21/07/2025: An elegant and traditional Bisceglie restaurant on a central pedestrian street in the historic center. Friendly staff. Having been there on a Saturday night, I recognize that the restaurant was packed, fully booked. This caused small and obvious delays. I tried a few dishes and the pizza, all good. Even the homemade desserts.

06/08/2025: We arrived at 8:40 PM and were served at 10:30 PM. Seven months pregnant, I didn't ask to go ahead of anyone, but I certainly didn't expect to see people who arrived after me sit first for no reason (we asked, and they didn't have reservations or anything; it was simply convenient given the table availability). Not a glass of water was offered during the two-hour wait, or anything... No complaints about the meat, but after a two-hour wait, it's a bit choppy. The price was excellent. If you can go after 10:30 PM, perhaps it's doable; otherwise, it's worse than Dante's Circle of Hell. The bathroom light has a motion sensor that doesn't work well and goes off after 10 seconds... My compliments for the service and customer care...

01/09/2025: We were there on Saturday... The staff were amazing, we went to get the menus ourselves, after half an hour the manager came and we placed our order... After an hour they only brought the drinks and chips without plates and without salt... At 11:30 pm the pizzas still hadn't arrived... We got up and went to pay for what we had consumed and he wanted €30 for 2 beers, a Fanta and two small baskets of cold chips... You'll never see us again... We don't recommend it.

The wait is very long. More than an hour to eat. What is served is very greasy and oily, so to most people it might seem pleasant tasting. I don't know how harmful it can be to eat like this, given how we were the next day. The costs are high and at the owner's discretion and not documentable. Let's move on to the drinks: €9 for a liter of terrible, undrinkable house wine. I should point out that the local wine in the cellar costs a quarter of that and is delicious. And now we come to the most tragic aspect: the meat. Extremely high prices (€18 for a perfectly normal entrecôte, €20 for a mixed roast consisting only of sausage, capocollo, and ribs). And even the decent quality of the ingredients is ruined by poor cooking: everything is dry, stringy, and flavorless. The evening ends badly when it comes to the bill: it almost feels like you're doing yourself a favor by paying, without the slightest hint of courtesy or politeness in asking how the dinner went. The only negative: three stars for the owner, who is falsely friendly 😂😅😭. In short: a terrible experience, not to be repeated.

28/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena con un gruppo di amici per un compleanno e abbiamo mangiato benissimo!! Crudi ottimi e pesce freschissimo, primi molto buoni e grigliata di pesce anche ottima. Ci hanno anche offerto dei dolci per festeggiare la nostra amica :) servizio rapido e personale gentilissimo, prezzi onesti. Torneremo sicuramente!

07/04/2025: Accueil très agréable. Nous avions commandé du vin et on nous a très gentiment offert des bombettes pour patienter en attendant nos pizzas. Pizzas excellentes à un prix très raisonnable.
