08/02/2025: Me my wife and son visited the Hard Rock on a Thursday night. We have been to a few when we have been away. When we arrived it was rather busy and we had reserved a table. We got shown straight to our table and Alessandro came over and introduced himself and asked if we wanted to order drinks. His English was excellent and service was exceptional. We ordered our drinks and he then left us and came back for our food order. Again he was excellent our food was bought out timely beating in mind I don’t think there was an empty where we were sat. Alessandro came over and checked everything was ok and to see if we wanted any more drinks. The restaurant started to empty it was larger groups of people. We stayed for about 2.5 hours as some live music came on. Not once were we pressured to leave or pay the bill it was really nice and relaxed. All the staff in there were spot on and Alessandro was excellent. We all said we would go back if we came back to Rome.

02/12/2024: I've been going to Bobby's for years, everything is good, excellent piadina with kebab, but tonight one thing wasn't good enough, I got the chicken wings with legs, well, it's a shame, almost all of them were good, only 2 pieces weren't fresh while I was eating them, they looked like they were half raw or still frozen, the chips and the sauces including pepsi excellent only flaw those two pieces of chicken otherwise all good Bobby you are unique great

09/03/2025: A truly welcoming and youthful place, both for the customers and for the service. Good food and great prices. I give four stars because one dish in particular annoyed us (I'm speaking as a table): the nachos in the Tex-Mex category. An excessively large portion that aims, only that, to fill your stomach, not allowing you to fully enjoy the all you can eat formula. All the dishes previously ordered arrived with moderate portions and then this big bowl arrives, three times the size of the dishes before, with so much hot seasoning that it softens the nachos making them go mushy and filling your belly preventing you from ordering anything else. We saw a bit of cunning in this attitude which we didn't like, a shame.

07/03/2025: Tradition and courtesy...great staff/owners, even a PM. I found myself seeing a person who I could tell was not in good financial shape, eating, asking for the bill, and being totally exempted from doing so by the staff, despite the person's insistence. Big.

11/03/2025: I love their calzones!!! They are HUGE and baked perfectly every time. They are stuffed full of cheeses & whatever toppings you choose. I highly recommend!!!

23/11/2024: Delicious sandwich, fast service. The only flaw is that it is outdoors so it is cold in winter

18/11/2024: Excellent sandwiches, shame about the cold environment and no toilets, I had to leave before I finished my sandwich because I didn't want to go to the bathroom.

16/03/2025: Finally, compared to before, I'm talking about a few years ago, the staff has changed, at least in part. I have to congratulate everyone, excellent food. Whatever you buy is all very good quality. Today at the end of lunch, I ate a gigantic ice cream cup (how good it was). Compliments to the very polite and professional staff.

12/03/2025: Buona la carne, carina l'idea delle arachidi da gustare in attesa dell'arrivo dell'ordinazione. Buona la birra. E' una catena in cui sai sempre più o meno come mangerai e il posto è carino, suggestivo, anche se chiaramente ormai non è più una novità. Il personale gentile, e, per un ristorante che fà parte di una catena e che è frequentato molto da bambini e ragazzi i prezzi sono un pò alti. E' vero che si tratta di carne e quindi, se buona, il prezzo non può essere contenuto, ma se ci sono le tovagliette di carta e i camerieri molto giovani, con un servizio veloce, cortese, ma molto "smart", io mi aspetterei un costo più contenuto. Comunque il giudizio è positivo.

29/03/2025: My female friends were inside and had to leave, the selection is only based on personal dislikes so the place is not safe. In Rome there are many awsome places, no reason to waste your time and money in such a toxic environment

28/03/2025: If you want to have a great start in your day just come to yellow bar in the morning. They have the best baristas ever Valeria, James, Fritz, Giulio just to name a few. Special shout out to JAMES who is a truly amazing capuccino maker and the MOST TALENTED latte art barista in Rome 💖.

09/02/2025: Ho ordinato due panini a portar via, uno è stato sbagliato per cui mia figlia non ha mangiato in quanto era stato fatto uno super piccante e con cipolle. Qualità buona , le patitine ne ho mangiate di migliori. Prezzi super esagerati, per soli due panini e una patatina 30 euro.

19/03/2025: Never had such a bad experience. My wife and I ordered a plant based sandwich, with 1 vegetable burger, tomatoes, salad and sauces. We didn't understand why they made us a sandwich with 4 dry burgers, one with two, without sauces and vegetables (maybe they had to throw them away??). I understand that it is not a place for vegans and vegetarians, but at least things that are edible and suitable for the order placed. Clearly we didn't eat
