It was my first time there, and I have to say I was quite surprised, expecting a classic sandwich shop-like atmosphere—without naming names. However, in terms of the ambiance, the food selection, and even the table service, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Excellent place, you can eat delicious meat. Unfortunately, I noticed that for the Cherokee dish, they slightly reduced the meat portion. The waiters insist on denying this. Still, a highly recommended place.

It's certainly fair to say that, being a chain, everyone's experience is the same. The quality, however, differs from other chains, sometimes more well-known, with tasty, plentiful, and well-cooked dishes. I travel a lot for work, and sometimes I find myself choosing this brand knowing I won't be disappointed for a quick meal. One thing, however, sets this restaurant on Via Trionfale in Rome apart: the use of less fortunate kids on the autism spectrum rather than those with Down syndrome. I find this fantastic; these kids give their all to rise to the occasion, with truly admirable results. Their kindness really makes a difference, and I feel obliged to thank the owner for this choice! Thank you so much, keep up the good work!!!

The place is incredibly quaint, with a Western-style setting that almost makes you feel like you're in a Wild West saloon 🤠. The atmosphere is meticulously crafted and makes for a fun experience, whether with friends or family.
A plus I really appreciated is the large 100-inch TV, perfect for watching games or sporting events while you eat. There's also a free foosball table, which isn't common in restaurants and adds a touch of entertainment while you wait or after eating.
A very positive note: they also accept meal vouchers, so it's also very convenient for a lunch break without sacrificing a good burger.
Friendly service, lively atmosphere, and typical of the chain. Definitely a place to return for a casual and fun evening.

I come here often with my girlfriend, and compared to other places, I think it's the best for the quality of the food, but especially for the staff. They're always smiling, kind, and very helpful! We always come back with great pleasure.
