06/10/2025: A rustic, informal place with excellent food and traditional Lucchese and Tuscan dishes. Located in the heart of Lucca, just steps from Piazza San Michele, generous portions, friendly staff, and attention to detail. I highly recommend trying it!

07/10/2025: Fresh fish and very good, high-quality dishes. We stopped by on a Sunday for lunch; the place wasn't particularly busy. There were plenty of free tables, including outside, but they didn't let us sit on the terrace. They were a little slow in bringing our food. Otherwise, it was excellent.
05/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. I enjoyed the seafood. And an excellent Sauvignon Blanc. Lunch break in the sun with a sea view!

22/07/2025: I stopped by for a work lunch break and had a €12 menu with a first course and a huge salad. The first course was fantastic, with ragù and chicken livers, truly excellent. The prices were reasonable and the service and atmosphere were perfect. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

29/07/2025: The guys who run the place are always super kind and welcoming. The food is delicious, especially the tartare and the pasta dishes, and it's highly recommended for celiacs. They're very attentive and offer excellent options. I'll definitely be back!

16/04/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante per caso, devo dire che mi ha solo notevolmente stupito appunto me lo ricco tutto estremamente buono e peraltro anche molto economico.

Non aspettatevi lussi o cose da chef stellati….ma potrete mangiare come dei “bottini rumati”!
Piatti della tradizione maremmana…..
Personale gentile che per il prezzo modico di 25 euro non fa mancare cibo e bevande che sono comunque di qualità eccelsa! Consigliato veramente!!

17/07/2025: Fantastic bar in the centre of town; we, a group of conscientious English lads, turned up to this bar at the hour of close with hat in hand, searching for any sort of cold lager. Andrea, the brilliant and friendly barman sorted us not only with the ice cold beer we desired but with some great friendly football chat and good service. 100% recommend

24/09/2025: Nice little cafe on a busy side street. Frequent vehicle traffic, be warned. Not far from the Campo. Not terribly crowded. They have vegan options for coffee and on one of the two occasions we visited, the pistachio croissant was vegan. Worth a look if you want vegan options.

17/09/2025: It's been a long time since I've felt so uncomfortable. We dropped in by chance to chat with a friend, but we had to leave earlier than expected because we felt like we were being watched the whole time and weren't free to talk. The only positive thing was the cappuccino, but personally, I wouldn't order it so overflowing from the cup because it's impossible not to spill it while drinking. The customer service approach needs to be reconsidered.
