14/01/2025: We were guests of the restaurant, a welcoming room like the staff and entourage who gave us an excellent stay. The à la carte menu was very satisfying, from the starter to the dessert. Of note are the excellent quality local products and the very tasty and excellently cooked meat. Too bad only for the bran strascinati with fried breadcrumbs which, apart from the homemade pasta, disappointed due to the breadcrumbs and the lack of chopped bran. The price in line with the good quality and service. Highly recommended.

25/12/2024: Oggi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trascorrere il pranzo di Natale in questo splendido ristorante a mille metri di altezza. Nonostante le difficoltà causate dalla neve e l’impossibilità di raggiungere il locale con la nostra auto, Donato, il proprietario, ci ha letteralmente salvato la giornata. Dopo averlo informato al telefono del nostro problema, è venuto personalmente con la sua auto a prenderci, percorrendo tutta la strada innevata, e ci ha accompagnati al ristorante. A fine giornata, con la stessa cortesia, ci ha riaccompagnati fino al paese. Questo gesto di gentilezza e grande umanità ci ha lasciati senza parole. Donato e il suo team hanno dimostrato non solo grande professionalità, ma anche un’attenzione sincera per i propri clienti. Per quanto riguarda il pranzo, ogni piatto è stato semplicemente perfetto: cibo squisito, ben presentato e preparato con cura. Il personale è stato impeccabile, attento e cordiale, contribuendo a rendere questa giornata ancora più speciale. Inoltre, il ristorante si trova in una location davvero magica, ideale sia per la stagione estiva che per quella invernale. In estate si può godere della splendida natura circostante, mentre in inverno, con tanta neve, l’atmosfera diventa incantata. Per chi ama sciare, le piste vicine rendono il tutto ancora più speciale. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza unica, non solo culinaria, ma anche umana. Grazie ancora a Donato e a tutto lo staff per un Natale che non dimenticheremo mai!

12/11/2024: Una garanzia di ottima cucina tipica anche se a volte il piatto è rivisitato in maniera innovativa. Domenica abbiamo provato il Baccalà con cruschi e spinaci (ottimo). Risotto cacio e pepe con gambero rosso sopra (sublime) Lo spaghetto del rullo anche molto molto buono. Posto che sa di casa di campagna. Atmosfera molto familiare. Pulito e ben tenuto come sempre. Confermo che andate a colpo sicuro. Complimenti a Luca e Giada per l’accortezza che usano anche nei piccoli dettagli.

20/10/2024: È stata una buona cena con cibo buono e ricercato, peccato che eravamo gli unici nel ristorante. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo magari d’estate perché c’è un bellissimo spazio esterno. Lo consiglio

03/01/2025: It's the third time we've gone. The previous two times were not satisfactory, but I overlooked it. Last night some friends convinced us to go again. We arrived there at 7.10pm (i.e. 10 minutes after the opening time reported on Google) When we arrived we were politely greeted and asked if they had a table available, even though there was none. The lady's response was, without even saying hello, "we don't serve before 7.45pm. Very welcoming person, who knows how to welcome guests. Out of curiosity, after the incident I went to read the fences and the respective responses. You can understand the personality of the individual very well! I highly recommend this place. I'm so sorry about the fantastic place, which is beautiful, and could be enhanced.

28/12/2024: Excellent inn! Good and "local" food with good, friendly and fast service. Excellent desserts! Moderate prices.

27/10/2024: Don't know if we went to Cristally di Zucchero or la Bruschetta, I rate both. The pucce were excellent. Price performance service top.

06/01/2025: Ambiente incantevole, curato davvero nei minimi dettagli e dall'atmosfera tranquilla e romantica. Abbiamo scelto due menù degustazione da 5 portate con abbinamento vino e che dire...davvero tutto molto buono. Piatti curati nei minimi dettagli. Il personale molto attento e preparato all'altezza del posto in cui si trova. Consiglio davvero questo ristorante perché ne varrà la pena.

01/10/2024: L'ho visitato una sera, per un compleanno (dello stesso titolare). Ambiente curato, con varie attività. Se un giorno capiterà di visitarlo meglio (spesso è sold-out con le prenotazioni), potrò sottolineare le varie qualità. Adesso, da local guide, sono legittimato a recensire solo i ricordi, per di più sbiaditi, di quel che visionai.

26/09/2024: I think I have never eaten shortcrust pastry biscuits, almond paste so light and delicious, even the "nun's tits" are delicious, my favorite is the hazelnut one, in two weeks of holiday, ending on Sunday 22/09 one day yes one no , we were going to pick up a mixed tray! Even before leaving on Sunday!!! Congratulations on the sweet works of art 🙏

24/11/2024: Son tornato in questo storico ristorante/pizzeria alle porte di Potenza dopo tanti anni. È stato tutto meraviglioso, l'accoglienza del personale, i modi garbati (non sempre scontati), l'ambiente familiare.... Il tutto condito con ottimi antipasti ed una pizza davvero squisita! I proprietari hanno voluto mantenere la "tradizione", anche nel locale stesso, e forse ciò che mi è piaciuto di più è stato proprio questo!! Un salto nel passato che sicuramente vorrò ripetere presto!

15/10/2024: It was enough to be honest and say that there weren't the necessary ingredients to complete the dish instead of making us wait a long time and then saying that the mistake was on the order, after all, sincerity always pays off!

17/09/2024: Optimal I was there a month ago on holiday and we stopped in that town intrigued by the owner's celebration so by chance we tried this restaurant and I highly recommend it! Excellent value for money. The dishes are really delicious and the prices are normal. The waiters are very kind and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.
