19/09/2025: Certainly not for everyone, both in terms of menu choices and prices. Dishes are designed with great imagination and skill. Beyond the classic cuts of meat, there are many specialty bombette, stracceti, and so on...the highlight is the many vegetables prepared in truly unique ways, like a simple whole lettuce, grilled but with Bloody Mary sauce poured right at the table...in short, a must-try.... Only open in the summer in Salento, but with a winter version in Milan, called LOSKO. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly... Perhaps we expected more from the desserts, which didn't have much character...

30/08/2025: I'll start by saying that the food was good, but it's a shame about the rest. We arrived and they couldn't find our reservation. We asked for side dishes for our meat (we specifically requested them as side dishes, not appetizers, when the waiter specifically asked), but they arrived as appetizers. The meat from the table arrived mixed up, and when I asked the waiter, who didn't speak Italian, in English, for clarification since I had ordered specific items due to food intolerances, he replied that he didn't know what was in the dishes and couldn't answer, and then left. Finally, the bill was incorrect, and after checking it at the cashier, it turned out that an extra €60 had been added.

02/03/2026: I would have given a few more stars if it weren't for the poorly trained staff, in the sense that: they bring you the other dishes without removing the dirty plates, the food is okay but the chef needs to make peace with the salt, we kindly asked for the bill and without opening our mouths they presented it to us without even greeting or asking how the meal went.... it seems like they are doing you a favor by sitting at the table... never again... shameful

01/02/2026: Friends' recommendations are often highly subjective. They had "touted" this steakhouse as if it were the best in the world. Honestly, it was nothing special. We arrived, they sat us down at our table, ignoring us for almost half an hour, while people who had arrived after us were being served, so much so that I had to go to the waiter myself to get even a bottle of water. The meat was average, nothing extraordinary like the descriptions of those who recommended it to me. The waiters I would definitely not give an Oscar for friendliness to, and the prices, even those, were not exceptional. An experience not to be repeated.

28/06/2026: We stayed in the B&B, so I can't comment on the food. The rooms were very nice and comfortable; the owners were very kind and brought us delicious croissants and tarts every morning. It was truly a delightful place. One small flaw in our room was the shower head, which didn't work. I'd just add that we booked several rooms because we had a lot of friends, especially one couple who booked a double room separate from the rest of the rooms. They weren't particularly happy with that room; there were several issues, so if you're having trouble, I recommend just making sure your rooms are all close to each other.

06/07/2026: Gentlemen, if you're passing through, if you live in Brindisi, or if you have to go there specifically, go! I've tried many pasticciotti in my life, but these are the BEST! Crispy shortcrust pastry and just the right amount of sweet (the others I've tried were always too sweet). The coffee is also superb! Thanks to the owner who baked them especially for us! We'll see you again!

12/07/2026: ★★★☆☆ The food here is good, and the meat is definitely of great quality. Unfortunately, absolutely everything is served using single-use plastic: plates, cups, and cutlery. The amount of unnecessary plastic waste produced in is staggering. I would gladly return for the food, but the management urgently needs to implement more sustainable serving practices.

11/07/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at La Braceria La Parla in Apani was disappointing. The service was very slow and inattentive, with excessive wait times even though the place wasn't particularly crowded. The meat, which should be the restaurant's strong point, didn't live up to expectations: it was undercooked and the quality was lower than I'd expected. I also didn't find the quality/price ratio satisfactory. I hope the place can improve these aspects, because I can't recommend it at the moment.

06/08/2026: Now a regular summer event, to enjoy the legendary wild boar steak and heifer strips, not to mention the rest!

20/07/2026: The first time in my life I paid €20 for a side of chips and mixed vegetables, not even in a 5 star restaurant do you pay that much.

14/06/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was sloppy: the pizzas were brought to the table while dirty plates and cutlery from previous courses were still there, a situation I found unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. The quality of the food also didn't live up to expectations. The meat was of poor quality, undercooked, and overly salty. In particular, the pork sausage consisted almost entirely of fat, making it unappealing. Furthermore, it's clear that priority was given to tables that arrived after ours. This isn't just my impression: a waitress confirmed that priority is given to customers who come directly to order, rather than waiting for staff to come to their table to take their order. I find this approach unfair to those who follow the restaurant's standard procedures. Overall, a decidedly negative experience, both in terms of service and food quality. I definitely won't be returning.

08/06/2026: We'd been away for a long time, so we returned to celebrate an anniversary and we indulged. We'd been wanting to return for a long time. Everything remained just as we left it, which surprised us that they remembered us after so many years. The food never disappoints: the meat is delicious, the bombette, the sausage, and the livers are a sight to behold. We couldn't help but try the pizza, and I was surprised. It was already good, but it got even better, delicious. The dough was good, as was the toppings. The price is average, the pizza, the meat, the side dish, the ash-fried potato (another delight), drinks, water, and cover charge per person are around 25 euros, but it also depends on the type of meat chosen. There's a lot of life outside. Nice place.

12/11/2025: The sandwich was excellent, and the option to customize it to your liking by choosing from a list of ingredients was interesting. The only downside was the speed of service: a full hour's wait. I understand it was Saturday night, but some tables were free.

06/04/2026: Well, what can I say? Eating at Chernobyl would have been healthier. Easter Monday, set menu for €25. We were sitting inside, there wasn't much room, the tables were crowded together, one person getting up could easily block everyone else's path. On the tables were small plates of rather shoddy cured meats, placed there who knows how long ago. They were also on tables where no one was sitting. The fried foods were the only decent thing, because they were definitely frozen. The first course was a sticky pasta dish with a sauce vaguely reminiscent of the one in the kindergarten cafeteria, disgusting, so much so that even the neighboring tables complained. The mixed grill was a total disaster. Burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. No salt, and it wasn't even on the table. We refused to eat dessert either. The NAS likes this element.
