12/02/2026: Good evening We came here for dinner around 10:00 PM. We took advantage of the offers in the app and had two crispy mcbacons with their respective menus. The food, as usual, was poor. The fries tasted like bacon. Despite this, we enjoyed good company, but that's our fault, not the mc. We would have liked to sit at a particular table (as is tradition), but we weren't allowed because they were cleaning. This means the mc isn't filthy. We celebrated New Year's Eve in the Basilica of Santa Giovanna in Laterano. The Coke was cold. 02/02/2026: Always clean and tidy. We ordered everything to go, and the staff packed everything with the utmost care, each item in its own packaging and box, and everything was incredibly delicious.

09/03/2026: I've been there once for after-dinner drinks and once for a snack, and both times my experience was just OK, nothing special. The waiters are rude and slow, and the desserts have always been a 50/50 affair for me, as we've always ordered more than one item to sample different options, some being good and some being bad. For example, the so-called "Brookies" were a pleasant surprise; I really liked them, but I warn you that they're still very sweet, so those looking for something more balanced will definitely not like them. The churros, on the other hand, were awful; in fact, they can't even be called churros because they're actually biscuits similar to ladyfingers sold as churros with a sauce on the side. The cinnamon rolls were another pleasant surprise, but still very sweet, so they're fine for me, but I understand that they might be a bit too much for others. The carrot cake is definitely to be avoided; the batter was heavy, very artificial, and not at all like a real carrot cake. I'd gladly return to try these specific desserts, but it's something to do once in a while, not a place I'd go often.

19/03/2026: ​I had a fantastic experience at Scholar’s Lunch. The stew was absolutely excellent—hearty, flavorful, and the perfect comfort food. To make it even better, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the meal. Plus, the prices are great for the quality you get. I’ll definitely be back!

12/03/2026: The average between service, atmosphere and food is 3. The staff is courteous and makes up for the food which is not the best. Average burger and dry but not very crispy fries, as they should be.

10/03/2026: I haven't been here in a while: I have to say, the situation has gotten significantly worse. Cold and soggy fries. 7 euro CBO cold and thrown in the box haphazardly. This is the last time.

28/02/2026: A very pleasant evening with the family. The change in management has truly transformed the place for the better, both in terms of quality and the atmosphere/service. The burger was excellent. I had the BACON EGG, which was an A+. The fried food was delicious. But the real highlight were the arrosticini. Well done!

27/02/2026: We were a bit disappointed. Under this new management, we've been twice and had a problem both times. The first time, despite asking for a well-done burger due to my pregnancy, the burger arrived medium-rare, but that can happen, so no big deal. The second time, my partner went to get two takeout sandwiches, only to find out (by calling the restaurant) that takeout fries aren't included in the price of the sandwich; they're only included if you eat in, but you pay more for the sandwich. We paid €26.90 for two sandwiches with a fried food, without fries or drinks, and we went to get our own. I don't think we'll repeat the experience.

18/02/2026: I must say, the place is very bright and spacious. A waiter helped me place my order because it wasn't very practical. There weren't many people at the time, and I had a great time.

08/03/2026: Fun spot in Civitavecchia. Expanded menu with American sandwiches, Indian dishes, Pizza and other Italian specialities. Reasonable prices and prompt courteous service.

05/01/2026: Be very careful when ordering takeout from this restaurant. They always take your money from delivery apps (since they self-manage deliveries with their own riders). So even in the event of a service disruption, delays of more than 3 hours, or orders never delivered, you'll never see your money back. And if you call the restaurant for an explanation, hours between calls, they'll always tell you (from the first calls to the last) "we're leaving now," so the blame for not waiting long enough always falls on you and you don't deserve a refund.

23/01/2026: I went there for the first time after discovering it by chance on Google Maps. The place is small but very nice (especially the bathroom door). The staff was polite, especially the waitress who served me and my friend, who was very kind and super friendly. She even gave us a discount!! Highly recommended ;)

06/03/2026: I came to this place with a friend of mine for dinner to try it out and I found it to be a very welcoming place, very good food and fast service. I thank the waiter with the curly hair for his extreme kindness. I will definitely be back!

23/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because it's not possible to give less. If I could, I'd give it -10,000! This Burger King absolutely must be shut down! The only positive thing is that thanks to them, I'll never eat at that chain again. My worst fast-food experience at the age of 35... for a chain as well-known as BK, it's unacceptable. We arrived at 9:15 PM. They were closing at 10 PM. They were practically unhappy that we came to order 45 minutes before closing time... I know that Italian hospitality is completely absent and that they're incredibly lazy. (When you see that in some restaurants, 20 minutes before closing, they won't even take you for takeout...) No professionalism whatsoever, INCOMPETENT. THERE'S NOTHING TO DO IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY!!! They're incredibly lazy, not just lazy, they're incredibly lazy!! And now I come to the hygiene issue… I got food poisoning that very night, I was bleeding profusely, it was awful, just before I had to leave to go back to France. As I told you, there was absolutely no courtesy, and when I gave my order to what I think was the "manager" because he was wearing a gray shirt while the other staff were dressed in black, he looked behind me in the kitchen. His colleague opened a drawer where the meats are probably kept, I think, and he took about a minute to accept my order, only for me to end up with a terrible case of food poisoning!!! Please, Burger King, do something and close this place down!!!!! It's damaging your reputation. UNHEARD OF!!!! I'm of Portuguese origin and I live in France, and I can assure you that neither in Portugal nor in France have I seen anything like this with my own eyes. It's outrageous! I hope karma gets what's coming to them. A bunch of incompetents! 🤮🤮🤮 In the kitchen, they didn't even have a hairnet or gloves. I should have turned right around and left, but well, it's very rare for me, but I was naive. NEVER AGAIN!
