03/06/2025: Second time I return to this restaurant, Unfortunately I was disappointed (maybe the wrong night) I had reserved a Sunday night when we arrived it was closed, I called kindly and they said it was coming.. We entered and were seated at the table, there were no waiters, he was alone, tables still dirty from lunch, he really I think woken up from a nap, very kind I can't say otherwise but the place is quite run down. Good dishes, price too. I recommend more cleaning.. But I will return to see if it was the wrong night...

13/06/2025: Sunday lunch in this typical local trattoria... We enjoyed a fixed menu including house appetizers (good and plentiful with a special mention for the goulash), mixed roast (sausages, bombette, lamb, livers) of good quality with the right cooking that enhanced the flavor... attentive and present service, never intrusive. Good value for money with one exception of the two grappas (commercial) at the end of the meal (off the menu) cost €6 each.

20/03/2025: We had a great experience at this grill! The quality of the meat is excellent, the house appetizer was excellent. The service was quick and efficient, without long waits even though the place was full. The staff was very attentive and friendly, always available to advise us and satisfy every request with a smile. The environment is welcoming and perfect for a dinner with friends or family. Highly recommended for meat lovers and for those looking for a quiet place to eat well. See you soon

01/06/2025: Couple's dinner It was a pleasant discovery. Clean, welcoming and familiar place. Kind, calm and available staff for every need. In the team there is also a friendly robot waiter provided with special trays to serve diners at their tables. One of the first countries to use this type of technology in my opinion very useful! What can I say about the food, a lot of variety of meat! Delicious bombette and so many different types to try them all! perfect cooking, cold cuts that melt in the mouth and much more The price is more than fair. Thank you so much for the very pleasant evening and for the satisfaction of our palates. We will be back!

12/06/2025: Al Pescatore is the perfect place to enjoy the freshest fish in a welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are very well-prepared: the raw seafood is always fresh and the chef Luciano's specialties such as paccheri with grouper and sgonfiotto filled with burrata and red shrimp are impeccable. The service is courteous and attentive, the quality-price ratio is excellent. Ideal for any occasion to have a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

12/06/2025: The hotel was truly beautiful – we received a warm welcome and had a wonderful room with a view of the harbor. The service at the hotel was excellent overall, everything was fine. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a completely different experience: chaotic service, overpriced food, and then we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. This unfortunately significantly spoils the overall impression. Conclusion: We'd happily return to the hotel – but we certainly won't go to the restaurant again. The hotel was absolutely beautiful – a warm welcome and a splendid room with a view of the harbor. The service at the hotel was also impeccable, completely perfect. Purtroppo il ristorante is in an old story: served with coffee, served at a cost of 1.5 ore per cigarette. Questo ha rovinato un po’ l’esperienza complessiva. Conclusion: torneremmo volentieri all’hotel – ma al ristorante sicuramente no.

24/05/2025: We ended up here by chance and it couldn't have been better: very high quality food, wide choice of dishes, local products, very clean place, great hospitality and kindness of Mr. Claudio and Mr. Ivana, who made us feel at home. All at an excellent quality/price ratio. If we return to Puglia we will definitely return.

24/02/2025: We visited this grill and were pleasantly surprised by the place, which has a nice and particular atmosphere, enriched by a clear touch of their personality. We tasted the bombette and liked them very much: soft, well seasoned and with a flavor that struck us. The hamburger did not disappoint us either, cooked well, tasty and juicy. Overall, a positive experience.

21/06/2025: Yesterday evening I had booked a table for 4 people for 9:30 pm. As soon as we sat down at the table they brought us a bag with a few taralli and some olives. Well, the table reservation was made only at 10:15 pm after asking the waitress if I could order 3 times. Only on the fourth attempt after I got up from the table and went inside to make inquiries were we able to book. I should also point out that other tables with people who arrived after us were served first, and obviously our table was completely empty with no plates or glasses. Obviously, I personally did not book anything. Certainly a place that I strongly advise against!!! Total disorganization!

26/05/2025: Even though there is a meat counter, there is no choice. Ordering is at the table and is very generic. They choose what you eat. Both the owners and the staff are very rude and rude. The wait is very long. More than an hour to eat. What is served is very greasy and oily, so to most people it might seem pleasant tasting. I don't know how harmful it can be to eat like this, given how we were the next day. The costs are high and at the owner's discretion and not documentable. Definitely an experience not to be repeated!!!

18/05/2025: BAD! AVOID!! After waiting for more than an hour we asked for information about our order. The waitress answered us in a loud and irritated tone of voice: "you are not the only ones!" What we ordered: two cuts and a slice (more fat than meat), a plate of cold cuts with 5 slices of capocollo, a few slices of sausage and bacon, two slices of provolone and two small plates of fennel and caroselli. Only water to drink. All for the modest sum of 70 euros!

03/06/2025: Non giudico la qualità del cibo, non sono un intenditore di carne quindi mi astengo. Per lo stesso motivo non mi esprimo sui prezzi, credo siano in linea con ciò che c’è in giro. Ma c’è una cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta: la totale mancanza di accoglienza, gentilezza e cordialità del proprietario. Menomale che i sorrisi sono gratis! Ah, in un posto che dovrebbe essere di fascia medio-alta la coca cola zero servita già in bicchiere e non stappata al tavolo (ammesso che sia coca cola in bottiglietta di vetro e non versata direttamente dal bottiglione di plastica) non si può proprio vedere! Peccato.

02/06/2025: I booked with the fork, benefiting from a 20% discount, so I decided to try also given the recent mostly positive reviews. The menu is typical of a grill restaurant, but the meat counter is not very well-groomed. I had a tartare and a chicken cut with porcini mushrooms, with a side of grilled vegetables. The meat is basically acceptable, the preparation not so much. Mushrooms definitely not fresh, wet, tomatoes not fresh and the omnipresent rocket not seasoned; the tartare accompanied by whole anchovies in oil, very covering. Very salty bernaise sauce. Very good bread. The service is fast, the place is average. In short, there is much better, imho.
