04/07/2025: Disappointing, food with microscopic portions, tasteless and above all a place with zero air conditioning! Never again!

03/07/2025: A disastrous experience to say the least! I had booked, but I had to wait half an hour just to sit down, as if that wasn't enough, then an interminable hour before my dish arrived. The icing on the cake? My boyfriend's dish arrived much later, when I had already finished a while ago. A ridiculous organization, a slow service that would make even a saint lose his patience and, as if that weren't enough, the food was also terrible! Tasteless dishes, badly cooked and absolutely not up to the asking prices. A slow, disorganized service and totally indifferent to the customers. If you want to ruin your evening, go ahead; otherwise, do yourself a favor: change restaurants!

29/06/2025: We were passing by and decided to stop at this restaurant, attracted by the good reviews of the food. Unfortunately, we didn't even have a chance to sit down: as soon as we entered, the restaurateur greeted us rudely, brusquely pointing out that you have to book on the weekend, even though there were several free tables. When I replied - "I was just passing by and saw the place" - he continued with the same rude tone, reiterating that he was only saying that we had to book and that we could still sit "at that table". All accompanied by a sarcastic comment as he walked away: "this is a really bad start for us". At that point we left, without even sitting down. We are very sorry, because we were really curious to try the cuisine that so many people speak highly of, but we had never been greeted in such a rude and aggressive way by a restaurateur. The experience starts with courtesy, not just the dish: and here, unfortunately, it was completely missing.

17/04/2025: Extremely quiet environment. Small, clean, tidy place. Very kind staff. Food cooked at the moment or very fresh, satisfying portions, decent choice. Price proposed for a really convenient business lunch (first course, second course, side dish, 1/2 water or glass of wine for 12 euros)

17/06/2025: What a great discovery! We went to Benvenuto Family Restaurant in Venaria and we were thrilled! The hamburger was simply top: excellent quality meat, tasty and cooked to perfection, accompanied by fresh ingredients and really good bread. But the real surprise was the bicerin: a masterpiece! Creamy, balanced and authentic... a dive into the flavors of Piedmontese tradition, prepared as it should be. Welcoming place, friendly staff and perfect atmosphere for an evening with family or friends. We will definitely be back! 👏🍔☕️ Francesco

15/06/2025: Badly organized in my opinion.. obviously you always have to check the receipt in these cases... in fact there was an error, which can happen but is still annoying. Then the prices in my opinion do not reflect the dishes. Then the children's area is ok but if it wasn't there I don't know how many would go there. Oh well

08/04/2025: The restaurant serves excellent quality and well-cooked meat. I found the service a little rushed even though there weren't many of us in the restaurant. The wine can be chosen directly from the furniture of the restaurant. Nice idea even if not very practical and you risk choosing hastily.

23/06/2025: The service and atmosphere are ok, but the pizza is one of the worst I've ever eaten, and then I ask you if you have nduja and you tell me no spicy salami, it was the first and last time I go there.

15/06/2025: Last night I had a first course, a second course with side dish, dessert and coffee and I have to say that with every bite I was speechless, I have never eaten something so good and the staff was very kind and friendly and the location is very well-kept and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

01/03/2025: Pranzo con colleghi a seguito di consiglio di un’amica, cucina davvero notevole. Vitello tonnato con girello tenerissimo e salsa tonnata fatta in casa, agnolotti fatti a mano, gustandoli si capiva che la pasta era fatta a mano con estrema esperienza, buonissimi, ottima anche la tagliata, anche ben presentata, bonnet altrettanto buono e fatto a in casa. Ambiente elegante e riservato, servizio veloce, proprietari cordiali e simpatici, cuoca eccezionale come se ne trovano sempre meno, parlandoci si può capire l’amore è la passione che mette nei suoi piatti davvero riuscitissimi. Da ritornarci anche per godere dell’ottima scelta di vini.

03/11/2024: Incuriositi dall’esterno siamo entrati ed abbiamo trovato un locale caldo ed accogliente. Molto buona la proposta dei vini e sono stati così gentili da servirci al bicchiere un barbaresco aperto apposta per noi. Piatti ben preparati con qualche piccolo neo ma comunque meritevoli. 02/07/2025: Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. 1 hour for dinner... and then we go to the cinema. We ask if we have time: answer: of course. At 8:40 pm we start eating the first courses (simple hamburgers).. Many customers who arrived after us were served first. Skipped cinema. Slow and incompetent service. Also, not all the food ordered arrived. I understand that you want to get the most with the least effort. Could you hire more staff maybe??? We hope to leave by 9:30 pm otherwise it would look like kidnapping🤣

06/07/2025: I just left this place really disappointed, pizza totally raw, fried calamari with the fishbone still in it, we ate little of what was brought to us and we pointed out that unfortunately it was not possible to eat everything, obviously we paid full price for everything! Shocked

15/06/2025: Everything was okay, but nothing outstanding. Still, a good change from pizza and pasta.

31/05/2025: A real highlight! The daily menu was outstanding – for just €14 per person, it included a first and second course, delicious side dishes, half a liter of water, coffee, and even half a liter of wine (for two people). A total of €28 for a hearty, delicious lunch for two. The quality of the food was top-notch, everything freshly prepared and presented with love. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We highly recommend it – we give it five stars plus! We'll definitely be back!
