Erudo has been a guarantee for years now! Excellent quality gluten-free sandwiches and treats, with delicious combinations! The bread, like other things, is homemade and is exceptional! The staff is always smiling and kind! I highly recommend this place, especially for celiacs who can eat in complete peace of mind ♡

I went with my partner on Saturday evening and it was a wonderful discovery. This place has been open for years and is all gluten-free. Like every celiac, I asked for confirmation several times, I didn't want to believe it. We had two burgers for dinner, fried onion rings, nuggets and chips. What to say? They make the bread at home and it is delicious... while I was eating it I immediately noticed it, light and soft. The nuggets are a spectacle! They do everything by hand and above all they are very kind and friendly. I had a nice chat with the staff and also with the owners and I found pleasant, kind people who put great passion into their work, even after years. I really appreciated their emotionality and sincerity with me as a customer! After dinner I had a fake fried bomb, always made with their bread and Nutella version... it went down well and I'm still thinking about when I can go back for another one. I remember the taste of a bomb well (I discovered celiac disease 12 years ago) and I really miss certain things... there are some that I still haven't found the same consistency in, but this fake bomb they make is crazy. This bomb of theirs made me forget my nostalgia and it was so good that it even convinced a non-celiac who tasted it at my place and consequently immediately ordered his. In short… I woke up this morning (2 days later) thinking about when to return!

Excellent for everyone and perfect for those who are gluten intolerant. It's ALL gluten free. The bread dough has such a unique texture that it's impossible not to ask for dessert (which would be fried bread dough with a sweet topping). Among other things, it has some vegan alternatives, so it's great for bringing together groups with different dietary needs.

Uno degli panini più buoni mai assaggiati in vita mia! A prescindere dal fatto che sia senza glutine! Io non sono celiaca ma veramente reputo l’esperienza eccellente, pane squisito, carne saporita, nuggets di pollo fatti da loro veramente troppo buoni! Un plauso in più per il servizio super rapido e per il ragazzo in sala è veramente simpatico ed educato! A presto

Overall a good experience. Top service, equally good food, I can make a "negative" note on the bill. I took a simple sandwich with hamburger, salad and tomato and on the receipt it said "€8.50 + personalization €1.50". Customization of what? It was a normal basic sandwich and I didn't add anything. A sandwich with multiple ingredients simply costs 9 euros. Having said that, I consider it an excellent place for celiacs, the choice is really wide.

Essendo tutto senza glutine è un posto dove chi ha questo tipo di limitazione si sente a casa. Deve essere fatto un plauso perché, per esperienza, la gestione del senza glutine soprattutto sulle farine e derivati è complessa e si raggiunge un certo livello solo con studio e lavoro. Risultato pane croccante di qualità. Per il resto ottime materie prime, staff empatico, location non ampia in una zona di Roma che come le limitrofe si sta sviluppando con ampia scelta di locali soprattutto etnici. In ogni caso iniziamo con Tacos e nachos poi tre burger ricchi e vari (bonus) con piatto di patatine e una fina bomba al cioccolato fondente. Bonus per la loro salsa. Due birre senza glutine artigianali, acque per un totale di 73 euro. Faccio notare che per un errato ricarico di 5 euro sul conto sono stato "inseguito" in strada per restituirmeli......dovrebbe essere una cosa normale ma non so perché invece la segnalo come comportamento virtuoso.
