We had lunch outside in the small square in a reserved area. This is already a plus, as almost all the restaurants in Cisternino's old town have tables set in the narrow streets, where you're constantly subjected to the constant coming and going of tourists who inadvertently "get into" your food. The mix of bombette was excellent, the beer selection was limited, and the service was attentive. Prices were average. It's worth returning because the menu is interesting.

Highly recommended for meat lovers! Everything I tried was excellent: bold flavors, tender meat, and perfectly grilled.
It was really nice to be able to choose directly from the counter.
The service was friendly and fast, always available.
A typical restaurant, perfect for a relaxing and tasty dinner. Overall, a great experience, I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of dining at this steakhouse in Cisternino and was truly thrilled. The quality of the meat is exceptional: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, just as per local tradition. There's a wide selection at the counter, with incredibly fresh and beautifully presented products.
The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to recommend the best cuts and explain the various preparations. The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening of good food.
