During the week, the wait times are very short, unlike on weekends. The sandwiches are good, and the meat is also good. The staff is friendly and helpful! A great place to visit!

Excellent food as always, fast service. A special mention goes to the waiters who served us this evening. Even though it was quite crowded, they came to my aid and made sure to heat up my baby's broth as quickly as possible. Thanks again. We'll see you again soon.

31/05/2026: We went last night (we had a reservation), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had excellent liver and mutton arrosticini, both accompanied by very good roast potatoes. The pizza dough and toppings were good. The price was a little higher than usual, but I'd say it was good value. The atmosphere was good, and I'd say it was a great experience. Thank you.
27/05/2026: From the always fast and friendly service to the simply extraordinary food. I've been there several times and can say I've had exquisite pizza, as well as cured meats and cheeses, but the real praise goes to the quality of the meat; I've never tasted such good meat. Rubia Gallega is truly top-notch. Kudos to the owner, Ubaldo, and all his staff.
