22/03/2026: We ordered a typical appetizer and our menus. A first appetizer, though meager, arrived without explanation, and we assumed it was ours. When a second appetizer arrived, we asked which one it was, and were told that it was our correct one, while the first was a mistake. The employee, after consulting the manager, asked us if we wanted it. Thinking the first course would be deducted, we accepted. In the end, both appetizers were charged. The rude manager refused to correct the error, claiming that a refund would penalize the employees. Only after threatening the finance department did he arrogantly throw 10 euros on the counter. We gave that money to the employees, because with a manager like that, their hard work was worth it. The overall experience was extremely negative. The manager with the accent is Eastern European.

23/02/2026: I have never eaten a sandwich like this, dry, dry inside and badly cooked and worse seasoned burgers, they seem like wood, now I understand why it was empty, awful!
