01/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one. My order arrived about 20 minutes late, and the food was already cold. The burger, which I'd ordered rare, was completely raw inside. The mozzarella balls were destroyed, and the beef strips were cold and flavorless. The only decent thing was the flavor of the bun, even though it was quite small. All things considered, I don't think I'll order from this place again.

12/10/2025: Even though we were sitting at the restaurant, the sandwich arrived cold and a little dry. Cold fries A little disappointed.

29/10/2025: The food is mediocre, only the hombets are ok, the pork is tough, and the sausages...so... The service is fast, but they take everything off your table even faster, they don't give you the opportunity to sit in a pleasant environment after dinner. It's like they're telling you to leave as soon as possible, even though the restaurant was half empty. The location is great, but it seems very cheap, but in fact it's not, the prices are quite normal...

21/09/2025: Yesterday, three friends and I had dinner at this seemingly beautiful place, everything was carefully thought out and meticulously crafted, and absolutely delightful. Some of the waiters were friendly, others were rude. We ordered a bottle of wine that arrived warm (which we obviously asked to be chilled since it cost €30 and was broth), a peppery mussel dish, the unpleasant smell of which was bound to go away. In fact, we pointed this out to the waiter, who politely explained that the ingredients were of a different quality and origin (a questionable statement), and generous, beautifully presented first courses. The prices are exorbitant, but you know what they are because you read them on the menu before ordering, so it's up to the customer. After dinner, one of my companions had severe abdominal pain from the food, and I personally had reflux accompanied by vomiting and severe diarrhea. We had to take Malox, and I hope I don't have to go to the emergency room if the pain and nausea persist. An experience to absolutely forget.

02/11/2025: The gentleman who "welcomed" us, who I assume is the owner, is a complete and utterly rude person. If you don't know how to approach customers, don't be surprised if he never comes back to your restaurant. Telling a customer who just walked in, "You could have made up another excuse," referring to why we were 10-15 minutes late, makes him unprofessional and completely rude. Challenging a customer's words before they've even sat down is truly rude and disrespectful. His behavior completely ruined our dinner. I've never encountered such a shameful experience before, and it will certainly be the last time.

25/10/2025: The meat is very good, the mixed roast was decent. What left me perplexed was the ambiguity in the orders. Convinced we'd ordered the cuts listed for €15 on the menu, we ended up with a €25 maxi cut that we couldn't finish. This definitely impacted the final bill.

24/08/2025: A really good place to eat meat, the meat is perfectly cooked, and the staff—I think a husband and wife—are very nice and welcoming, accommodating to any request. The prices are good for the quality of the products, and even lower than the Martina Franca average. We'll definitely be back.

17/08/2025: We found this very good place by chance, really by chance, we had dinner there, my wife and I, we ordered bombette, two different flavours, plus sausage and straccetti, everything spectacular, really excellent quality, in the short wait without having to ask, they brought us excellent olives and taralli, this price was also really fair for the quality and kindness

03/08/2025: La penultima volta che abbiamo cenato in questa braceria c'è stato chiesto se conoscessimo una persona in foto con il nostro stesso cognome.Presumo che costui sia andato via senza pagare.Quando noi siamo passati dalla cassa per pagare il proprietario ha fatto una battuta spiacevole,li per lì non ci ho dato peso mi sono resa conto dopo del significato.non contenta della poca professionalità della prima volta ieri ci sono ritornata.Il servizio è stato estremamente lento,un'ora tra un piatto e l'altro in tutto ci sono arrivate solo 3 portate perché ovviamente eravamo seduti dalle 9 e 30,si era fatta quasi mezzanotte e l'appetito era passato.il conto è stato sproporzionato rispetto a quello che abbiamo consumato ieri sera ma anche le volte precedenti che siamo stati lì con altre persone. Mi sarei aspettata professionalità,invece ho trovato superficialità e ignoranza,non è accettabile avere questi atteggiamenti pregiudizievoli legati al cognome. Non mi resta che dire ....Materani!!! ANDATE A MANGIARE ALTROVE Se proprio volete passare da Laterza.

19/07/2025: Rosticceria nel centro storico di Cisternino, seppur il locale risulta datato si puo assaporare dell' ottima carne alla brace con prezzi abbastanza onesti. Anche il servizio è buono ed il personale ed i titolari sono molto gentili e cordiali.

15/06/2025: Locale con rosticceria espressa sia con ristorante che per asporto. Bancone a vista dal quale si scelgono le portate di carne che vengono poi arrostite al momento e servite espresse. Piatto forte bombette con varie farcie, gustose e classiche. Prezzi medi e gusto assicurato. Servizio rapido e cortese.

06/10/2025: We always come back with pleasure. Excellent meat, well-cooked and well-seasoned. Very good first courses and satisfying portions. Good pizzas and desserts too. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We've always been fortunate enough to dine at the terrace tables, which offer a pleasant view of the sea. The terrace is always a guarantee.

05/10/2025: A very large restaurant offering traditional Salento cuisine, pizza, and grilled meats with a selection directly from the display case. We had bombette and arrosticini, Salento potatoes, and sautéed chicory, which were delicious! Service was quite fast despite the crowds, so I recommend making a reservation. Very competitive prices, highly recommended! I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars only because I expected the bombette to be a little tastier, but it was still an excellent dinner!

02/07/2025: Booked for 10 people at 9:00 PM ordered pizzas and grilled meat. After several requests, justified with "today is Saturday" the pizzas arrived an hour and a half later and half an hour later the meat arrived. The children fell asleep on the table The one who ordered the meat watched those who ate the pizza and then it was their turn to watch those who ate the meat. The wait was not rewarded, the pizzas were burnt on the edges and the meat was hard, dry and overcooked A place to forget

18/03/2025: Truly excellent food and wine experience. Really excellent and quality food. Truly a nice discovery. The staff is attentive and super friendly. Really highly recommended.
