I am a regular customer of Mc Donald's but in this fast food restaurant, in addition to not being crunchy, the fried potatoes, unfortunately too often they get the product wrong or something is always missing from the order. Now knowing the problem, I have learned to check everything by opening all the packages and bringing home barely warm food. This happens both when consuming on the premises and with takeaway. Yesterday I didn't check because there were very few pieces and despite the small order the potatoes were missing and for the umpteenth time to the detriment of the customer. Honestly disappointing every time. I hope they start paying more attention.
