11/01/2026: Not a particularly positive experience Sunday lunch with friends Extremely slow service despite there being maybe five tables occupied in total Absolutely mediocre food, pasta and meat overly salty, and portions (especially the meat) truly small... The bill was also quite steep given the location, which is effectively a trattoria. Five of us ordered three appetizers, two first courses, three second courses with three side dishes, half a bottle of house wine, three coffees, and three liqueurs, for a total of over €30 each...

12/02/2026: Good evening We came here for dinner around 10:00 PM. We took advantage of the offers in the app and had two crispy mcbacons with their respective menus. The food, as usual, was poor. The fries tasted like bacon. Despite this, we enjoyed good company, but that's our fault, not the mc. We would have liked to sit at a particular table (as is tradition), but we weren't allowed because they were cleaning. This means the mc isn't filthy. We celebrated New Year's Eve in the Basilica of Santa Giovanna in Laterano. The Coke was cold. 02/02/2026: Always clean and tidy. We ordered everything to go, and the staff packed everything with the utmost care, each item in its own packaging and box, and everything was incredibly delicious.

08/04/2026: At lunchtime, due to the massive presence of delivery drivers who apparently have "priority," waiting times have significantly increased.

06/04/2026: I asked them for sodas and in the end they forgot to add them, they are just guys who don't know how to do their job apart from always playing with other customers, and on top of that I had to go back from the highway to get the drinks

23/01/2026: I went there for the first time after discovering it by chance on Google Maps. The place is small but very nice (especially the bathroom door). The staff was polite, especially the waitress who served me and my friend, who was very kind and super friendly. She even gave us a discount!! Highly recommended ;)

I don’t think I have ever been spoken to as rudely and as impolitely as I was tonight in my entire life. If you are someone like me and don’t enjoy impoliteness very much, I would advise you seek out another Irish pub while in Rome. Really awful experience!

22/03/2026: I've been to Crazy Burger and I have to say it was a great experience! The burger was truly delicious, with quality meat and well-balanced flavors. The fries were also perfect, perfectly crispy, and accompanied by a good beer that rounded off the experience. A big plus goes to the staff: exceptional, quick service, and always helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

28/02/2026: A very pleasant evening with the family. The change in management has truly transformed the place for the better, both in terms of quality and the atmosphere/service. The burger was excellent. I had the BACON EGG, which was an A+. The fried food was delicious. But the real highlight were the arrosticini. Well done!

07/04/2026: We ordered takeout for 12 people, and despite the large amount, we waited just the right amount of time—much less than I expected. Great customer service and efficient service... fantastic staff!!!

06/04/2026: A beautiful McDonald's located on the outskirts of Rome. Surrounded by greenery, it was once a farmhouse, later transformed into the largest McDonald's restaurant in Rome, or even Italy. Plenty of seating both inside and out, and they also have a huge outdoor playground for children. Plenty of parking. Excellent service and a truly beautiful atmosphere.

08/03/2026: Fun spot in Civitavecchia. Expanded menu with American sandwiches, Indian dishes, Pizza and other Italian specialities. Reasonable prices and prompt courteous service.

08/04/2026: Standard McDonald's, fairly clean The drive works very well. Outside in the play area, it's not always spotless, but overall, it's good.

03/04/2026: The location is ideal not only for the convenience of a quick meal, but also because once inside, the atmosphere is great. This is due not only to the restaurant itself and the staff, but also to the large number of people who frequent it, usually quite young, and it conveys a sense of well-being and serenity to those who dine there. And I must admit, one positive aspect is that you can run into customers eating at almost any hour.

22/03/2026: I recently visited this bar/restaurant and had a truly excellent experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and perfect for both a quick break and a relaxing evening. Special thanks go to Luca and Giuseppe, who ensured impeccable service. Always smiling, attentive, and helpful, they made us feel immediately at ease. Their professionalism and friendliness truly make the difference. Great credit also goes to chef Milan Šećek, who demonstrated talent and passion in every dish. The preparations were excellent, beautifully presented, and meticulously crafted, a sign of a cuisine that pays attention to quality and flavor. I'd also like to mention Mattia, Francesco, Miras, and Shek, who helped make the experience even more enjoyable with their helpfulness and attentiveness. The wait times were also more than satisfactory, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, courtesy, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

21/03/2026: There were 6 of us, and after a good 10 minutes of no one coming, we went to the cashier and were told to sit down again and the waiter would come. After another 10 minutes, we went back to the cashier where they told us we could leave it there while we ordered. The fries arrived and they were good. They made a mess of the sandwiches. Missing ingredients and not communicated beforehand. There's some confusion about what's included and what's not. What can I say? It's 2026 and there's no bathroom, so you need one here at Aniene. A one-of-a-kind experience. I absolutely don't recommend it.

04/04/2026: A very negative experience at Burger King in Ostia. An employee behaved unprofessionally: we tried to ask her a question three times, but she pretended not to hear us, completely ignoring us. I find this attitude unacceptable, especially considering that customers pay for adequate service, and she is paid for it. This is not the kind of treatment one would expect. I hope the staff receives better training to avoid similar situations in the future.

19/03/2026: The sandwiches were served cold, which was already disappointing. However, what made the experience particularly unpleasant was the staff's inattentive and uncourteous behavior. On one occasion, an employee walked behind me with a tray over her head, brushing against me, without any apology. Later, while I was at the cash register asking for a simple takeaway bag, the manager, after serving the customer in front of me, walked away, completely ignoring me. I believe incidents like this are unacceptable in a public place, where a minimum level of attention and respect for customers is expected. I hope greater attention is paid to both the quality of service and staff training.

03/04/2026: The fries were raw, and the pistachio ice cream had practically no pistachio paste inside. I've had this ice cream many times; it's my favorite, but here it was bland. It's a shame.
