31/07/2025: After my visit in December, I would have given it 5 stars without the slightest hesitation, but my July visit changed it and it deserves 4 stars. It's a very atmospheric place, and indeed, it's a place, as the restaurant has tables on both sides of the road, plus a great courtyard. The coperto also includes a snack of bread and olive oil, which is available in the shop. Delighted with the pasta in December, we chose this restaurant without hesitation for an evening in July, and even the photos show that the carbonana looks worse, and it tasted that way too. It's not a disaster, of course; it was still top-notch, but nothing compared to last visit. Nevertheless, I still recommend it.

02/05/2025: Contorni buoni. Pasta al forno fredda con altrettanto provola dentro ancora a cubetti non sciolta. Carne fredda ed insipida. Cameriere che buttava tutto davanti come se fosse l' ora di spacco nel cantiere. Pagato il menù a persona, dopodiché è uscito anche il coperto in più a persona. Non ci siamo proprio 👎🏻

25/08/2025: A grill restaurant in a very elegant setting with excellent appetizers and carpaccios. Many high-quality cuts of meat and a variety of wines. Our steak was a little overcooked for my taste; I'd recommend serving it rare, perhaps on a hot cast iron griddle so those who prefer can cook it a little longer. They don't offer coffee after the meal. Overall, a positive experience!

19/08/2025: Horrible service!!! I've never seen a restaurant where, when I asked questions about the menu, the waiter/cook responded rudely and rudely to a customer... Unacceptable!!! even though the dishes could have been good. I didn't get a chance to sit down and try them because of the service. We left immediately after the incident.

22/08/2025: Good restaurant in Monopli. Strongly recommend ordering the Cacio e Pepe. It comes in a cheese wheel and is served in front of you. One of the nicest dishes I have tried in Puglia. The calamari and seafood mixture was okay. Not seasoned the best and a little bit dry. But good value nonetheless. Would recommend.

21/08/2025: Just last night. Erased from memory: Very high prices, €2 more for the whole-grain dough. Very low-quality and flavorful pizza. Tomato sauce almost burnt. Out of four people, three of us left half the pizza on our plates. Negative experience as far as we're concerned.

10/08/2025: Service and quality are nothing to complain about, but the waitresses' behavior, taking away your unfinished dish because they were so eager to close as soon as possible, seemed a bit excessive at 11:30 p.m. We had to leave. And the people who left after the screenings found it closed, a lot of money wasted. It could be a policy, but I don't know!!!

02/08/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner. When we got there, we found an interminable line that started outside the restaurant, but luckily, having booked 📞 in the afternoon, we were able to sit at our table without too many problems. A young woman 👩🏻 came to take our orders, followed by a colleague who had us fill out some forms 📝 to activate our "Old Wild West Card" 💳 (a sort of loyalty card for the chain). After about ten minutes, our dishes arrived (the Santa Fe menu featuring grilled beef sirloin 🥩 with premium fries 🍟 and vegetable caponata 🌶🥒🍆 was very good), which we quickly ate since we had something to do shortly after. Considering the actual "siege" the place was under, I thought we'd be able to eat in biblical times ⌛... instead I was able to witness the efficiency and great organization of the staff, which proved impeccable even on such a prohibitive evening. Furthermore, you can use meal vouchers 🎟 (at least Ticket Restaurant is accepted), a detail not to be underestimated if you have them. The sirloin was tender and tasty, the potatoes dry and well-cooked 🧑🏻‍🍳, so the quality of the food was very good even though the portions weren't exactly generous. Prices were average, and the service (I emphasize this once again) was truly good and efficient 👌. Other dishes on the menu 📋 (I'm thinking of the ribs, for example) were also highly recommended, as were the desserts 🍰 (which we've tried on other occasions). RECOMMENDED 👍. 03/08/2025: Definitely a beautiful location! Getting there isn't easy, and the road isn't in good condition; you can't get there with a particularly low-slung car. The rooms are nice, but you can hear EVERYTHING the other guests say/do (you can imagine), so I slept poorly and for a short time. There's no bidet, the bathroom cabinet is broken, there's no TV, and you can't really have a dark room to sleep in because there's only a curtain, and obviously all the light gets in at 5 in the morning. Breakfast wasn't great; the food wasn't fresh, and it seemed a bit old (I'm talking about the cakes or baked goods).

13/07/2025: Top of the line! A splendid farmhouse, with wonderful people... both Corado and Mrs. Claudia are very, very generous! We will definitely be back.

03/08/2025: A guarantee, it's the fourth time we've been here and they've never missed a beat. The grilled meat, the house specialty, is phenomenal, the traditional meatballs are also good, the service is attentive... the outdoor space is a pleasant and quiet corner. We'll definitely be back. 👏

30/07/2025: my friend and I stopped by here on Saturday for a couple glasses of wine and we shared 10 oysters, which unfortunately gave us terrible food poisoning. the atmosphere is nice and I’ve been here before and enjoyed it but I felt the need to post this PSA to check to make sure the oysters are fresh

30/07/2025: The oysters gave my friend and I food poisoning! Saw another review here from a few days ago saying the same thing. Otherwise that, the wine and experience was good. Just please be more careful with your oysters!
