07/04/2025: Accueil très agréable. Nous avions commandé du vin et on nous a très gentiment offert des bombettes pour patienter en attendant nos pizzas. Pizzas excellentes à un prix très raisonnable.

18/05/2025: Second time I order from this sandwich shop…but never again, poor quality product and full of old oil, hard bread, chips were definitely reheated. Not a reliable place to eat a simple sandwich, slow service and rude staff..if there was the option to put 0 stars I would have put it.

The burger I tried - and which I can now easily define as "my absolute favourite" - is a concentration of taste, quality and passion. The meat is cooked to perfection, juicy and tasty, with that light external crust that makes the difference. The bread? Soft on the inside and slightly toasted on the outside, it holds everything together without ever becoming mushy. Every ingredient – ​​from the melted cheese to the sauce In short, it's not just a sandwich: it is an experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you are truly missing out on something special. Kudos to Degu Ham for raising the bar. Rating: 10/10. I'll be back, and I'll do it again with hunger.

04/05/2025: 1 hour for two pasticciotti, two rustici, 1 espresso. They serve 3 tables that arrived after us. I was with some tourists who would often come to Brindisi, but certainly not here anymore.

12/05/2025: There were 12 of us sitting at the table! One person wanted the sandwich, didn't want the meat on the plate and we were told that you couldn't eat the sandwich sitting at the table!!!! And there was no one in the room either! We left, you lost 12 customers and above all at least 200 euros! Then they complain that they don't work!!!! 😂😂😂

12/05/2025: Pessima esperienza. Facciamo 40km per andarci a cena. Un bancone pieno di carne ma in realtà hamburger e bombette di ogni tipo. Carne seria nulla. Ci sediamo al tavolo prenotato mio figlio chiede un hamburger nel panino e ci rispondono che i panini non li servono al tavolo.., anche se andava a prenderlo lui al banco non poteva mangiarlo al tavolo. Abbiamo chiesto due volte il perché di questa scelta ma non abbiamo avuto risposta. Ero con amici e per non rovinare la serata non ho voluto fare notare che tutto ciò che è scritto nel menù il cliente ha diritto di chiedere e l'attività ha il dovere di fornire. Non metto una stella perché anche se la carne era dozzinale il prezzo non era molto elevato

01/06/2025: The 4 of us + our dog found ourselves having lunch at this grill restaurant in the heart of Alberobello. Inside it is cool even though the meat is cooked. As soon as you enter you immediately see the counter with the meats and the bombette. Good cold cuts. The bombette of various flavors are very good in fact they were recommended to us by Piera. Even the rib of about 450g was very tender. The price was fair compared to the quality. If I go back there I will gladly go back.

05/06/2025: We arrived at 2:30 pm from Foggia to eat specifically at this restaurant. As soon as we arrived they told us that the kitchen was closing and they sent us away, even though they had just seated 5 people who they said were "friends of the owner". When we returned a second time specifying that we had come here specifically to eat at their place, since the restaurant closes at 3:30 pm, they seated us. The staff was not very professional compared to the super refined environment of the restaurant. They made us order in 5 minutes because they were in a hurry. The troccoli di mare were tasteless and the octopus was salty. The dessert was not recommended by the waiter because it "dried out". It is not worth the money, we will not return

09/03/2025: Durante la serata con ricorrenza del 8 marzo..gli ospiti sono stati cacciati in mal modo dalla proprietaria,con ancora il cibo nel piatto ci siamo alzati pagando tra l'altro l'intera cifra della cena...il motivo arrivavano prenotazioni e non poteva rifiutare ..uno schifo a mio parere.i ragazzi del personale se scusato per il barbaro modo in cui siamo stati cacciati

24/05/2025: Consigliati da amici ci siamo recati in questo ristorante. Il cameriere che ci ha seguiti era di una simpatia sicura, tipica di chi questo mestiere lo fa da anni. Cibo squisito, e il pesce sicuramente di buona qualità (e lo dico da amante del pesce). Nonostante mia figlia scorrazzasse per tutto il locale il personale si è mostrato sempre professionale e cortese, soprattutto le ragazze. Valutazione positiva
