26/05/2025: Even though there is a meat counter, there is no choice. Ordering is at the table and is very generic. They choose what you eat. Both the owners and the staff are very rude and rude. The wait is very long. More than an hour to eat. What is served is very greasy and oily, so to most people it might seem pleasant tasting. I don't know how harmful it can be to eat like this, given how we were the next day. The costs are high and at the owner's discretion and not documentable. Definitely an experience not to be repeated!!!

18/05/2025: BAD! AVOID!! After waiting for more than an hour we asked for information about our order. The waitress answered us in a loud and irritated tone of voice: "you are not the only ones!" What we ordered: two cuts and a slice (more fat than meat), a plate of cold cuts with 5 slices of capocollo, a few slices of sausage and bacon, two slices of provolone and two small plates of fennel and caroselli. Only water to drink. All for the modest sum of 70 euros!

18/05/2025: Second time I order from this sandwich shop…but never again, poor quality product and full of old oil, hard bread, chips were definitely reheated. Not a reliable place to eat a simple sandwich, slow service and rude staff..if there was the option to put 0 stars I would have put it.

22/04/2025: If there is a place where every bite is a small revolution, it is Degu Ham. The burger I tried - and which I can now easily define as "my absolute favourite" - is a concentration of taste, quality and passion. The meat is cooked to perfection, juicy and tasty, with that light external crust that makes the difference. The bread? Soft on the inside and slightly toasted on the outside, it holds everything together without ever becoming mushy. Every ingredient – ​​from the melted cheese to the sauce In short, it's not just a sandwich: it is an experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you are truly missing out on something special. Kudos to Degu Ham for raising the bar. Rating: 10/10. I'll be back, and I'll do it again with hunger.

04/08/2025: Table booked through TheFork. Glasses found dusty with fingerprints. Bruschetta accompaniment burned. Maxi tagliata: insufficient but good. They forgot to bring a bottle of water. The service was a disappointment.

28/07/2025: I booked through TheFork and ordered a tagliata. I was served a thin grilled steak, cut into strips. The owner explained that the thickness was due to the size of the slice, which, being large, had resulted in a thin tagliata. He added that the meat still weighed 250 grams. In my opinion, though this may be my opinion, tagliata should be thick, cut into strips with a pinkish interior.

07/08/2025: ⭐☆☆☆☆ A very disappointing experience. It's not a question of prices—though they are quite high compared to the Apulian average—but of the absolutely unacceptable service for a restaurant that aspires to be of a certain caliber. The waiter drops the bread bag on the floor... and without any embarrassment puts it back on the table. The waiters speak too familiarly, use the informal "tu" form with customers, and come within inches of their faces to take orders, making the experience at times awkward. But the most serious and disconcerting aspect was seeing the dishes served with thumbs in them, in direct contact with the food. A lack of hygiene and professionalism that cannot and should not be tolerated in any context. It's unfortunate to write this, but I've never seen anything like it, not even in much more humble settings. In any case, I hope the restaurant can learn from these critical issues and improve, because at the moment the experience is far from what a restaurant of this type should offer.

01/08/2025: Simply the best sushi I've had in Italy. The service is also excellent, with the staff being knowledgeable and professional, yet kind and helpful. The price, a bit higher than other similar restaurants, is absolutely well worth the money.

12/05/2025: Posto molto accogliente e ben curato, personale molto gentile e professionale, mostrandoci diversi vini e spiegandone le differenze aiutandoci nella scelta. Ampia scelta di carne di ottima qualità cotta perfettamente e gustosa al palato. Prezzi nella media consiglio vivamente. Ci ritornerò. ☺️

24/05/2025: Consigliati da amici ci siamo recati in questo ristorante. Il cameriere che ci ha seguiti era di una simpatia sicura, tipica di chi questo mestiere lo fa da anni. Cibo squisito, e il pesce sicuramente di buona qualità (e lo dico da amante del pesce). Nonostante mia figlia scorrazzasse per tutto il locale il personale si è mostrato sempre professionale e cortese, soprattutto le ragazze. Valutazione positiva

05/06/2025: Posto molto accogliente. Banco della macelleria dove si sceglie la carne strepitoso. Ottimi lgi antipasti e buonissime le patate cotte sotto la cenere. Carne tutta di buona qualità la bavetta assai saporita. Prezzi in linea con quanto mangiato e servizio cordiale e puntuale.

28/01/2025: Scortesia dei proprietari che su nostra gentile richiesta di ricontrollare se avessero trovato un portafoglio dopo la nostra visita, si sono dimostrati scocciati e poco disponibili. Qualità del servizio e dei piatti mediocre. Purtroppo una brutta esperienza, a volte l’ ospitalità migliorerebbe l’ esperienza complessiva del cliente, ma in questo posto non esiste.

Non so se sia il titolare o un cameriere ma è stato a dir poco maleducato e a quanto vedo nelle altre recensioni è un modus operandi frequente. Se non sapete stare a contatto con il pubblico in maniera educata cambiate lavoro !!!

23/07/2025: We come to Martina to eat good meat, but unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The sliced meat smelled inedible, the same goes for the strips and the bombetta, never again.

03/08/2025: La penultima volta che abbiamo cenato in questa braceria c'è stato chiesto se conoscessimo una persona in foto con il nostro stesso cognome.Presumo che costui sia andato via senza pagare.Quando noi siamo passati dalla cassa per pagare il proprietario ha fatto una battuta spiacevole,li per lì non ci ho dato peso mi sono resa conto dopo del significato.non contenta della poca professionalità della prima volta ieri ci sono ritornata.Il servizio è stato estremamente lento,un'ora tra un piatto e l'altro in tutto ci sono arrivate solo 3 portate perché ovviamente eravamo seduti dalle 9 e 30,si era fatta quasi mezzanotte e l'appetito era passato.il conto è stato sproporzionato rispetto a quello che abbiamo consumato ieri sera ma anche le volte precedenti che siamo stati lì con altre persone. Mi sarei aspettata professionalità,invece ho trovato superficialità e ignoranza,non è accettabile avere questi atteggiamenti pregiudizievoli legati al cognome. Non mi resta che dire ....Materani!!! 03/08/2025: The second to last time we dined at this steakhouse, we were asked if we knew a person in a photo with the same last name as us. I assume he left without paying. When we went to the register to pay, the owner made an unpleasant joke. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but I realized its meaning later. Not happy with the lack of professionalism the first time, I returned yesterday. The service was extremely slow, an hour between each course; we only got three courses in total because we'd obviously been seated since 9:30, it was almost midnight, and our appetites had faded. The bill was disproportionate to what we ate last night, but also the previous times we'd been there with other people. I expected professionalism, but instead I found superficiality and ignorance.
