, Preliminare cellars of the notary, excellent advice... 09/06/2025: Arrived by chance. Pleasantly surprised. Lovely welcome, politeness, courtesy and delicious dishes!! Good peppered mussels, "mouth-watering" calamarata. Good octopus salad, delicious mixed grill. Really excellent quality fish. Put parmesan flakes on calamarata?! Good suggestion. As a true Emilian, a nice discovery! To return

This place immersed in the splendid town of Rapolla (and not RAPALLO) is a place really worth trying, the imagination in the pizzas is dictated by the PARTICULARITY of their owners... 22/05/2025: Eso fue increíble experiencia y comida. Todo el camino hasta la cima del mundo con experiencia gastronómica y placer para nuestros estómagos. Pulgares ARRIBA y pasar un buen rato T esta verdadera joya En Matera. Quien quiera pasar un buen rato y comer con un Michelin que venga a verlos. Verá que la mayoría de los clientes son locales y los turistas están disfrutando del otro paseo en montaña rusa con una ruleta rusa para ser o no ser. No es una pregunta. Gracias por una gran experiencia y bravo al Chef!

18/05/2025: Ottima esperienza in questo ristorante fuori dal circuito turistico. Se non sai dove è non lo trovi per caso. Frequentato prevalentemente da clientela abituale che viene da fuori Matera per la qualità del loro pesce. Noi abbiamo cenato due sere consecutive a base di pesce crudo e cotto. Tutto eccellente a cominciare dal pane e dalla focaccia coi pomodori di inizio pasto. Materia prima di grande qualità, cucinata molto bene e servita con attenzione. I prezzi sono allineati alla qualità senza essere eccessivi. Una nota speciale la riservo per la gentilezza, la simpatia e disponibilità dei titolari e di tutto lo staff. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nonostante non ci avessero mai visto prima, rendendo le nostre serate speciali.

20/05/2025: A really beautiful and above all very good masseria, a little small, so I recommend you book in advance, fantastic dishes, top waiters, the fixed menu costs €45, perhaps a little too much, but they always ask you if you have consumed everything or not, they asked if we wanted more meat, so they are very kind and consistent, I recommend you go and try it at least once!

10/05/2025: Two years ago, in the middle of autumn, I was in this structure and I had the impression of a real farmhouse even if we paid excessively to be one. This time the owner wanted to give the context the touch of a pizzeria (good pizza) but the agritourism atmosphere tends to disappear completely. The menu has prices a little high. The owner, ...has to go back to school... ;-)
