I migliori ristoranti di cucina barbecue in Puglia

03/06/2025: Sono stato per la prima volta, e avrei portato altri amici, ma nn ritornerò più. Mi è stata consigliata una.bistecca di 1,3kg circa pagata 79 euro, ma con tanto grasso al seguito che poteva essere eliminato. Forse sarò riuscito ad assaggiare 300gr di carne. A saperlo avrei scelto altro... L'ho fatto anche presente al cameriere, ma evidentemente non interessava la mia osservazione. Pagato il conto al proprietario con grazie ed arrivederci, ma non penso che succederà più...

03/06/2025: Siamo stati da Leo's per il Pranzo del 2 giugno e siamo rimasti colpiti positivamente dalla qualità delle proposte e dall'attenzione nel servizio. Abbiamo assaggiato due fantastici antipasti, ovvero la sublime Tartare di Manzo con zucchine alla poverella e maionese al cappero ed il delizioso Diaframma con patata alla salvia, scamorza fondente e peperone crusco. Non potevamo poi non assaggiare i buonissimi Spaghetti all'assassina ed un controfiletto alla griglia servito su pietra lavica. Davvero tutto buonissimo. Super consigliato!

03/05/2025: We have been to this place several times, and therefore we were very happy to return last night, moral of the story we will never return, endless waiting and ok it can fit even if there were 3 tables, completely raw meatballs, which even on the first experience you can't make like this, not to mention the completely tasteless meat... it's a real shame

09/04/2025: Rather retro environment, certainly deliberately refined, certainly not chic, but high-level starters, first and second courses, all organic products. The friendliness of the owner completes everything. I will definitely go back. Fully satisfied.

03/05/2025: 27 April 25 in Gallipoli, lunch stop at the restaurant and also hotel if I'm not mistaken IL PESCATORE (LA BOMBARDA s.r.l.), passing around 1pm only 1 table occupied and this didn't seem like a good sign to me, compared to other places that were already almost full, however we trusted the reviews on google maps and went in. We have absolutely no regrets, in fact we really enjoyed everything from the special dishes, to the reliable and competent service, to the nice place and also to the more than normal cost. Among the dishes worth mentioning are the red or imperial oysters, rare and typical of Gallipoli which are harvested at around 30 m. deep where they are tenaciously clinging to the rock. I point out 3 oysters (400 gr.) €. 28 as can be seen in the receipt, and given the rarity and difficulty in fishing them perhaps it is not excessive. The very kind waiter who looked after us rather than served us, recommended us not to eat anything and to taste the particular and intense aroma that these seafood give off before eating or rather savoring them. Once we paid the bill we were also kindly offered some coffee and bitters, we chose the Jefferson typical of the Cosenza area, which not everyone has. In conclusion, deserved fame

26/05/2025: Good food but super poor service. The waiters were unprofessional from the beginning to the end of the dinner: first of all, the dishes were served in an extreme hurry, all together and on a tiny table (we didn't even have enough space to move). But it wasn't the speed of execution that bothered us; more than anything, it was the feeling that the grill restaurant couldn't wait to close. When we arrived at 9:15 pm (a fairly reasonable time), we had to interact with a first waiter who didn't even smile and who barely answered our questions and with a second waiter who at the end of this catastrophic evening put the bill on our table (NOT REQUESTED) and started arranging the chairs by turning them upside down at the empty tables next to us (it was only 10:15 pm), not caring about the fact that there were still people in the room. All of this obviously done with extreme nonchalance. NOT TO BE RETURNED

24/05/2025: Not just any restaurant, a family-run grill where you can feel at home while eating divinely. They use embers to cook the meat, fresh and delicious wild vegetables, artisanal chips, not frozen ones. The quality of the meat is unmatched. The owner Tito is a friendly and engaging character. Recommended!

25/04/2025: Unpretentious place to dine with pizza or typical local meats. We took capocollo, cheese, some stratospheric bombettes and a fillet. All excellent at very low prices. The fact that you can see the various pieces of meat at the counter is wonderful. The service guys were very kind and quick.

24/02/2025: We visited this grill and were pleasantly surprised by the place, which has a nice and particular atmosphere, enriched by a clear touch of their personality. We tasted the bombette and liked them very much: soft, well seasoned and with a flavor that struck us. The hamburger did not disappoint us either, cooked well, tasty and juicy. Overall, a positive experience.
