Welcoming atmosphere and amazing hamburger bun.

Excellent restaurant, from appetizer to dessert, including wine, everything was delicious! Kudos to Chef Salvo and all the staff.

We went to the Giaca restaurant and had a truly enjoyable experience 😊 We ordered a few main courses, each one better than the last! The dishes were carefully prepared, flavorful, and decidedly satisfying. If I had to find a small complaint, the service was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin the evening; on the contrary, it gave us time to savor everything. Overall, a great experience. We'll gladly return to try the pizzas, which looked delicious!

Good food, the olives are super small and strong flavored

A small restaurant on the main street of Viagrande. The atmosphere is simple, the service modest, and the price/quality ratio is quite uneven. A meager appetizer for two people cost €36. The main courses were generous, but lacking in flavor. In short, paying €70 for two appetizers and two main courses seemed a bit excessive.

A warm welcome from Francesca and Oscar, eager to understand and accommodate even the smallest whims, combined with the mastery of chef Salvatore Gesualdo, made my visit to Giaca a truly satisfying experience. The deliciously creamy, flavorful tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, an all-you-can-drink glass of Erice wine, a wine-flavored stew that melts like a kiss, and a generous portion of freshly baked shortcrust pastry tart with custard and fruit—all this gave me a revitalizing break in a strategic location in Viagrande, right across from the beautiful Villa Comunale, at a truly affordable price. The highlight of the meal, however, were several paintings by family ancestors, awe-inspiring in their perfect harmony of architectural and natural elements. Don't miss this Etna excursion, where you'll experience the power of the elements and the energy of nature in balanced and powerful dishes, from pork shank to stew, and a variety of Sicilian appetizers, for a relaxing and family-friendly break.
