Not only did they serve other tables that arrived later before completing the pizzas, but the pizzas were also hard and tasteless. The music and atmosphere made it difficult to communicate. Absolutely not recommended.

15/12/2025: We had lunch at Osteria del Ponte, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. We probably had a bad day, but the service left much to be desired. The waiters were often rude and hasty, even taking our plates away while we were still eating, which was decidedly unpleasant. Then, as they walked back and forth through the rooms, they spoke badly of certain tables, taunting other diners with unpleasant nicknames. The dessert menu was completely bypassed: we had to ask for it ourselves, and immediately afterward the waitress returned to ask for coffee directly, as if the meal were over as quickly as possible. An approach that conveys a lack of customer care. As for the food, the fish main courses arrived slightly warm, almost cold, further compromising the experience. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of soot throughout the rooms, likely coming from the fireplace. A heavy, persistent smell, so much so that we left with our clothes soaked in it. Besides being extremely unpleasant, I don't think it's even healthy to breathe in that kind of air during lunch. It's truly a shame, because the location is beautiful, both inside and out, and has all the makings of a high-quality experience. Unfortunately, the service, food quality, and overall management didn't live up to the setting. I hope it was just an isolated incident, but for now, the experience remains disappointing. I hope to be able to change my mind in the future.

29/08/2025: A pleasant surprise. I hadn't eaten at this restaurant before, but after this dinner, it certainly won't be the last for both my guests and me. Everything was delicious. The meat was good quality and well-cooked. A special mention goes to the chef's carefully selected crostini. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, punctual, and meticulous. My guests have a large dog, so when booking, we asked for a secluded table, and the owner accommodated our request. Highly recommended.

12/03/2026: Everything was great, the pizza was huge, with a thin, fluffy, and crispy crust, delicious. The service was friendly and fast, I recommend it.

09/03/2026: Wow, the pasta in pomodoro sauce is absolutely delicious! The pizza was very good. We went twice, and the first time the service was very good, but the second time we were served by a different person who was very bad, a bit rude, pushed the table aside, took a long time, then inflated the wait time for the pizza, we ordered an Aperol Spritz which he never brought us, we asked another waiter for it.

16/02/2026: We ordered the chef's carpaccio, which was served to us and we weren't told what it was. Enzyme batter 4.0 (the 4.0 would stand for a mojito that was supposed to accompany the tartare but never arrived (the most expensive appetizer)). And the chocolate bread was a wafer of unleavened dough. The carbonara was served with a drizzle of cream not specified on the menu and the pasta wasn't very hot. As for the fillet (and the quality of the meat, even the appetizers), it remains the best I've ever eaten. The meat quality was impeccable. But when my partner ordered, she wasn't asked how she wanted it cooked, and she wasn't even told when her dish was served. The berry mousse wasn't berry, but strawberry. At the register, an 8 euro discount, but no excuses for the 45 minutes it took to get the appetizers and the missing mojito.

10/02/2026: A very welcoming place, with a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere... the staff are very helpful, friendly, and welcoming... which I personally like... and the food is excellent! I love coming here often because the meat is some of the best around, and the cooking and seasoning are exceptional and well-balanced. And the value for money is excellent. I found it by chance, and it's become one of my favorites, so I definitely recommend trying it because I don't think you'll regret it.

29/09/2025: The steak melted in your mouth, the fries were excellent, I would have loved to have had some vegetables but there was only iceberg lettuce... Fast, courteous, and professional service! Must try!

A great asset is the staff: professional, friendly, and always available, they make you feel immediately at ease. Highly recommended for both an aperitif and an evening with friends. 🍸

21/12/2025: We had the opportunity to stop by the bar today with a group of friends, and when paying, we were charged for two additional items—one we noticed immediately and was removed with some suspicion, and another upon returning home, where it was already too late. On a positive note, the waitresses were kind and attentive!
