11/08/2025: Disappointing, stringy meat with lots of sinew, paid €6 per 100g, like a fine Florentine steak. As soon as I pointed out to the owner the discarded sinew on the plate and the lack of the "butter" so vaunted in social media slogans, he admitted he'd probably made a mistake and what was served wasn't fillet steak. Despite this, the price on the receipt remained unchanged. Bottom line: a plate of tagliata with arugula and parmesan cost €85... (with half a liter of local wine, and a water, €99).
Finally, although I have no proof, I strongly doubt I ate the meat shown on the scale.
I advise you not to fall for the social media slogans.
06/08/2025: Good food, average service, large portions, somewhat high prices.
We ate here when it was very windy. The tablecloths outside weren't attached to the table and kept blowing away, including at ours. The tablecloths often blew into the food. The food was delicious and the portions were quite large. I think it's wise not to order one dish per person here, and instead to share dishes.

05/08/2025: 4:00 a.m., thawed doughnuts, but thawed the day before, very dry. After transferring garbage from one bin to another for two minutes with your hands, without gloves, you expect them to wash them before serving. And instead, as if nothing had happened, you serve the doughnut. Kudos for the cleanliness.
04/08/2025: Everything was perfect: a refined atmosphere, fast service, and excellent desserts.
One of the best cafés in the area.
Excellently brewed coffee, fresh croissants filled to order.
Superior quality and attention to detail, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere.
Highly recommended!

19/07/2025: Rosticceria nel centro storico di Cisternino, seppur il locale risulta datato si puo assaporare dell' ottima carne alla brace con prezzi abbastanza onesti.
Anche il servizio è buono ed il personale ed i titolari sono molto gentili e cordiali.
15/06/2025: Locale con rosticceria espressa sia con ristorante che per asporto. Bancone a vista dal quale si scelgono le portate di carne che vengono poi arrostite al momento e servite espresse. Piatto forte bombette con varie farcie, gustose e classiche. Prezzi medi e gusto assicurato. Servizio rapido e cortese.

19/07/2025: I'm re-evaluating this place. I've been coming here year after year since 2020. Tonight I could have thrown my stomach at the way it was. I didn't like anything, and the owner didn't even listen to me. I paid out of pity. This place is self-explanatory: it's empty, and for a Saturday with 15 customers at most, you're beyond bankruptcy. If I come to check on you, it's not out of malice, but I've never had such a bad sushi meal in my life. I wasn't expecting to get away with paying, on the contrary, but there was no understanding with the owner, who didn't even apologize or offer anything. I'm sorry I can't even give 0 stars; my girlfriend and I got poisoned tonight. Completely poor service, even a dish that was supposed to be delivered was mixed up and left on the table. They didn't even take away the chicken with a black sauce. We tried to eat it, but it was incredibly tough. The waitress's response was, "They're Chinese, they eat like that." I don't know of any meat that's inedible, inedible, and unchewable. Honestly, don't come here. You decide, the place is empty. I spent €52 and ate disgusting food. Better to eat at home than get poisoned.
16/07/2025: I didn't let the negative reviews scare me off and went out of curiosity. It was a positive experience. We ate very well. The fish and all the other ingredients were fresh. Great price. Friendly staff. We've been back and will continue to do so.

ordered pizzas and grilled meat.
After several requests, justified with "today is Saturday"
the pizzas arrived an hour and a half later and half an hour later the meat arrived.
The children fell asleep on the table
The one who ordered the meat watched those who ate the pizza and then it was their turn to watch those who ate the meat.
The wait was not rewarded, the pizzas were burnt on the edges and the meat was hard, dry and overcooked
A place to forget

The staff is attentive and super friendly. Really highly recommended.

I recommend it to anyone visiting Porto Cesareo, especially for the meat and pizza.
The only thing that could be improved is the bread.

The pizza has sour tomato sauce instead of mozzarella; they used some other kind of cheese that didn't melt but rather remained in pieces. The pizza wasn't exactly pizza, but rather a bad focaccia. It was small. They charged us a €2 cover charge per person for just the pizza and didn't offer any service. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

Tutto buonissimo dalla qualità della carne alle ottime patate e condimenti. Che dire tutto perfetto,complimenti a tutti .Ad maiora!!

17/06/2025: I went there a while ago and I liked it. So I decided to go back and this time it was love at first sight. The meat was excellent, as were the sauces and the various combinations. The atmosphere is super nice. The staff seems like a family, so you can see a very relaxed atmosphere among them. They were very attentive. I will definitely go back, it is worth it.
I only have a few small notes. The plates in which the chips are served could be a little smaller because since the bowl is large they seem few at first glance, but they are very abundant. It is just a small aesthetic note. As for the beers, I would add a few less medium-low cost beers to be able to have a high or medium level choice to choose from, rather than having only higher level beers (it may also be that I have not seen them). These are small tips to improve even more, but already this time I have seen much more attention and care compared to the first time I came. Last note in my opinion a little more important is that I recommend putting a very eye-catching sign outside because, unless you search on Maps or pass by that road on foot, the place is not very visible. That said, congratulations for everything 🥰

03/07/2025: Siamo in vacanza decidiamo di ritornare a cena in questo ristorante/macelleria gia c’eravamo stati anni fa ordiniamo bruschette con verdure ottime e due tagliate una al sangue una media cottura sono arrivate tutte e due con la media cottura e tiepide, qualita’ della carne ottima genera, ci viene offerto un amaro, personale gentile, nell’insieme lo consigliamo

21/06/2025: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante sulla spiaggia di Barletta in occasione di un ritrovo di gruppo. La struttura è molto curata e accogliente, perfetta per trascorrere una serata in compagnia.
Uno dei punti di forza, che ci aveva colpito sin dalla prima visita, è senza dubbio l’area giochi dedicata ai bambini. Spaziosa, ben tenuta e visibile direttamente dalla zona ristorante, consente ai genitori di rilassarsi a tavola senza perdere di vista i propri figli. I bambini possono divertirsi in tutta sicurezza mentre gli adulti si godono la serata con maggiore serenità. Un valore aggiunto importante per chi cerca un locale che sappia unire buona cucina e attenzione alle esigenze delle famiglie.
Questa volta abbiamo gustato la pizza, inclusa nel menù previsto per l’occasione: leggera, ben lievitata e davvero saporita.
Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità dalla titolare Katia, e il servizio si è confermato impeccabile. In particolare, è stato un piacere ritrovare Stefano, conosciuto lo scorso anno: un cameriere attento, disponibile e sempre sorridente contribuendo alla rapidità nel servizio, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. È uno di quei professionisti che fanno davvero la differenza.
Un luogo in cui torneremo sicuramente, ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una serata rilassante, con buon cibo e in un ambiente sereno e familiare.
