I migliori ristoranti di cucina barbecue in Puglia

06/04/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera per una cena tra amici. Location carina, come tanti altri locali nel Salento . Le pizze non Salentine ma Napoletane . Personalmente ho ordinato una pizza con funghi porcini, crudo e rucola alla modica cifra di 16 euro ( pizza con porcini euro 12 , tre fette di crudo euro 3 e 1 euro per la rucola ) tutto dettagliato nello scontrino fiscale . Ma la situazione più assurda è stata quando ci siamo accorti (scontrino fiscale ) che solo per " UNA" arancia abbiamo pagato SOLO 5 euro .Il commento della comitiva è stato di non fare mai più ritorno in tale struttura .

19/05/2025: CISTERNINO, another hilltop town in the gorgeous region of Puglia. Le Tre Lanterne was a place we chose to eat. You see, this restaurant is all about meat! It’s a complete tradition in this region. Puglia never lets my wife down when looking for this kind of restaurant. The setting was snuggled in another street in Custernino. Le Tre Lanterne served up such great food, far beyond expectations. Happy to give Le Tre Lanterne five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

27/04/2025: 1 star because you can't put 0. Several dishes ordered arrived wrong, and not all of them were brought back, without even apologizing and responding with arrogance. Meatballs inside totally raw, meat on the plate burnt. It is not strange, at this point, that it was practically empty. Absolutely to avoid.

02/06/2025: I booked with the fork, benefiting from a 20% discount, so I decided to try also given the recent mostly positive reviews. The menu is typical of a grill restaurant, but the meat counter is not very well-groomed. I had a tartare and a chicken cut with porcini mushrooms, with a side of grilled vegetables. The meat is basically acceptable, the preparation not so much. Mushrooms definitely not fresh, wet, tomatoes not fresh and the omnipresent rocket not seasoned; the tartare accompanied by whole anchovies in oil, very covering. Very salty bernaise sauce. Very good bread. The service is fast, the place is average. In short, there is much better, imho.

05/06/2025: Posto molto accogliente. Banco della macelleria dove si sceglie la carne strepitoso. Ottimi lgi antipasti e buonissime le patate cotte sotto la cenere. Carne tutta di buona qualità la bavetta assai saporita. Prezzi in linea con quanto mangiato e servizio cordiale e puntuale.

28/01/2025: Scortesia dei proprietari che su nostra gentile richiesta di ricontrollare se avessero trovato un portafoglio dopo la nostra visita, si sono dimostrati scocciati e poco disponibili. Qualità del servizio e dei piatti mediocre. Purtroppo una brutta esperienza, a volte l’ ospitalità migliorerebbe l’ esperienza complessiva del cliente, ma in questo posto non esiste.

11/08/2024: They tried to scam us because we don't speak italian. REPEAT YOU ORDER THREE TIMES! And make sure that they UNDERSTOOD YOU! The bill was totally disaster. The stuff wanted us to pay more about 50€ than expected

11/05/2025: Goooooooduuuuuuriaaaaaaa. Years later, I always gladly return to this place. Meat always fresh and tender, the bombettes melt in your mouth. The meatballs are freshly prepared and immediately cooked and served, as are the potatoes, which are very fresh. Excellent impeccable service. Always friendly staff...and then there is Pasqualino's friendliness which is unparalleled.

09/09/2024: My experience at Braceria La Vaccarella was truly disappointing. Prices are too high for what is offered. The place is spartan, family-run, and completely lacks attention to detail, making it impossible to justify the high costs. The service is very basic: paper cups and a basic presentation that convey an impression of little accuracy. The meat, while decent, isn't good enough to make up for the unappealing atmosphere and cheap service. With so many better alternatives offering a more complete experience and fairer prices, I can only highly recommend this restaurant. I won't go back and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

06/09/2024: nothing to say about the quality of the meat, but the service and location leave a lot to be desired. We were served almost listlessly, we were told that there were no menus, which we received with difficulty after many requests. Furthermore, we had to beg for bread and condiments, and the cover charge was not at all adequate for the service. Definitely needs improvement.

10/06/2025: Negative experience not to be repeated, disorganized and forgetful staff, two plates of meat, almost charred and half empty €50, only the meat, without even serving us a piece of bread, final bill made by a lady with a pen, in her own way, without any precise list of the dinner

04/03/2025: A year ago, during a company dinner, I spent over 800 euros. At the time of the bill, the owner offered bitters and grappa to the company. Without any pretension, I asked for a gin and tonic, receiving in response a sarcastic 'Now let's exaggerate'. I paid for my drink without any problems, because fortunately I don't need offers. I even refused bitters and paid for them myself for my employees. But one thing stuck in my mind: does the difference in cost between a gin and tonic and a bitter really justify such a comment? The mentality of an entrepreneur is measured in welcoming and respecting the customer, certainly not in ostentation. As for me, I won't set foot there again.

10/02/2025: bel posto, senza fronzoli, come piace a me. Servizio ottimo, carne molto buona (torcinelli top), prezzi super onesti. Ci stiamo tornando spesso perchè ci troviamo molto bene.

01/02/2025: Servizio buono, atmosfera non da grandi aspettative ,buoni gli antipasti e la selezione delle carni, costata di Angus buona ma la cottura a mio avviso non proprio adeguata forse perché la brace non era abbastanza calda con il risultato di una carne non ben rosolata. Prezzo ottimo , solo Euro 24 persona. Ci torneremo.

02/06/2025: Abbiamo trovato per caso questo posticino, nel cuore di Gallipoli vecchia, insieme ad amici con bambini. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti per la qualità del cibo, abbiamo optato per una carrellata mista di antipasti e carne ed era tutto ottimo. Per non parlare poi dell'attenzione e la premura del proprietario e dei dipendenti verso i clienti. Sono stati anche tanto gentili da far preparare della pasta, per i bambini, dal locale accanto perché loro non ne hanno. Ché dire ragazzi grazie di tutto e alla prossima ☺️

27/05/2025: A veces encuentras un lugar que es divertido. El personal está contento y tratan tan bien a los huéspedes. Te hacen sentir bien. La comida se trata de buena carne de Apulia , muchas opciones diferentes a la parrilla frente a la ventana hacia el exterior y el chef se ve entusiasmado con lo que está asando Sonriendo cuando te llama la atención. Tienen música jugando para entretener a las mesas a lo largo del camino. Buenas elecciones también! Prueba esto para algo diferente - es bueno tener un cambio. Pedimos comida para llevar ya que nuestro BnB tiene una fabulosa terraza privada, pero disfrutamos de una bebida mientras esperábamos. Lo haría de nuevo
