17/01/2026: There were six of us, both men and women, and the bouncer refused to let us in, claiming there was no room. He later let other tourists in without a problem, including a group of ten (without reservations). We would have liked to at least know the real reason why we weren't let in.

17/01/2026: A bald and rude bouncer decided to turn us away for no reason, saying there was no room, and then let a group of 10 people in without a problem. I highly recommend leaving him at home next time.

14/01/2026: Convenient and easily accessible. Friendly staff and generally short wait times. The products are typical McDonald's, with updated specials and menus. The atmosphere is clean and suitable for families with children. Ideal for a quick snack or a casual meal.

10/01/2026: There were many self-service stations for choosing menus. There were few customers, and picking up the menus was quick.

24/01/2026: Tonight I was craving a good sandwich, so I went with my family to try this new management. The meat was excellent, the service was good, and the beer was good. Unfortunately, some parents should keep their children at their tables instead of letting them run around the place, causing inconvenience to the staff. Overall, I had a great time!!! I'll definitely be back.

24/12/2025: Nice place on Wednesdays. They have comic book and movie character-themed karaoke with statues of the characters. The staff is always ready and attentive. The tables inside and outside the building are a bit difficult to find parking, especially on busy days, I think. But they specialize in burgers, which I haven't tried, so a more thorough review is needed. The second time around, it was positive, anyway. Updated December 23, 2025. Always pleasant in appearance. It's under management. I hope they bring back the karaoke. They no longer had finished fried foods. I ordered the unique spicy arrosticini that were available; they weren't very spicy, but they were pleasant. Light beer, reasonable prices. Nice place.

05/01/2026: I've been a customer for years, but tonight they turned out to be ridiculous. The appetizer arrived after an hour, filling the table along with the main courses. Ridiculous service; you have to ask for things three times. Burnt bacon, raw chicken.

03/01/2026: Beautiful place. I didn't know what to order, and on someone's recommendation, I ordered a completely cloying Red Velvet that I couldn't finish. I think I'll give this place a second chance because my friends and I had a great time, the atmosphere was lovely, even just for a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, I was disgusted by the dessert, both because of the size of the portion and because the more bites I took, the more cloying and unpalatable I found it, as I've already described. Too bad.

17/09/2025: A very welcoming pub where you can find well-made drinks and shots for all tastes. The sandwiches are delicious and unique, all topped off by the friendly owners. Highly recommended.

23/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because it's not possible to give less. If I could, I'd give it -10,000! This Burger King absolutely must be shut down! The only positive thing is that thanks to them, I'll never eat at that chain again. My worst fast-food experience at the age of 35... for a chain as well-known as BK, it's unacceptable. We arrived at 9:15 PM. They were closing at 10 PM. They were practically unhappy that we came to order 45 minutes before closing time... I know that Italian hospitality is completely absent and that they're incredibly lazy. (When you see that in some restaurants, 20 minutes before closing, they won't even take you for takeout...) No professionalism whatsoever, INCOMPETENT. THERE'S NOTHING TO DO IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY!!! They're incredibly lazy, not just lazy, they're incredibly lazy!! And now I come to the hygiene issue… I got food poisoning that very night, I was bleeding profusely, it was awful, just before I had to leave to go back to France. As I told you, there was absolutely no courtesy, and when I gave my order to what I think was the "manager" because he was wearing a gray shirt while the other staff were dressed in black, he looked behind me in the kitchen. His colleague opened a drawer where the meats are probably kept, I think, and he took about a minute to accept my order, only for me to end up with a terrible case of food poisoning!!! Please, Burger King, do something and close this place down!!!!! It's damaging your reputation. UNHEARD OF!!!! I'm of Portuguese origin and I live in France, and I can assure you that neither in Portugal nor in France have I seen anything like this with my own eyes. It's outrageous! I hope karma gets what's coming to them. A bunch of incompetents! 🤮🤮🤮 In the kitchen, they didn't even have a hairnet or gloves. I should have turned right around and left, but well, it's very rare for me, but I was naive. NEVER AGAIN!

18/01/2026: I used the drive, everything was normal like the other MC, the only inconvenience was the little space for the drive and that you have to turn around to get out once you enter.

20/02/2026: Be careful when you go to McDrive, check your orders carefully when they give them to you, because in the confusion you can get them wrong.
