We had dinner last night. The staff was always kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't accommodate my request, bringing me an overcooked steak when I'd asked for it rare. They very honestly asked me if I wanted to change it (I said no, I hate throwing food away), and at the end of the evening, they took the cost of the steak off my bill (even though I didn't think it was fair, since I ate it anyway).
Aside from the cooking error, everything was fine.

I have to say that I don't mind the food. Service has been pretty bad over the years.
Customer service isn't always adequate.
I had this problem in Carpi: the restaurant is connected to Billy Tacos, and the two are connected by an internal door. So far, no problem, except that they play different music. I pointed it out to the manager and asked if it could be fixed because it was really annoying. She replied that you can close the door, but that didn't do anything. After ten minutes, we got up to close the door, and a waitress immediately went to open it again, arrogantly, and rudely scolded us, saying we hadn't asked.

I know, the photo doesn't really tell the whole story, but this Road House in Carpi is perfectly in line with the quality we've come to expect from the American chain: ample outdoor parking, knowledgeable and efficient staff (as well as very attractive waitresses), and freshly prepared, tasty dishes. However, it must be said that it was a typical Sunday lunchtime and there weren't many people.

Beautiful venue and ample free parking. Friendly and professional waiters. Interesting for all-you-can-eat on Fridays and Sundays.

I came for lunch today and was very satisfied. The food was very good (I had the all-you-can-eat ribs), the service was fast, and the staff were very kind, attentive, and welcoming. They're great guys. The new management is truly top-notch, with Manu as the manager. I highly recommend it, I'll definitely be back...🔝👏🏻

Great service from the kind and helpful staff. As always, the food is delicious and inviting, with a rich and varied menu and reasonable prices given the quality. Everything is very clean and tidy. The background noise is acceptable, allowing you to talk without shouting. Well done.
