05/05/2026: I want to highlight the excellent service at this hotel. Our stay was wonderful. We were there as a family, and it was my mother's birthday celebration, which was very special because of the attention from all of you hotel staff. The team is completely committed to making guests feel excellent during their stay. I want to especially mention the attention from everyone at reception, but particularly the person on the night shift on April 7, 2026. I don't remember his name, but I really want to acknowledge his wonderful service. We had to get up early for the Vatican, and breakfast started at seven. We had to leave early, and he was so thoughtful that he helped us have breakfast before leaving the hotel. Truly, everyone was spectacular. Thank you, Meliá.

24/04/2026: We were booked to stay for 1 week after The Sanctuary, as we normally stay in Grand Meliá Milan so assumed it would be as good. We decided to pop in and see what the pool was like for the kids. Unfortunately after one drink were not made to feel very welcome. Maybe because we were not eating food. It was not busy. But the vibe was not nice. Not like any other Meliá we have stayed globally. My partner felt very uncomfortable, as the staff kept staring at him. We decided to stay in the Waldorf instead and cancelled this hotel. MUCH better pool. The photography is misleading on the pool size here.

15/04/2026: We ate there for lunch today and I can say that the grill was really good. Even the Oreo cheesecake. Highly recommended.

21/02/2026: The food was very good, and I won't comment further on that. I really didn't like the mandatory tip (2 euros per person). Tips shouldn't be mandatory; we already pay enough for the owner to pay his waiters well. I only ordered two dishes, two beers, and one water for 41 euros, plus an 8 euro service charge. The other couple with us paid 51 euros. Those are predatory owners, and by the way, very American! What a rip-off!

16/02/2026: It's been a while since I've eaten there. But yesterday I decided to come back for something to eat. The girl who served me was an angel. Her kindness and friendliness made me smile.

05/05/2026: For an excellent dining experience costing much less than expected, I highly recommend this restaurant. Two of us in my party greatly enjoyed high-quality and delicious rib eye steaks—each one perfectly grilled exactly as ordered. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted and immediately seated next to a window with a nice view of the park. Our server—with an excellent command of English—was very helpful. We were offered ice in our drinks and bread with our meal. Multiple staff members repeatedly checked to ensure our satisfaction. Our evening here was most enjoyable. I’m certain we will return.

26/03/2026: The food is excellent...it's so good that I recommend even non-celiacs to eat there. The fried foods have a very interesting breading. Make a reservation, it's not very big!

18/03/2026: We stopped here for a quick coffee and croissant before dropping someone off at Fiumicino Airport. It's conveniently located on the way to the Isola Sacra hotels. There's plenty of seating inside and a large patio with plenty of tables outside—it looked like a nice place to spend some time.

11/05/2026: This is NOT what we expected, i have been many times at hard rock cafes on other cities.The philosophy about hard rock cafe is eating and drinking at adults place with darkness and loud rock music. This place at rome have too much lights, a lot of children, and the most shocking is that the music was very low volume.I was there about 1 hour+, never played any rock song, only pop music

11/05/2026: Amazing experience at Hard Rock Cafe! The service was excellent, and our waiter, Analisa, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. She explained everything in detail and helped us choose from the menu, which we really appreciated. The food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn’t leave her a tip because the restaurant only accepts cash tips, but she truly deserved one!

28/03/2026: Excellent food: burgers, pasta, and fried foods. Varied menu and great selection. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Great atmosphere, especially during football matches. Reasonable prices. If you've never tried it, come. If you've already been, come again.

08/05/2026: This was a favourite spot to eat in Rome. We watched the chef prepare the pasta and decided to return in the evening for dinner. We had the lasagna, fettuccine with lamb and the roman classic with homemade tomatillo and carbonara sauce, we even splurged on dessert and had the tiramisu and a bottle of Chianti. Everyone’s meal was delicious and the staff were very friendly
