06/05/2026: I ate at this restaurant on Sunday for lunch with my family. They offered us a set menu for the modest sum of €60 per person. Various appetizers were of poor quality, with flavorless mussels, some even bad. The waiter said he would bring "some raw fish": 1 langoustine and 1 shrimp. Anchovies were poor-quality, a couple each.
Next were two first courses: the rice was passable, but the paccheri with tomato sauce were practically completely overcooked. The second courses, a dry and flavorless baked fish and a poor-quality frozen fried fish... we were truly disappointed. One of the waiters was also particularly rude. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had some delicious spaghetti with clams. THE FRITTO MISTOTO WAS TO BE DISMISSED.
A glass of wine and a bottle of water.
€90.... You also pay for the visit.

Excellent products, many of which are homemade, and a remarkable wine selection.
The cured meats and cheeses are truly excellent.
You can purchase their products next door at more than fair prices.
Really good.

17/02/2026: I spotted their Instagram on our visit and we made the detour to make it a destination. We came to Viareggio for the carnevale, so we had to come and try out one of their amazing decorated cappuccinos. I was not disappointed, put joy in a cup.

23/03/2026: A very charming place with vintage furnishings that create a very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff is knowledgeable and professional.
We stopped for breakfast and complimented the cream brioche, which was delicious and fresh.
Prices are average for Florence, perhaps even less than other places.
It's a place where you can also have lunch, with the in-house cuisine certainly of excellent quality.
If we were to return to Florence, it would be one of the places we would gladly return to.
Highly recommended

26/04/2026: Rather than having a star rating, it should be protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
The food was excellent, the restaurant was very elegant and well-kept, the service staff were extremely efficient, and the price/portion ratio was excellent, which is not to be underestimated these days.
Always recommend generous portions, I'll keep an eye on you ;-)
