25/03/2026: We had a local experience! Went there for a breakfast so we both had cappuccino and a cornetto at the bar. The staff was friendly and we felt really nice in there. There was also a suprise for us as there were traces of our own culture - the PilsnerUrquell sing! Personally I would reccomend this place for a quick coffee or a drink. :)

27/01/2026: Welcoming and well-organized venue. Attentive service and always helpful staff, especially in organizing the decor for an 18th birthday party. Everything was handled with care and punctuality, making us feel at ease throughout the evening. 🩷
21/01/2026: Beautiful, very relaxing hotel, very kind and helpful staff, nice rooms. Breakfast is a bit poor quality. Its location is excellent for those who want to go on the saddle to ski or have fun, it is right as you come down the saddle to Pignola.

21/02/2026: A diner with an excellent selection of dishes. Almost all the dishes are very tasty and well-prepared. Takeout is also available. The restaurant is modern, very pleasant, and very popular. The three bar staff could be a little less "rough" and more empathetic.
The portions are generous, and the prices competitive. I recommend it.

03/11/2025: We stayed this weekend for the truffle festival in Carbone. It was a wonderful experience: the chalet was super clean, nestled in the woods, Alberto provided a unique welcome, and the food was excellent. Everything was truly excellent. Thanks again!

22/09/2025: We ate wonderfully, from the appetizers (the grilled pecorino was fabulous) to the first courses, not to mention the arrosticini and the Flintstones steak. The house dessert was also delicious. The price was a pleasant surprise!

I also tried an aperitivo on one occasion: good products again...and it's also one of the very few places in town to offer it.
